Yuck! They have let this place go downhill stairways are disgusting hall floors are not swept and the rooms aren't cleaned properly! what happened?

Dont need to spend money in places that openly allow racists to work.

Very clean. Friendly desk personnel. Very helpful and told us about Schoop’s Burgers. Answered every question cheerfully. Super nice room with huge bathroom and closet.

Wonderful service and food. They even check up on you to see how everything is. The suites are clean and beautiful plus the beds are so comfortable you just want to stay in them. We will be coming back.

The staff is very courteous and helpful. The rooms are nice. Third floor hallway is very hot right now. Definitely use if on personal travel.

Made a late night reservation on the phone while driving through Indiana, arrived at 2am and checked out after a quick nap at 8am. When checking in I was greeted with a "who are you, " as I walked into the hotel. After I mentioned I needed to check in, the lady had an attitude (maybe because I woke her up from a nap) and asked if I had a reservation, which I did since I just made it an hour ahead of time. She grumbled and finally gave me a room. Not pleasant at all. Was double charged for the room, apparently a no-show fee, then the normal fee. I called and spoke to a manager who said they'd fix it. After 2 weeks the charge was still, so called again and was told to call back because the girl who answered had no idea how to do anything, a few days later charge was still there so I disputed it with American Express and just got it refunded. Also, if I wasn't dead tired, I'd of never paid the overpriced rates.

Way overpriced, was here to work and I don't understand what the attraction to this area is or why someone would pay so much to stay. But, I'm from a Lake Michigan town so I guess I'm hard to impress. First the parking lot was being resealed so there literally were no spots to park. Then the pool was closed because someone put in too many chemicals and after 3 days it still wasn't open. My coworkers had ants in their room and turned out there was a nest in the leg of the desk. Staff wasn't going to do anything until we started to drag the desk out of the room ourselves. Breakfast was decent except that they didn't keep the hot stuff filled. Wifi was good, that's the best thing I can say about this place.

I stayed here July 2 and the 3rd and do to work and it's close proximity to it and was really disappointed in the place for the amount I paid. I was given rm 125 and when I got there the shower didn't work so they gave me another room. As I was exiting the elevator the area were the ice maker was was dirty and the tiles were cracked and split and sharp. The tile in my bathroom had no threshold at the bathroom entry and the sharp edge of the tile scrapped the bottom of my foot pretty good. The pool didn't work due to over doing the chemicals I was told and the side exit doors didn't work properly. Now I'm back July 12 cause of work and get rm 128 and there's no shower head on the shower and the pool still doesn't work properly and is closed. I think I'll sleep in my vehicle before I pay that kind of money for this kinda service. The lady's that work here have tried to be as helpful as they can but look embarrassed and dont really know what to tell the guest. You get this kinda stuff at $55 a night place not $143 a night.

The front desk associate it was so nice and went out of her way to find the perfect room for me. The rooms are very nice and conveniently located to several restaurant options. I travel for business and never have a bad visit here. The only negative if I have to choose one would be that the elevator was out on my side of the hotel. The front desk associate told me that up front so I knew I would be toting my bags which was no problem.

Super nice staff, room was spotless! Beds very comfortable, big fluffy pillows, everything you could need in one room. Breakfast was amazing, waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, hashbrowns, all the cold things. Wow. Even used my government discount. If I'm back this way, I will stay here!

I had reserved a room with a king bed for two nights. We had a wedding to go to before our stay and did not get to the motel until a little after midnight. I had plans to do a mountain bike race Saturday at noon. This was our wedding anniversary and planned to make it two nights. Chill after the race and eat at our favorite restaurant on the lake. I was informed at the desk that our room with the king size bed had already been rented. Motel had nothing but a queen and a rollaway bed for us to sleep on. I think if you reserve something it should be yours regardless of what others that walk in earlier in the day might need. I was staying two nights and a Choice Rewards member. I will say other than that the stay was a good one. It would me nice if the breakfast started the same time 7 days a week. There were a few confused guest around six Sunday morning. The staff was friendly and the motel is clean and kept up. We will most likely be back next year.

Nice middle tier hotel with plenty of amenities. Breakfast was decent enough with loads of choices. They also price matched online prices so it was a deal!

Just a delivery driver, seems like an okay place. Not an ideal hotel but good for thr area.

