The rooms are very good for the price (half stove top, microwave, big fridge, utensils) but I reserved a room online and was given a heads up that it might not have been cleaned yet. It wasn't. Yes it's Labor Day weekend but being understaffed is no excuse. I've been waiting 15 minutes so far to find out if there is a clean room available. If I'm not offered a discount I'll probably take that second star off.

Beware! This place is filfthy. There's a mildew ashtray stench inside. Bed bugs in our room, they swap us out to another room in which the fridge was broken! Everywhere there is rat poop and mold stains in ceiling and walls. Their laundry room is broken. They advertize a pool that isn't even there. Their parking lot is littered with trash, syringes, needles and beer cans. The area is bad, the hotel is always loitered by nearby drug feens and drug dealers. Stay away! Horrible experience. For cheaper price there is better options.

The stay was okay. The fridge is full sized and the room was decent sized. Lady at the front desk was very friendly and none of the other guests bothered us. There was leftover food in the fridge from whoever stayed in the room before us and the room just had an odd smell to it.

Pulled in at about 2am from the west coast. Got a deal and an amazing room. Full size fridge, living area, dining area and sleeping area. Nice size bathtubs for the kiddo the take a bath in. Called the budget inn first lady said no vacancy, as we drove by we saw it was a lie that's ok cause we slept better at the extended stay anyways.

Bad experience. The first room they assigned me had not been made up. The bed was unmade. Paint fell of the door frame as I entered. Second room: the key didn't work, so back to the front desk for a working key card. This room had a refrigerator that had not been wiped out, stained sheets, the shell of a telephone but no phone. Lamps were unplugged so I had to move furniture to plug them in. Internet was down and I spent 45 minutes online with Technical Support for nothing. I stayed only that night and would not have stayed except for the fact that it was pretty late. I was not informed that the internet was down when I checked in. The staff was nice. For one night I have a bill of $238 which I noticed when I reviewed my credit card statement. I trust I can get that resolved. Since the internet was down, I didn't get a form to sign to check in, nor did I get one when leaving. Bad experience.

I only went to visit a friend staying there. It seemed nice and it was quiet inside. It was clean on the inside. The outside looks a little rough, but don't let that put you off. The room they were in was very nice and clean. I didn't interact with any staff as they have the type of doors on the outside of the building all the way around. They had a lot of handicap access that I noticed which was good for me personally. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Had to move rooms because AC didn't work in first room. Easily moved to new room which ended up being nicer, but the cable wouldn't stay on for more than 60 seconds without showing "no signal" after 11:30 PM. Super annoying. Blankets are thin itchy prison blankets between 2 sheets. The kitchen is cute though.

We literally were in and out. I've NEVER seen a more dimly lit and disgusting room before in my life! Stains everywhere, food wrappers and wads of gum left on the floor, the vent in the bathroom was hanging, the lock on the door didn't work, there were lamps placed in the room yet we didn't see any outlets (not that it would've helped) we had all the lights on and still felt like we needed a flashlight to see what all was in the room, although it may have been better that way. There was a rock in the hallway propping a door open, it was just all bad. The things nightmares and scary movies are made of.

No elevator have to drag large bags upstairs. Not even a continental breakfast. room ia clean but nothing special except it has a fridge, 2 burner hotplate, microwave and coffeemaker. People seem friendly however. Have to walk 1/2 mile to find food…
