You practice discrimination and had me an my coworker was iur time and money. Half your revies are fake! Very decietful and dishonest and I am a white male you treated my black coworker and I horrible and have your qorkers right reviews I will not be at any other best western.

Worst best western I EVERRRRR have been too. I probably have spent more money annually than any other customer! Over an hr and 7 mins drive and unwillingness to even CHECK MY RESERVATION… which corporate says I had. Wasted my time, money, and energy. They have did absolutely nothing to rectify the situation! How many people doesn’t this happen to weekly!? What other reason would an employee have not to check a customers reservation even after they’ve asked multiple times. Discrimination of any kind should not be tolerated and I feel like maybe I should contact better business bureau. I worked all day long (mind you I am a mover, very physically exhausting) and I had a room the whole time have to drive to Marriott pay more than double. Hell, I could’ve stayed where I was at. Corporate says I have a room I Did NOT (I repeat) I DID NOT RESERVE VIA THIRD PARTY AND THIS WOMAN REFUSED TO EVEN LOOK/CHECK WHEN ASKED MULTIPLE TIMES! What other reason could there be, besides good ol’ racial discrimination? I have been a diamond select member for YEARSSSSSSS (not that it was known, because your little super star WOULD NOT CHECK the system! I would think I would’ve been offered a free night, an apology note, hell … a water or something for my drive down here, not to mention I’ll be up at 5:30am instead of 6:30 because of my loyalty to YOUR BRAND, I should stayed at the MARRIOTT that was closer! At this point I may have to pledge my allegiance elsewhere.

Friendly staff. Newly remodeled. Great breakfast. Fitness room, Conference room and indoor pool. Come check it out.

It was very nice and clean. They were very nice at the desk and helpful when I needed help getting in. Would and hopefully will do it again real soon!

Price was good and room was spacious. However, the walls are thin and you can hear a lot more than I've seen at other hotels. Just normal walking above us could be heard. There is a pool but it is very small.

Good location and the common rooms on every floor was a nice touch.

The staff was very friendly, joking around with us but also very courteous. The breakfast in the morning was delicious. My mom enjoyed the cinnamon roll, and I really like the biscuits. The free Wi-Fi was good quality. I would definitely stay here again.

The worst HI Express we have ever stayed in. Bathrooms dirty, ice machine not working, refrigerator not working. Our friends room had no air hotel would do nothing about it. Other rooms smelled like smoke. Staff (management) unwilling to work with anyone. Bottom line I may never stay at a HIEx fever again, definitely not this one. Would not let my dog stay here. Terrible, terrible, terrible. Do not stay here. Check the Wyndam, much nicer and better price or the Hampton Inn.

Nice hotel and nice rooms. Price is high for what it is. Staff is rude. I had an issue earlier in the week where they charged my personal card instead of my corporate card. Yes I was staying here for a week on business. Upon checkout I wanted to make sure which card the bill would be charged to and the manager got rude with me and said my company would have to sort that out. All she had to do was lookup my room number and tell me which card was being charged. And second. The breakfast is alright if you get to it early. They do not rotate out food and let it bake under the lights and get rock hard. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Very rude and unprofessional.

The rooms are very outdated, bathrooms have rust stains and gaps in the tile grout, the tub had a film on it this morning. Last night I woke up to find a couple of dozen Japanese Beetles (Ladybugs) flying around the room. I mentioned it to the staff this morning and was told I would be given bonus IHG points. When I asked about it when checking in this evening they informed me that it wasn't done, but she would. Rates here are $155 and up. In the future I'll be staying at the Holiday Inn express in Plymouth, IN or the new one in Columbia City when it opens. It will be worth the drive and rates are much cheaper.

Nice bed, clean, hot breakfast but food sitting there a little too long and coffee not hot enough, friendly staff.

I stayed at the holiday Inn Warsaw indiana and It was horrible the staff was acceptable except for there self righteous idiotic manager. She rode completely disrespectful boastful inconsiderate. And above all awww @#$%^. I wouldn't stay here I had a broken window down in my room and then I let her worker know and they charged 550.00 without my consent. I have stop payment the credit card transaction already she is the general manager and she is worthless if there was every a manager manager that didn't deserve to have a position of power it is her th er customer is not always right in her warped mind didn't even want to je ast. My side of things completely one sided and here is where it gets real good they say the wife bbn is a safety hazard well what about the back door that's left unlocked and allows you access at all hours of the nite yeah she's stupid and racist and will not be left undone. I will proceed on this matter until she is fired.

