Hotel was really nice, everything was clean and up to date. The room I stayed in was very spacious and all the amenities I would want.

First of all,, it's a very beautiful hotel, nicely decorative, always clean, good customer service, all the other things are just fantastic,, I would recommend it to all. Try it out. You'll love it.

Definitely don't work for this company. Has no idea how to handle payroll and management has a severe lack of accountability. I have filed a complaint with the better business bureau and sent an email to the CEO like it will ever reach outside of a spam folder… really was excited to work for this company too. What a shame.

Beautiful property. Really nice with a bar/ restaurant. Convenient to anything downtown.

We went without coffee and had to beg for towels, we were not told at check in they had no maid service, they did comp the 15 dollars a nite for parking in their garage, the other option was a block away, which I couldn't do. Really feel for the price if they can't supply normal service they shouldn't be open.

No room service. No coffee in rooms for 3 people. $15/day to park your car. Hallways dirty because of no cleaning crew, glasses, cans sitting out. We were not told there was no room service when checking in, so we also ran out of towels.

Great place everyone was so nice rooms were amazing. Can’t wait to revisit had a blast!

We decided to stay for the Skywalk over to the Ford Center for the Concert we’re attending.

Well they have nice rooms with built in maid service, I mean who thought of that.

I brought my three children to the Doubletree for a mini-vacay to swim and enjoy room service. Kirk was amazing. He allowed us an early check-in so we could have more time to swim and even thoughtfully placed us on the first floor near the pool. The room was lovely. We can't wait to come back!

I ate at the stone City grill and the food was absolutely amazing. Well worth the price. The service was impeccable and my waitress, Selena took care of all of my needs with a friendly smile and extremely quick service. I would definitely recommend the Doubletree and the Stone City Grill to all friends and family members coming to Evansville. In my opinion the Doubletree is by far the best hotel in the city. They have abundant parking for the downtown Evansville area. And the cleanliness of the entire Hotel was very reassuring.

Truly a luxury hotel feel without the luxury price. I love the DoubleTree hotel chain, and this Evansville location did not disappoint. Spacious rooms, amazing cookies and an impeccably cleaned hotel through and through. Front desk staff was really friendly and the lobby was generally lively throughout the day here, which made for a really enjoyable atmosphere. Very happy we chose to stay at this hotel!

Nice hotel. Would have given a 5 except the front desk area is small (only 2 stations) and lines get long quickly for both checking in and out. Breakfast staff was superb. Rooms are very clean. Location is perfect.

Everything was great. Great check in. At check out personal. Who checked me out could have cared less about what she was doing.

Overpriced. Underwhelmed. Room has a smell like stagnant water mixed with dirty feet. We were charged $12 to park in the Hilton garage. Not worth the price.

My wife and I attended the conference center for a professional award ceremony. The service was very attentive and polite. The food was very good. The only issue I have is that the drinks were incredibly expensive. $4 for a soft drink. $6 for Michelob Ultra $7 for a bottle of Sam Adams. The water was free though and they also had a self serve Starbucks black coffee that was free as well.

I could not be any more happy about the experience we had at this Hotel. The hotel is IMMACULATE. Clean. And the room was perfect. The lobby staff was amazing. Specifically Noah. Wow. He was the definition of upbeat and friendly. He made our night. Will DEFINITELY book here again!

Accommodations are very nice, lots of rooms for meetings, and great amenities. Only missing one star due to breakfast. I don't mind paying for my meal, but the food should have not taken an hour to arrive (did not get the buffet option). The staff was still very friendly and accommodating throughout the mishap.

Night time staff could use some lessons in etiquette, but the hotel was very nice with a starbucks practically in the lobby! This location must be new. The room was spacious and nice. Parking in the garage was convenient.

For some reason I keep having problems here. Never had a successful stay.
This time they couldn’t find my reservation and took 20 minutes to check me into an occupied room. Very awkward to open a door to a room with someone already in it.
Place isn’t new anymore either. Dirty carpets, banged up walls and trim.
Consistently poor service.
1 star since opened and has not improved.
Even though it’s a few blocks from the office I’ll be staying a few miles away someplace else from now on…
Do not stay here. Definitely don’t eat here.

Only stayed for a quick short night, but the room was amazing and clean. The bed was so soft, had amazing pillows, and felt welcoming. We even got offered a cookie at the check in desk. Great place to stay, especially if you are going to the Ford Center because you can just use the skywalk to get there!

This was a great modern hotel! I do a fair amount of business travel, and this is one of the nicest rooms I stayed in! Very spacious and modern. Very friendly, warm staff as well. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Evansville.

Clean, quiet and within easy access of downtown attractions. Fair prices to be honest, for what you get. Cheaper places exist in town, but they vary from nice to flat out grunge. This place is always clean and well managed, supplies always abundant. I hate, I repeat hate, not having clean towels. Oh, pools!

