It's nice, rooms are comfortable there is a microwave and refrigerator and the receptionist was friendly and helpful.

I travel for business. The management and staff were so welcoming and very friendly making it like a home away from home. They have a great bar selection too.

Booked a jacuzzi room. Got here and they said the room was down and couldn’t refund us the difference to put us in just a king room so we had to eat the up charge.

Nice hotel. I don't know if it was just the room I selected or not but there was no place to hang clothes. Courteous staff. Breakfast served here and plenty of restaurants near by.

Perfect all the way around. Friendly and helpful staff, beautiful lobby and rooms. Every thing was clean and organized, was very comfortable. Not many places can make you feel at home, the went above and beyond that here, our family loved our stay here.

Very hot rooms. They don't allow you to set your own air conditioning temperature. My room was able to get kinda cool but not cold. And that was only after the Sun went down. There are several of a staying at this hotel and all the rooms were the same. Hard to sleep with a hot room. I talked to the front desk about it and she got snippy with me. As if paying a $130 wasn't enough to guarantee me an air conditioned room.

Great check in, friendly staff and very helpful. Only issue is doors to all rooms close very loudly. Also the rooms beside the exterior entrance ar not really sound because the doors slam shut. But still over all great stay.

Stayed here for my daughter's birthday! The kids had a BLAST! I loved it! Amenity wise, make this one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at! Pool was GREAT, hot tub was fun, the courtyard by the pool is GORGEOUS and the breakfast was awesome! Will be coming back for staycations! Thank You!

The only reason I picked this hotel because of the pool/hot tub. Got there and eyes immediately shut due to the staff using too much chlorine/chemicals. In addition, the hot tub was inoperable. The manager on duty tried to pass it off as "the air needs to make its way thru the tubes… ". Nothing worked and people's eyes were burning. A couple came into the pool area, got into the pool — coughing the entire time — and immediately got out. Nobody went near the pool area the entire night. They had to prop open the outside door to air out all of the chemicals that were blinding everyone, so obviously the staff is untrained. Room was ok — but the door was not fitted correctly so I had to kick it shut. No wonder there were vacancies when I booked late for a conference.

My husband and I stayed here because we couldn't get a room downtown, but we were very glad we stayed here instead! It's a nice place. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfy, the shower is good. The light in the bathroom is also super fun. You tap the power button light that appears on the mirror and the lights come on. So you don't have to fumble for the light switch in the middle of the night (I may have been a little too impressed by this feature). The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool looks very interesting, with a little tunnel you can swim through to go inside or outside (or you could take the door I guess if you're not feeling the tunnel vibe). Their breakfast is also decent for a hotel and their dining area is pretty nifty. I'd stay again!

Day one breakfast, pretty good. Day two breakfast, inedible. Milk even expired. Should be ashamed. Not bad sleep, but rest not good.

Wonderful rooms very clean, great location right off the highway. Excellent breakfast buffet (even bacon and eggs)

I went to a brush shower in their conference room. It was beautifully done and they gave us the space we wanted to gave all the time to celebrate and party.

The hotel was just reopened after an overhaul renovation which makes it brand new and fantastic.

Brand new remodel, the rooms and hotel in general is very clean, especially considering there is still some work going on in parts of the building. Great beds, plenty of room in the bathrooms, nice stone and block work in the lobby and building and very nice and helpful staff.

Hated it so much after 20 minutes I got my money back and left.

A few little aesthetic things here and there but the experience was what we were looking for. We will return to try a different room, for sure.

Room was mediocre for being rated as a 3 star. No fridge, small and very outdated. My major problem though is we are being charged a $250 smoking fee for a room we definitely did NOT smoke in and they refuse to take the charge off of the card. They said they had pictures of butts and ashes and then never sent them. Rude, unprofessional, liar. I stay at a lot of hotels and I will never stay at a Wyndham again! Good luck if you still book a room at this place.

I live in town of Fort Wayne I had an experience at my complex that force me to a hotel I had a 3d experience the hotel was extremely clean the rooms are real nice the cleaning staff was extremely helpful the front desk the girls there are phenomenal very friendly and will go out of their way to help you in any way they can I would give them a 5 star but there not a five star lol the breakfast there you can't beat it I haven't seen a breakfast in a hotel like that without paying any money in ages I travel a lot I hope this review as helpful have a very blessed day.

False Fire alarms going off at midnight. Black mold in bathroom. Asked for extra towels in the evening and the towels were brought after we were asleep. Bedding and pillows stained.

Two employees of this hotel have chosen to write false negative reviews of my Taxi Company. Ben's Economy Taxi provides low cost taxi services in Fort Wayne. However two Hotel Employees have ganged up on us and because we were 4 minutes late for the pick up going 6 blocks away chose to write bade reviews, well Anna Pnitani and KellyUnderwood are both front desk clerks at this hotel and lie to customers on the arrival time of their taxis and then call us back and cancel like we did something wrong. I am the owner of Ben's Economy Taxi and we are the second largest taxi company in the city but the Marriott continues to call Elite Taxi a Company with 2 cabs and then they call us for the crappy runs. We will no longer provide taxi services to this hotel, I hope you choose somewhere else to stayin the future.

Stayed January 18th, 2015 and found a live bed bug after having bites and finding blood on my sheets in the morning. They gave me 50% off.

Great people, always nice, rooms always perfect, breakfasts excellent. Highly recommend.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for just a spur of the moment kind of thing. We enjoyed the hotel very much! It is very clean, updated, the beds are comfortable, the rooms are large, staff is friendly and they try their hardest to make you feel at home. We stayed in a king suite with a hot-tub, the AC wasn't working for some reason, we called front desk and they came to our room and gave us a key card to a new room (exact same). They were very friendly and nice! The only down fall was the pool was closed early for maintenance. It is located in a good part of town, and the court yard is BEAUTIFUL! Worth the $$ and will come back. As for the breakfast it is $8.99 per person and they tell you that when you check in, and the TV is flat screen, Wi-Fi is fast, and no smoking signs posted all over.

Worse hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms are really bad. To expensive for no reason. they say they offer breakfast but when we went in the morning they came and asked us to pay 12 per person! they don't have even 1 sign saying its smoke free facility but they allow themselves to charge your credit card $300 without permission and when I call they say I smoked in the room which I did not and of course after calling them 100 times you cant get a good answer. Do Not Go there. There are hundreds of better and cheaper hotels in fort Wayne.

I have stayed here twice. The first time I stayed here was back in Nov of 2011. In Nov I would have agreed with most of these reviews. Since my most resent stay in March of 2012, the beds, rooms, and service are all better. The beds are comfy, the rooms have a fresh coat of paint and the services is much better. The feel of the lobby is still outdated but its a good place to stay for the price.

Internet is high speed if this were 1995. Rooms were outdated but otherwise clean. Staff was great on the other hand. Nothing special.
