Arrived at night with no issues and able to find parking with ease. Friendly staff were quick to check us in to our room. Room was clean, bed was comfy, shower was hot. Breakfast in the morning was fine.

Nice hotel very close to downtown Louisville. A little hard to find because it's hidden behind another hotel and some apartments. Everything was clean and relatively new and there were several restaurant options within walking distance. Louisville was a 10 min uber ride across the bridge or a 2 mile walk if you're feeling up to it!

Very nice stay for a 2 star hotel. Max at the front desk made a great first impression. He was super helpful and seemed to really enjoy his job. Rooms were clean. Breakfast was average. Location was very easy in and out to and from Louisville.

Hotel was nice. Pool and hot tub was nice. Staff was VERY friendly! However the bathroom in our hotel was dirty. The shower looked liked it had only been "wiped" not cleaned for quite some time as there was water deposit build-up and soap scum. The drain in both the sink and tub were not working properly. The toilet was not secured to the floor. If I was to stay there again, I'd ask to see the room and bathroom (in person) before booking.

I've stayed here twice for work and I'd stay again. The staff is friendly the rooms are clean and their hot breakfast is decent. The hotel is in a good location across the river just North of Louisville. It's not very walkable, but you are near good restaurant options. The only thing I found odd was that, during both of my stays, my rooms had a dehumidifier that ran constantly. Fairly noisy, but I don't mind some extra white noise to help me sleep.

Not terrible. I was placed in a handicap room with a king sized bed. The handicap room has a special chair for sitting in the shower. It also has no actual tub, a shower with no sill. The floor has a drain in addition to the shower drain. So the room has a half hotel half nursing home feel. I didn't access any of the amenities like the fitness room, which looked nice and had a wide range of dumbbells and treadmills and ellipticals. There is also an indoor pool which I did not see. There is no evening meal but they do have a breakfast, I left too early to have any, it doesn't start until 0600 I believe. Room was clean. The person in the room above mine was goosestepping the length of the room all night so I didn't sleep a wink. The in room coffee was good and yes you will have access to "The Book of Mormon", always a good read.

Front desk employees are great. Especially the evening staff and the breakfast staff. Would be better if the housekeeping was more consistent. My stay was 30 days and I don't require it or want an every day cleaning so when I do ask for it, I would appreciate a few things. Clean sheets, clean towels, and garbage emptied. Always had to ask to get my sheets changed, twice I had to call to get clean towels, and a time or two the garbage wasn't emptied. While the employees are nice, housekeeping was less than desired Edit: two days in a row and they still haven't cleaned the room. Went ahead and changed my rating.

Good place! There was a bathroom door. Last one we were at it did not have one! Good places to swim! Lived the hot tub.

Typical Fairfield Inn. Nothing luxurious but clean rooms. Easy walk to river and Jeffersonville. Quick ride to Louisville. Great breakfast selection and friendly staff.

Excellent service. Great deals. Lots of shops in walking distance.

Worst place you could ever stay at. Found bed bugs and was refused a refund! I will never stay at this location again and staff was very rude thru entire situation!

Im not big on leaving reviews however, this hotel is by far the best around within a comparable price range. Nicest workers, complimentary breakfast, laundry with 2 washers and 2 dryers, and best of all smart TV, s. I stayed here for 11 days and Netflix made me feel right at home. Also walking distance from several restaurants and the river. I would recommend this Fairfield to anyone.

I traveled to Jeffersonville for work and stayed at this hotel. While staff was friendly and it was a nice enough place overall, I was bitten by bedbugs. I will say that management was very considerate and helped me replace my things after my stay.

It is a really good clean place to stay. And the staff there is the best I have ever seen. Who ever the GM is, is doing a good job…

Very clean. Very pleasant staff. Very quiet. Set back away from the highway so it seems like it is "In a neighborhood ". Yet still very easy to get to.

This is an older hotel but it is clean, the staff are nice and helpful. I will recommend this hotel and stay here next year when I return three times.

I generally have a high opinion of Fairfield units, but this stay was merely up the middle of the road. The beds were nice, but the hotel was on the older side. A strange odor (not bad, just odd) filled the room. At 230 in the morning our smoke detector started to chirp. I held my breath and hit the "clear" button, expecting it to go wild, but thankfully it went silent. Breakfast was OK, but nowhere near great. The coffee gets a C-. It certainly wasn't the smoother stay, but the room was clean, which is always the most important to me, and that keeps the overall rating passable, despite the lost slumber.

The staff at that location are beyond exceptional! The rooms are always 5 star quality, and the free hot breakfast is always fresh and delicious!

Decent location, pretty clean. Breakfast is very good. Builing is a little worn. We had a poor seal around the shower and water got on the floor; towel took care of it. A/c needs a tune up. Bed was nice. Would stay again.

Its clean, the staff are very friendly. I would give more stars but service based on pay could be better they want approximately 140 a night plus tax and at the end of the day I have stayed in nicer for less! The breakfast is great if u want cereal or oatmeal, if your expecting eggs bisquits gravy bacon or even done sausage this is not the breakfast for u.

Not a bad place. Sound proofing between floors could be better. But the breakfast was pretty okay & staff was super friendly.

The staff was very nice and the hotel was in a good location, walking distance to good restaurants right on the river. The breakfast was sub-par, the eggs texture had a powder consistency, stuck with oatmeal every other day which was decent. The maid service was inconsistent, some days the curtains were open other days not, they didn't refill the toilet paper when it was down to one sheet. I got back to my room one day and the humidity was at 75% in the room because the dehumidifier was full, so I had to empty that myself. The bottom of the tubs are slanted so it's hard to stand in them to shower. I won't be staying here again.

In bad need of an update. Update is happening now, but is disturbing to guests.

This place is a ripoff! They charged $200 extra claiming the room was smoked in when it was not! When confronted they said there was no way to prove anything!

Front desk worker was very friendly and had my keys ready because of motile check in. Room was clean and what you'd expect at this chain — nothing extravagant but comfortable.

I absolutely hated this place it was the worst experience I've ever had! First off I was put in a hearing inpared room so when I had called in for a wake up call at 9:00 am for my job I had never gotten one ALSO the alarm had made no noise! So you would think that if you knew someone was not hearing inpared and you put them in that room next time you should give them a clock that works! ALSO we had NO room service! FRONT DESK was awful! To TOP it all off they had lost power as well so once again if I hadn't set my own alarm this time I would have probably slept in again! So people if you decide to stay here bring your OWN ALARM! This once again was awful I can't believe the service I had gotten here!

Nice place for a good price.

Great value for price. Very family friendly. Nice indoor pool. Free Daily Breakfast was adequate. Loved the bed/pillows — slept well. Only downside — the elevator shaft smelled like raw sewage for some reason.

Average Fairfield. Prices hugely inflated for some reason mid week — more than $200 for a night. Not worth that price. Rooms and eating area were clean, though. Just a warning — bring ear plugs. The hotel is at the end of a major bridge, and trucks engine brake all night.
