Unique opportunity to stay in a historic building that is now a comfortable hotel. Lodging fee included free admission to the park! Golf course looked great… unable to play due to rain.

Beautiful old Inn. Very reasonably priced. Pleasant, friendly staff. The free breakfast was perfectly serviceable; eggs, sausage, waffles, and an assortment of continental style items. The rooms were nicely finished, the bed was comfortable, and the walk in shower had 4 shower heads. Also had a microwave and small refrigerator. If you're at an event at the Garrison, I'd highly recommend, as this Inn's location can't get much better.

The historic building was definitely cool, and well-presented. The room was nice and spacious, and the staff friendly and helpful. The surrounding area is gorgeous, too, especially the state park — and it's only a 5 minute drive!

I enjoyed my stay here with my girlfriend. It was really roomy and clean and welcoming. I don't really have any complaints, the areas nice the outside of the hotel is very nice it's a great view. The National Park is like a block away so it's very convenient.

We had a great stay. The staff (particularly Bonnie) went above and beyond to take car of us. Highly recommend!

I attended an event here that involved several meeting rooms and a light dinner (salad bar buffet). The building is beautiful, quaint, and the setting next to Ft. Benjamin Harrison State Park was gorgeous. The meeting set up was nice, though some signage would have been nice. The employees were very helpful and friendly.

Have our banquets there twice a year. Went this evening for scholarship banquet. Food was excellent so was the service. Have stayed at the hotel before. Beautiful rooms. Highly recommend.

Had a tour of the place for hosting a possible event. Seems like a nice place for a wedding! Quaint rooms and reasonable prices with a pretty outdoor area. No complaints so far but we haven't actually been a patron yet.

Tina the manager goes above & beyond expectations. A fine, kind lady who assures your stay is @ top of all State Park Inn offering of all State Parks. We have stayed at all 7 Inns and Tina & her efficient staff are TOP OF LIST! Continues to asks everytime anything else you need or want she can do for all the guests. Know she (Tina) personally takes care all requests. She has met SPECIAL celebration requests in minimal time frame of quick requests. Any issues, like NEVER, she a fabulous listener. Resolves all questions in a smiling, soothing voice. Manager, Miss Tina brings joy to coming to Fort. Harrison State. Park it's first impression! This Inn of the 7 is phenomenal. BEYOND any other place you could expect when checking in. 5 *****. Charles Sankey II & Anita. We will continue to stay HERE regularly! Great SHOPPING nearby also. Jacuzzi is a must in rooms. Very helpful and friendly hotel staff. I would recommend this place if you are looking to stay in the Indianapolis area. Very nice State Park to enjoy the outdoors.

My fiancée and I stopped in here to look for a possible vanue for our wedding. The rooms were beautiful, and the whole place had that nice antique/old smell to it. We have not yet decided on a vanue, but out of the 6 we have looked at, it is in the top 2.

We had our rehearsal dinner for our wedding in the Roosevelt room at the end. The staff was helpful in the days leading up to the event as well as very professional during the event itself. We already loved coming two Sunday brunch at the inn and are very glad we held our dinner there.

This cozy, well-kept inn is located just outside Ft. Harrison State Park. The inn is like a small version of a national state park lodge. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and in the best way, rustic. Just around the corner, Ft. Harrison State Park offers biking and walking trails. In walking distance are several good restaurants.

Great atmosphere, great staff, great accommodations! Stayed in the Col Glenn house & loved the vibe & feel. A lot of rich history @ Ft Harrison!

I've come here for a number of years now for a yearly gathering of friends and colleagues, and I will say that there has not been a single negative experience amongst any of those visits! The staff, the service, and the food are all simply excellent, and the location itself is in a fairly convenient spot, with grocery and food options not but a fairly short walk from the lodgings. All in all, consistently a terrific experience!

Location is very pretty. Historic building and architecture with high ceilings. Stayed with a group of 4 and used a pull out bed that was in fairly rough shape, but other amenities were good.

Really nice, spacious rooms. People were so nice and welcoming. Breakfast was decent, not very many options. Room and sheets were clean. However, the jetted tub didnt work or the jets in the shower. We were bummed out about that. But I will definitely stay again and also recommend to family and friends.

We don't know much about the origins of this hotel, but it appears to have a fascinating history. This is one of the fancier hotels we've stayed in. The place is gigantic! Our suite could very easily have been a livable house for us haha. It had a giant king size bed and a separate living room with TV and couches. The bathroom was fancy and spacious and came with a 6 head shower stall :D The hotel is several floors tall with available elevators to ease the haul of luggage. Large parking lots wrap around the entirety of the motel with entrances in the front and rear. Outside has an additional seating area that comes with a large bonfire pit and pre-stocked woodpile. The only disappointing thing about this hotel, and why we knocked it down a star, is that the continental breakfast was terrible. For a place this fancy and expensive you would expect something better than brittle, fake egg slabs and crusty old biscuits. Very little in the way of selection and everything was out of stock the whole morning. This hotel is still an impressive experience and we highly recommend a stay if you want to fancy up your vacation. Just make sure you eat elsewhere :P.

I love taking my son to the playground here. Its nice and clean with plenty of shaded areas to sit and have lunch. The trails are nice too and some are even paved (makes pushing a stroller easier).

So many Pokémon and pokèstops! It is pretty! Whatch out for the curbs at night. Lol.

Honestly, I was VERY surprised by the quality of the rooms at this inn. I feel like if they improved the quality of the dining/breakfast area and offered better toiletries, this place would be AMAZING.

Nice location that is quiet and serene but still close to retail and dining venues. Facilities are clean and staff is very helpful.

Sooo awesome! Beautiful historic hotel. We stayed in a junior suite that included a luxurious bathroom with a bathtub that I could almost lay down lengthwise in, (I'm 5'6") and a 4 head shower. Four windows overlooking the other historical park buildings, all red brick circa 1904. We had 2 confortable queen size four poster walnut beds with a steps tool to get into, typical of the decor time period, Fireplace, refrigerator, microwave, flat screen TV, armoire desk and a very deep closet as well. And with an added bonus of our own thermostat, not the loud clunky typical hotel room heat or cooling system. A hot breakfast of DIY waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage, pastries, juices and coffees was also included. The only drawback was there was no pool, but my children still requested we come back, due to the huge tub and winding stairway. The price we paid was the same as the normal lower mid-range run of the mill hotel, but competed with 5 star upscale room quality! I travel often and this is the best room I've stayed in for quite awhile!

We had our company holiday party at the Inn and a number of people spent the night. The food was delicious and the location was very pretty.

It's the best in the area. Excellant staff and facility.

We had our son's rehearsal dinner at the Inn at the Theodore Room. It was the perfect size for our party of 30, the food was terrific and the service was the best. I was slightly concerned because I did not visit the location before the dinner, but very, very happy with the atmosphere and quality of the room/service. Would highly recommend their service.

Not sure about the INN, but the park is a very nice place considering it is on post rd.

Great park, new trails and not busy during the week. The staff can be a little slow when a problem occurs, but overall a great relaxing place for a hike or bike ride.