Very nice and pretty fancy. The restaurant is open until 10, when we went at 9 for dinner it was closed so we had to order room service. Not a big deal, they just needed a sign or something so we didn’t waste our time. We sat at the bar for about 20 minutes and never got a drink so we just went back to our room and ordered food and drinks. Here was chunks of soap on the shower drain and soap holder when we got to our room. Again not a big deal, just thought it would be a little cleaner for being new and expensive. We were overall happy with our stay and loved how it connected to the old national center so we never had to go outside. I’m sure we will stay again for future events. The staff was excellent and the bed was very comfortable.

This hotel is beautiful! 10 times better than the casino hotel and cheaper too. Literally 5 minutes away (and that was just because of the detours on certain streets due to construction). The staff was great, the cookies were fresh and delicious. The room is stylish and reminds you of a suite in Vegas. Very clean and quiet. Seemed to be family friendly as well because there were a lot of kids there but you only knew they were there if you saw them, not because your heard them. I’ve never been to Evansville before but if I return I know where to go! We had a small issue checking out, the employee had a bit of a problem when reversing our parking fee, it showed up on our account as if they charged us twice for the room. But the young lady I spoke to to correct the issue was very nice and professional and got it taken care of. That’s the only thing keeping me from giving them 5 stars. I suggest the city invest in an outlet mall somewhere close by and the city would definitely turn into a big money maker for tourists!

Hotel is beautiful. Suite had high ceilings so that was nice. View wasn't great because of construction. Bed was very comfortable. Shower was large with good water pressure. DoubleTree cookie was delicious!

Lovely hotel in a convenient location. When you check in you get cookies! (Which feels very welcoming). The staff is friendly, our room is large, and clean — the bed is comfy. The only downside I can think of is that you have to pay 12$/day for Parking. Otherwise, great place to stay!

Great room for business travellers, spacious, comfortable and clean. Staff is excellent and the property has the amenities you'd expect from a DoubleTree (and not just cookies). My only complaint is the parking is pricey and the garage is detached without much signage to direct people to the front desk (you have to walk around to the front unless you use the digital key)

New hotel in the area, good location. Restaurant was delicious. Breakfast buffet food was just line ordering from the menu. Beautifully decorated for holidays, nice staff, my maid was the best! Hope they keep this up, will stay again.

We stay in a lot of hotels and Double Tree is quickly becoming a favorite. This hotel is immaculate! The lobby is gorgeous, the room was unbelievable and the staff were very helpful. I stayed in the 2 room suite and it was perfect for my situation. The shower is very large, and as always the cookies are delicious. I will stay here again and again.

Very clean room! Parking easily accessible! Rates affordable. The only downside I see is that you'd think a hotel located next to the Ford Center would be more ready for a large crowd, especially for an Elton John concert. Bar was not organized after the show and restaurant was not prepared for the large amount of people at the hotel this weekend. It's partially our fault for not making reservations, but it was not noted on the website. Better communication for your guests and better staffing for large events. Overall a good experience.

Great place! Shower was amazing! Plenty of water pressure. We had a huge group for a concert at the attached National Events Plaza, but apparently nobody told the poor bartender! He was in the weeds from 3pm til 7pm, then again after the concert. Breakfast was good. No free buffet, but it was higher quality food than what you usually get for free.

The staff is very nice. The Breakfast is good. The rooms are nice. A coupl of fails… I've stayed twice now and the shower in each room has been filthy to the point I chose to to buy a bleach cleaner to clean because it was so filthy they would have had to steam it. The first bathroom toilet handle broke ans I had to fix it. This current one runs. The light in the bathroom automatically come on and you can't stop that feature so if you awake in the middle if the night and go to the bathroom you are blinded by the bright light in the bathroom. You can turn it off but it comes back on while you're in the bathroom, as it's motion activated. And the wiring is so poor in the rooms that a heating pad can run on their outlets. The air conditioning works well! Which is usually my battle.

The rooms are clean and modern with large televisions. You have the option of king room or 2 queen room. The bathrooms are nice, large with walk-in showers and big storage shelves for keeping your toiletry items. Parking is $12 per night and you gain access using your room key. The garage isn't technically attached but close enough. The only pool is outside, so basically useless if you come anytime from late September to late May. There is no hot tub which is a disappointment for such a nice hotel. Check — in was quick and the desk clerks were friendly and very knowledgeable. The hotel is within walking distance to restaurants and the Ford center. Overall our experience was good but there was no hot tub and no bath tub and no indoor pool.

Beautiful hotel, new, clean, Good selection at breakfast. Front desk staff was excellent with recommendations and answering questions. Easy access to parking. Floor seemed thin as could hear creak from above and there are limited restaurant options in the area.

