Very nice with great service.

It was a great experience and I was satisfied with my stay. I would stay at this hotel again.

Kept very clean with all of the people there. There were over 180 people in attendance.

We had our family dinner of 20 there on Saturday night. The food (prime rib) was delicious and the setting up of tables & decorating was above & beyond what we had expected. Thank you Radisson for your hospitality & dinner.

The hotel has a nice pool. Laundry machine and great location.

Our room was amazing I got an upgrade to a kind suite I was noticed as a gold member staff was great we had our own entrance to the room and a patio. Our little weekend get away was for my birthday we had plans to go out and look at the city but stayed in because the room was perfect and the restraunt in hotel was amazing ty for making my birthday great.

Consistency of service, clean and comfortable rooms. This is an old but beautiful hotel. The staff is very professional and courteous. It has all the amenities. Great for families with indoor and outdoor pool.

Always a great place to stay! Friendly staff, clean rooms, and the grounds are kept neat. The restaurant has some good buffets! I stay here at least once a month driving for Greyhound! Love it!

Didn't even stay here a single night and we have been charged over $100 about 5 different times in the span of a month.
Initial issue… before we got there I asked when I booked the reservation if my card would be charged before I got to the hotel… the girl told me no. Well about 4 hours later they proceeded to charge it… after I double checked with them because my boyfriend was going to use his card when we got there.
Biggest mess ever. Especially when they somehow charged us weeks after… which has resulted in a couple overdraft fees.

Great place to stay flew in from California staff was great soon as we checked in til the time we checked out. We would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great price and a friendly staff as well to match their stay.

Booked a room at this facility for a two night stay and I must say that I was not pleased at all. I was there for my college celebration and I could not enjoy all of the celebratory activities because I could not use the restroom facility to freshen up once I got there. I drove in from Chicago checked in and to my dismay the tub was filthy. Dirt rings in and around the tub and there was water leakage on the window seals. The night manager changed my room however the problem of the bathtub still existed. The compensation to fix the problem was two breakfast vouchers and when I expressed to her that breakfast was a meal that I do not eat there was no other compensation given by her but an oh well. It was too late to cancel and get reservations elsewhere without paying there and at another hotel. The prices that weekend was doubled because of a truck show that was in a nearby in Kentucky. Yes, I was beyond livid. Imagine paying 250.00 for two night stay at a hotel that didn't meet your expectation and getting nothing in return but frustration. After filling out the survey that was sent to me through email I got a response from the day manager that said I refunded you 25.00 off your room. What a way to appease your guest that expected so much more from a hotel chain of your magnitude. I would have done better sleeping at a rest stop and using their facilities at least I would not have expected much from there or spent as much as I did to be aggravated and upset.

Great price. We loved the location, right off the highway. The staff was very nice, helpful. The beds were comfortable and clean. And yes, the inside pool is beautiful. It seemed to be the best part of the hotel. It was always occupied with lots of children. But we won't be back. And we will not recommend this hotel to friends/or family. I agree with the previous guest who said the hallways are cold. We had to change rooms because there was no hot water for showers. There are no microwaves or frig in the rooms. The bathroom were rundown. The hotel could use some upgrades.