This was the accommodations for the night between my daughter's wedding rehearsal and the wedding. Went out of their way for us.

This is my favorite place to stay in Warsaw from the front desk to the cleaning staff and the last time we stayed there there was a little lady taking care of the breakfast bar she was so sweet.

I stayed with my kids. For $130 a night, it was horrible. The room wasnt cleaned, gross stains on the bedspread and floors. Broken handle on the toilet and bathroom door. The lights in the bathroom had huge gaps, and I actually felt like I needed to check if there was a camera. Breakfast foods were over cooked, dry, and found ants on the serving spoon! I saw 2 house keepers eating their breakfast while cleaning a room. Gross! Pool was ok, kids had fun. They called the room to see how I enjoyed my stay, and they gave me half off one night. I will not return!

The staff and accommodations were over the top perfect for our stay. Our suite was very clean and well appointed. The staff was very helpful with accommodating early check in and late check out to make sure our stay was the best ever! I’ve stayed here several times in the past and will continue to come back in the future.

This hotel was a pleasure to stay in. It was updated, clean, comfortable, fresh smelling. The hotel provided in it's quaint dining area free coffee and tea all hours. The pool was large and pool area clean. The beds were average but comfortable. Plenty of quality pillows were provided. We did not get up in time for the breakfast but it was provided also. The location was central to our activities and the cab company was prompt and courteous.

I enjoyed the restfull feeling of the room and the comfy bed. In the morning I was pleasantly surprised to have a warm breakfast with a large choice of entries to choose from. I will return there when traveling.

Terrible experience. Incompetent staff and very slow service. Rooms are old and outdated, and A/C did not work properly. Room not completely clean, and beds were rickety and uncomfortable. Would not recommend going here.

Was actually surprisingly nice. Everything was clean. Bed was a little creaky but that's it. Breakfast in the morning was good.

The hotel was clean and the staff was friendly. Used this hotel to stay at after a Notre Dame football game. It was perfect for what we needed.

Not sure the front desk spoke more than 2 sentences to me at check in and check out. Facilities and accommodations are out dated. Spent > $150/night for a room that felt like.

Where should I start. Let's see our t. V. Was not working, the shower was difficult to figure out and it's a good thing we didn't need the mini fridge because it made so much noise I had to unplug it so we could sleep. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was very good.

The rooms are so clean. Breakfast was an unexpected pleasure and the outdoor grill patio was awesome. Fitness center was just enough and the sauna was great. Everyone was super friendly too.

Excellent value! Wonderful staff and clean rooms. Anything we needed was taken care of immediately, and with no problems. Breakfast choices were great as well!

My family and another family stayed in this hotel and we were especially pleased with the front desk worker and the other amenities of this place. The rooms were clean and looked to be freshly remodeled. Our kids loved the pool. They played in that pool for a long time. If we are ever in the Warsaw area again and need to stay at a hotel we will be sure to check this place out again!

The front desk went above and beyond to help us during a difficult time. We had a family member pass away unexpectedly. We live 2 hours away and didn't even take time to pack a bag. The front desk made sure we had what we needed for the night and made the room more affordable. Once we got to our room we were amazed how nice it was. We will be staying here again when we return for the services.

The bad: Stains on the wall, stains on the bed skirt, toilet not cleaned. The good: comfortable bed. Good sized room and bathroom.

They don't care of you complains! We came with our baby. When we were ready to bathe her it became evident that they don't clean after every guest checks out. The daily cleaning consists of making the bed and change towels, no dusting, no vacuuming, nothing else. Sheets are old and faded. In general poor maintenance.

Avoid this place as much as you can! This place is old and dirty. They don't maintain nor clean the rooms as they should. Rates are not cheap either.

A standard hotel. Nothing crazy fancy, but also not a scary place to stay. It is undergoing remodeling, but that didn't cause any issues. The rooms were new.

Check in could have been better. They basically had to beg housekeeping to clean the room otherwise we wouldn't have been able to check, no one wanted to stay past 5 to clean the room. Other than that it was OK.

The rooms are nice, but they are just alright with cleaning the rooms. They are renovating however, so it could be nicer soon!

Dont stay here!. Rooms are in terrible conditions super outdated from the 70's carpet stink like nasty arm pits all over the hotel, and all that for $130 p/night, this is ridiculous I might as well stay at super 8! Same conditions for $65 bucks.