Good. Felt a little dated, but the pool would have been a nice amenity if we'd arrived earlier. Elevator was a bit sketchy, though.

Pool is to cold to use we told them the other day they turned it up but it is still to cold to use we only stayed here for the pool and cant even use it. Stay at a diffrent hotel if you want a pool. Breakfast is great though.

We had a nice stay! beds were nice, other than people slamming the doors, it was very quiet. Breakfast lady was very friendly and the food was delicious. Carlee and skylar at the front desk were very helpful. My son and I got locked out of our room and they were quick to get me a new key. I would come back again.

After our house burnt down we were sent to live here for awhile. I have never spent Christmas away from home this year unfortunately I did. But the workers decorated our room and made us feel as if we were still at home. It brought tears to my eyes when I saw the room.

We got her late coming back from visiting family and this was a great hotel. The beds were fantastic, very quiet, and I like how there is a restaurant next door. Skyler and Sharlene were very friendly! The only complaint I have is the remodeling. It just made the hallways look nasty. Other than that, I would recommend.

We stayed here in September. It was a very nice hotel, but the pool was closed. So that was a bummer! The staff was very nice. Skyla at the front desk helped us bring our luggage down and the breakfast lady was extremely kind. Every hotel should have a breakfast person like that. Price was decent! We will be back.

Stayed here for the second November in a row. Great service, clean room. This may very well become an annual stop for me. Some extra outlets would be nice though.

Love this place. Excellent cookies when you walk through the door, great breakfast! the guy that works nights and Skyler are very nice! The beds are also very comfortable. I would come back!

We were driving through and decided to stay here. I'm so glad we did! The bed was so comfortable and usually when I stay at hotels there is lots of noise. Very quiet here. The front desk staff was very nice. Skyla at the front desk was great. She checked us in and made sure we got the room we asked for. The lady in breakfast was so nice. I just wish they had a washer and dryer! I Definitely recommend this hotel.

Everything was excellent with our stay. Friendly staff! Carly and Skylar were very helpful. Breakfast was great even though I wish there were more drink options. The beds were sooo comfy!

Quiet, smells nice, room was clean, most staff is friendly. Great rates, great free breakfast. Pool is small but was clean and warm. Mexican restaurant/bar very close (just at the end of the parking lot)

Very very poor customer service. I was only an attendee and not one that paid for the event or hosted it and it was dirty, understocked, not set up at all when we arrived, and the staff was rude. We were told we could have coffee that we had paid for and the lady said shes not makeing anymore coffee other then what was for breakfast. They even hid the chips they had on the frount counter from the guests that were staying in the hotel. I would never stay here.

Room was nice, and bed was comfortable. There is a nice lounge area on the third floor that is perfect for watching a football game with your friends. Staff was helpful and friendly. They're redoing the floors, so parts of the hotel are a mess, but it will be much improved when that is finished.

I had a previous post that I have since removed due to the regional manager threatening legal action against me for my 'unfounded/damaging claims. ' I've contacted Corporate and will update my post when we reach an agreement. Basically, the following day after my stay I felt very itchy and noticed 20+ bites all over my body. I brought my bags to a pest control company to be sprayed and they were pretty confident looking at the bites that they knew what they were. However, since I did not go to the doctor or have the bites tested, I cannot confirm what the bites were or where I got them… I'd like to point out that the manager and the front desk associates have been very helpful, understanding, and pleasant to deal with. Once the regional manager got involved, the situation changed drastically. I am a Spire Rewards Member and stay 100+ nights a year with IHG. The previous review I posted was the first negative review I've ever given. I only post reviews when I want to recognize someone for their outstanding service. Price & cleanliness is paramount to me and I've always chosen IHG over their competitors because of the value they provide.

The bathroom was clean and very nice. Beds were soft and comfortable (I passed out in minutes) and the room was spacious. The very cute lady at the desk this morning was very kind and all the staff were friendly and quite enjoyable to talk to.

