Very friendly staff… clean, quiet room great stay and better price. Will definitely return next time I'm in town!

We stayed at this Super 8 location 2 nights while we were attending freshman orientation at Ball State. The room was clean and it seemed freshly updated. The price was very affordable. This Super 8 is located close to the university and plenty of shopping and restaurants.

Great price, great location! Our room was nice and up-to-date with fresh paint and smelled clean when we walked in.

This is your typical college town Super 8. Very dated, bland and no frills. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The room has an in-room air conditioner that was very loud, but it kept the room cool. Good location close to campus & places to eat.

Room was clean, you can tell that it is a dated building. Staff was friendly, easy access to the highway.

Clean, staff was friendly, worth what we paid. Gives Super 8 a better name IMO.

Rooms were nice and clean, and beds were comfy. Didn't get a chance to try the breakfast though.

Clean quiet hotel with a wonderful staff. Our room looks to have been updated recently and was a stay overall. Exceeded my expectations for a Super 8. Wasn't a Four Seasons but was decidedly not a 2 star level hotel.

Rooms was nice but noicey and smells of drugs, plus cops where called alot while we was there.

Bed was comfortable and clean. The room was a bit older, but I can tell that they updated a few things (lamps with plugs on top, TV, shower curtain rod, wall color, etc). Good deal for the price we paid.

Very nice and well taken care of. Staff was awesome and very polite. I would so stay there again. Breakfast was ok not lot to choose from.

Our stay was pretty ok. Bed was comfortable, staff was good. That's about all one needs.

The hotel is really cost effective but man the beds are hard as a rock and the outdated in wall ac unit is loud. But on the flip side, the desk staff is friendly, the rooms are clean and well decorated. For the price this is a great place. Just be aware the beds are extra firm and the ac unit is a little loud when you turn it on.

While the hotel is clearly older, it has had some recent updates in paint, decor, and furnishings. While some of the paint and drywall repairs when not done to the best standard, the hotel was clean, looked decent and the staff were great. For a budget option, the Muncie Super 8 is a great option.

Clean rooms, very nice staff. Seems like new paint and furniture. In a good location for lots of restaurants and access to BSU. Will be back.

This hotel's purpose is to give you a place to sleep for the night; it's not there to pamper you or relieve stress, the Super 8 gives you a roof over your head and a shower to wash in: that's it. The rooms are kept after, showers clean, and ac cold. The check-in process is basic enough and service was satisfactory. I didn't have any trouble with the Hotel other than the beds sucking pretty hard. Pillows that had almost no support and mattresses being much too firm will welcome you in this establishment. All in all, for the price you pay, it's alright for a few nights. Perfect for visiting parents on a budget or people coming down to the campus to move in.

The rooms are reasonable in decor and cleanliness. Although the bath is aging and dated, the main area is spacious and updated. The mattress was spartan and hard, but not worn out. Breakfast is very limited and the coffee is reminiscent of low quality, bitter, dinner fair. The staff were very friendly. If you are focused on value, this is place.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was small and dated but clean, cool and comfy. Wasn't looking to pay for extras I wasn't going to use.

Room was clean, staff was friendly. All I needed was a cheap place to sleep and it suited that purpose pretty well. I like the 11am checkout time as well.

There were no extra blankets or pillows in the room. The hardware on the doors needed some attention. The room and price were ok, and suited our needs fine.

The staff helped me efficiently. I had not cell phone charger. They let me barrow theirs at no charge to let me stay in touch with my family and friends as I was having my truck worked on in a garage for three days. Great rooms. Clean. I never had a single complaint about their services. I enjoyed my stay. I felt welcome. That's impressive for these days it's hard to find. Everyone was helpful and friendly. Thank you Super 8.

The hotel is great, vry clean, front desk and house keeping are friendly and helpfull, but as for working for vinnie is very different is not a very good employer to work for.

Every year during Muncie Gras this is where we go to stay. Rooms are affordable. Staff is always friendly. Vinnie is amazing! Highly recommend.

It was good place to stay! we came for Ball State Oreintation. Stayed for couple of nights and it worked out perfect for us. It was close to the college and lots of restaurants nearby. IHOP was next to the hotel which was great.

Very Pleased! This place was clean, housekeeping staff was very helpful, the front desk staff knew me by name. It was quiet location, good price, close in proximity to the family we were visiting. Staff was able to get us in a day earlier than we had planned. We will go back to this place when we go back to town again. Thank you for everything.

Terrible! The first indication that it was going to be a bad stay was when we walked into our room it wasn't clean! We had to ask to be placed in another room which didn't take long but they spoke very unprofessionally about the man cleaning the rooms. The Worst thing about my stay was I came home with BED BUGS! I had bites on the small of my back, 2 on my neck, and 4 on my legs. I'm calling the manager tomorrow to let him know about it and see what he plans to do to remediate the situation. The last terror that happened was the charged me TWICE for one night. I booked here to save some money but I'll Never do that again! I can't stress enough what a nightmare this stay was.