Normally, I have nothing but good things to say about my Hilton stays… This facility is great looking and well maintained but don't order breakfast for room service. Both omelets brought to room luke warm (wife could not finish omelet… Cold eggs and all), with cool hash browns on the side. Order was missing multiple items including coffee cups for our 9 dollar carafe of coffee. Orange juice missing from order… Also our toast was missing, ordered as a side for 4 dollars… Imagine my surprise when they brought up the order and a side of toast (for Four dollars} is a single slice of bread, darkened, served cold, with 2 pats of butter and 2 single serving jam packs. Unreal. I don't mind paying a premium for convenience and quality… But our breakfast came in at Fifty dollars, ($46 + tip) … And was really the single worst room service I have ever had for breakfast and was wholly not worth the price.

The hotel is gorgeous and the staff is really nice. We had a great time until it was time to sleep and realized how LOUDLY we could hear noises from the floor above (we were on the 4th). Every step and every drawer and door closing seemed to be amplified. Considering how new the hotel is, you would think they would have done some sound proofing. Also, be aware that if you get one of the corner suites, it does not come with an enclosed bedroom and separate living room. There is no door between the two so light shines into where the pull out bed is located. We usually book suites so we can stay up later than our children. But since it was all open, we had the choice of lights out, too, or hiding in the bathroom. It is a pretty hotel, but I don't know if we will be staying there again.

I had a wonderful stay. The hotel is beautiful and located in the heart of Evansville. The housekeeping staff take very good care of the guests. Conner is a gem. He's very nice and knowledgeable of the area. Excellent stay!

Spent nearly a week here, mainly because it was cheaper then other nice hotels… but when you added back in the parking charge that wasn't listed it ran about the same. Probably screaming for visitors because of all the construction around it making it difficult to navigate to. That being said, the room and hotel itself were quite nice and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at Double Tree! Fantastic service, a kind face around every turn, and the rooms were beautiful! The location of the hotel is right in the heart of Evansville. We loved walking around the city, and seeing all the wonderful architecture of old Evansville. We had a wonderful time and we'll be back soon.

Gorgeous Hotel! Everything is new, clean and shiny. It is very beautiful. With it being so new, there are some minor kinks that still need to be worked out. Overall, wonderful stay, comfortable beds, and super clean all around! Would absolutely stay here again!

Had a pleasant time the facility's were clean alot of road work around it at the moment but once done should be great!

I stayed here on business and had an excellent experience. The room was very nice as were all of the facilities. The parking garage was very conveniently locate to the hotel as well. The staff really set this place apart from most hotels that I stay in. It seemed that they went above and beyond to supply excellent customer service! From a seasoned travelers perspective I would definitely recommend this property.

I was not to impressed with the hotel. My bestfriend was getting married Easter weekend & I booked a premium suite, I was putting my clothes up in the drawer & I found gym short, socks & a nasty jockstrap. The hotel management gave me four breakfast vouchers after the fact I paid for the bed & breafast. They did not discount the room or offer to do anything else. There was also dirty glasses in the room with lipstick on them. I don't think the room was cleaned properly. I paid 365 bucks for two nights & there should not be dirty clothes in the drawer or dirty glasses in the room. When I sat down an hbd breakfast April 15, 2017 I had a long black hair in my potatoes server said get another plate on the buffet & of course no manager came to our table. My overall satisfaction with the staff & the suite was not a good first impression. I understand it's a new hotel & their still trying to button up things because it's new to the area, but everything that was wrong should have never happened. I don't think I will refer anybody to this hotel or stay here again.

Be carefully with this hotel! I booked 3 months in advance only to have the hotel notify me that my reservation was cancelled by a third party a few weeks before my stay! Called multiple times and always referred to Mary Beth who never answered her phone. If you book with this hotel you may end up sleeping in your car! I would give it 0 stars but wasn't an option.

Was here for a luncheon of about 150 ppl, so my experience is limited. The venue is BEAUTIFUL, and while that could be on account of the hotel's newness… still. Food was OK, but it was a lunch deal to raise money for a non-profit. Bathrooms on the first floor are nice as well.

We stayed at the new DoubleTree in downtown Evansville this past weekend and the hotel is nicely furnished and centrally located to the Old National Events Plaza and Ford Center. It was a short drive to some nice, local restaurants as well. Our hotel room was luxurious and comfortable. We'll be returning to stay in the near future!

Evansville's new Jewel, Very comfortable place to stay. Salt water pool with a Gas Fire Pit and outdoor lounge area. Room was very modern and luxurious. On site restaurant Stoney's Grill, Macaroni is in excellent Alfredo sauce, Non complex menu. Good food, some will say pricey. Nice experiences cost a little but worth it. Good breakfast also. Fresh muffins and other traditional breakfast options. Nice fitness room, Conference rooms. The Employees are very courteous and professional.