BUYER BEWARE! We are a military family originally from Indiana but currently stationed in Hawaii. My wife made the long trip back to Indiana last week to attend a memorial service for her father who passed away in April. She was traveling with one of our daughters and our dogs (2 small Pomeranians, totaling about 10 pounds for the both of them). There aren't many hotel options in the area and since we had pets, this narrowed the search even further. We opted for the Holiday Inn Express in Warsaw because their pet policy was $10 per night cheaper than their competitor ($40/night vs. $50/night). Their pet policy specifically states, "dogs and cats under 15 pounds accepted… $40 nightly fee". Their competitor's policy states, "Pet accommodations: $25 per night, per pet". $10 bucks a night makes a difference on such a long trip. When my wife checked in to the hotel at 3:30am after a long day of traveling, the clerk told her the pet fee is actually $40 PER PET per night! We showed him how the pet policy was reflected online and how it compared to the other hotel's listing. He agreed that it was inconsistent and didn't put any pet fee on the check in documents. Three days later, when my wife checked out, you guessed it… an $80 per night pet fee was included in the bill! Room rate per night: $91… pet fee per night: $80! I could have booked a separate room for my dogs at almost the same price!

Unfortunately I had to experience this. I had reservation under a corporate rate. I had to change our reservation to the next day upon our arrival we where turned away because our rooms where taken and the hotel was booked. Then find out I was charged for rooms I never stayed In very disappointed. Charge's still stand after weeks for phone calls and complaints of wrong doing. Unfortunately they will not have my business after this misfortune nor will our company stay with them again. I give this company zero star's.

The staff was excellent and they were kind for our stay. We were there for a funeral and they were very happy to let our family use the breakfast nook to have a dinner get-together, since no restaurant could accommodate us. They let us stay as long as we wanted, and helped us make some wonderful memories. The breakfast was a nice benefit and the pool was great and we had a great view. We plan on returning in the summer.

Stayed here twice now, and the biggest complaint I have is about the dirty shower heads. Both rooms' shower heads were crusty, and had rogue water streams going in every direction. Besides that, they're remodeling the hotel, which is great. There is a decent Mexican restaurant across the parking lot.

Went for an overnight stay so our boys could go swimming. Checked in and went to the pool only to find out then that it's ice cold. Had to go ask at the front desk to find out that the heater was broken. No signs were up about it and no one mentioned it even when they seen us walk to the pool in our swimming trunks.

Great Stay! Friendly Staff! Dog Friendly! Spacious Room! Highly Recommend! Will Stay Again!

This hotel has its ups and downs, for the most part it aint all that bad but when its bad… its bad… The owner or one of them is from Michigan but stays at the hotel and works 2nds (sometimes) (3-11/whenever) His name is steve and he is aweful. He thinks just cuz he ownes the place he can park in the handicap parking spots, till someone calls the cops and he has to move it and in which he moves it by the door… He drives to a bar most nights and everywhere else and dont even have his drivers license… Now the managers… There is 2 of them and they both are terrible and need fired. One is rude and the other is lazy. The other girls tho are just amazing and are the reason I keep coming back! So whoever works 2nds and 3rds there, you are just awesome at what u do and keep me comin back. Especially the one who wears glasses on 3rds, just an amazing sweetheart that puts herself first and always helps with whatever. Rooms get a lil bad at times but they fix it right away.

They put me in a handicap room which is fine. They said they did not have an upgrade (@ the time of this posting I had 66000 points). The room smelled like a bad nursing home. The filters in the AC needed changed. By far the worst room I have experienced at a IHG hotel.

The room was okay except for the fact that the TV guide didn't match the channels at all, and you can't order any movies. Also, the lady at the front desk was really rude. We were charged for a 24 hour stay when it was only 21 due to their wonky check-in/check-out times. We weren't allowed to check in until 3 pm and had to leave by noon. At any other hotel, it's a full 24 hours. Coming into town with a toddler is hard enough without being able to give him a nap due to a crappy hotel. Also, the price was $40 more than they had told us upon booking it. Oh, and there were a ton of kids running through the halls all hours of the night due to a soccer team being there. Overall, we will NEVER stay at this hotel again.
