Hotel was great. Staff was friendly. The pool is open, however it looked a little old for just remodeling it. I didnt see a hot tub morning meal was decent just your regular stuff, however they kept the food out untill 10 which I really liked most places make you get up at first light to eat bed was comfortable wish there were more pillows room could had more furniture's in it in all I give a 7.5 out of 10

Nice rooms. Very quiet. Easy access to interstate and tons of restaurants & shopping within walking distance.

Room was clean and nice. Staff very nice. Disappointed the pool was closed and feel they should have offered a small discount. Common areas are in need of update. Pool area too.

Perfectly functional hotel, but it's dated. In conference rooms, all AV equipment is from the last decade. Their sole projector does not have a USB port. Go elsewhere if you need a meeting space and want to convey professionalism.

Horrible customer service in the mornings. Night shifts way friendlier! Morning staff act like they have a stick up their butt.

Wyndham should be ashamed to have their name associated with this location. Staff was dressed very unprofessionally, didn't care that we were unhappy with the room (small wonder after seeing the pics). Pool was closed for unknown reason. Disgusting place, pictures speak for themselves. It's the little things, that become not so little when my pocket is involved and I have a choice! Note to self… don't trust a Wyndham next time.

It was awesome! The room was exception Al and the staff very friendly. We will be back!

BED BUGS***** Would like to give more because the staff was nice, breakfast was good, People bringing dogs (Load Dogs), but Bed Bugs!

Rooms are clean, comfortable beds and room temperature, even better that you can add extra heat or cool if needed. The pool was warm. It would have been nice to have a guide for the channels that were available and some ventilation in the restrooms. There was an outside ashtray for smokers, but some type of shelter would be nice as well. Over all our stay was great!

This hotel definitely needs to be updated. The room was spacious, but the carpet was worn, the faucet in the tub leaked, the tub itself was worn and had what looked like mold in a ring around the bottom. My son slept on the pull-out-couch but the mattress was so old that it was only about 3 inches thick and very uncomfortable. I made the reservation for five of us to stay in the suite, but the room wasn't ready for five of us. There were only three bath towels, two hand towels and three wash cloths. The staff did provide more towels when I walked down to the desk and asked. We stayed on the 2nd floor, but there was no elevator, only stairs. This wasn't a problem for my family, but someone with trouble climbing stairs would have difficulty with this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful, so that was one redeeming factor.

I will not stay at Baymont Inn til they hire someone like Victoria instead of that rude snotty general manager Heather. I was about to lose my composure. Hateful, rude.

They had cookies. The pool was a little cool. The room was clean and large.

Clean, comfortable, quite, and reasonably priced. Breakfast was mediocre. Coffee weak. Please staff.

Nice staff, lackluster amenities. Desperately needs updating. Good proximity to highway. Second floor is NOT handicap accessible — meaning you have to take the elevator.

Great location to I-74. I think it's reasonably price, lady at the front desk was friendly. But just like any other Hotel there's always something positive and negative about it but overall I give it a 4 out of 5

Room was decent and clean. Internet was SLOW… could barely connect to the Wi-Fi. Breakfast was a joke. Very few food options and the sausage was on ice with a sign "please microwave your own sausage"! The Hampton down the road is much nicer (but was full, and about $30/night more). Not a bad place to crash, but thats about it.

It used to be a good place to stay for the night. Seems to have gone down hill. I stayed on the second floor there is no elevator. Air conditioner did not seem to work. I had it on high and I was still warm all night. The shower had good pressure on the water was hot, though. They were something under the sheet that was itchy in bed.

Stayed here for vacation while visiting family. They offer Free breakfast each morning, an indoor heated pool, a small work pot room is also on site. They have nice spacious hotel rooms that are affordable. The employees are the best! They were very friendly, accommodating and made our stay a pleasurable one. We will definitely stay here again when in town.

The rooms are spacious and look really clean. But the key cards kept getting demagnetized and we couldn't get all our rooms together.

Pool was filthy. Building does not have elevator so don't bother with luggage cart. Hallways are in need of repair and no air condition. TV was not setup and kept flashing setup info which you cannot do yourself. Lobby is hot. There is no parking for people with moving vans.

Room was nice but the bathroom could've been cleaner and the old sheets from the previous user weren't even stripped off the pull out couch. However, very nice pool and good breakfast.

Location is great since its right off the interstate. Overall cleanliness was good and the staff was very welcoming. It's not the nicest place I've been to but overall it was good.

The customer service was great. Our first room's air conditioner was noisy and we asked to be moved to a different room. The front desk gal happily changed our rooms and followed up with a call to make sure the second room was to our liking. The beds were comfortable, the room clean and the free breakfast was an actual breakfast — waffles, scrambled eggs, sausage, juices, yogurt, etc… The morning staff was as friendly as the evening staff. It was an overall positive experience.

As a late-night arrival, the service, room, and overall experience was fine. Nothing bad and nothing special.

Needed a place to stay for a few nights near Milan, IN. The location is great and clean.

Room was nice. A bit plain but overall the best deal for the money we found.

The girl that waited on us was great we came down a little late and she was going to put everything back out but I went for Biscuits and gravy they was awesome and so was the waitress.

Very clean and very welcoming staff.
