I highly recommend staying here. I will definitely return to this location.

The food we had was excellent. I was there for a prayer breakfast. The food was buffet style hot, plentiful and delicious.

Always have friendly and helpful service. Great people at the front desk. I've stayed on business a lot and have seen many updates to the rooms. Complimentary breakfast is nice and it's hot, not just cereal and toast, which is a plus. It's in a good, commercial area with restaurants and stores within walking distance but also has a shuttle for airport and nearby places if you don't feel like walking.

Not bad for the price. They have a shuttle service to/from Midway Airport which is about 10 minutes away. I rode the CTA subway from the airport to downtown (Orange Line) and the shuttle kindly took me to the subway station at the airport. The hotel itself is one of the nicer ones in their chain. The pictures on their website are adequate. It is located near many restaurants, shopping stores, gas stations and other hotels.

Although this hotel is close to the airport/train park and ride, we had an awful stay. Our room ended up being right off of the elevator and that area has tile floors so all we could hear was the rolling of suitcases over grout all night. It was so loud and not only because of the tile but also there was an ice machine and soda vending machine right outside our door so we got to enjoy those sounds as well. The bed was super hard and uncomfortable and the room was outdated. The thing that irritated me the most was the fact that we put out the "Privacy Please" sign on our door and instead of housekeeping knocking on the door, they called our room and woke us up to ask if we wanted our room cleaned. Isn't the privacy sign a clear indicator not to bother us? Finally, about 10 minutes before our check out time/date they called our room to clarify that check out was in 10 minutes… yes, thank you, we are leaving in 10 minutes, at check out time. No need to rush us out. The front desk staff was nice and the shuttle to the airport/park and ride was convenient but I won't stay here again.

We stayed here June 1st 2018 for the Taylor Swift. Room was nice and clean. My granddaughter was disappointed because the website mentioned a pool but it had been closed. Breakfast was great. Staff very friendly.

It was a great experience. Everyone was very friendly and pleasant. The rooms are clean and in great shape. They even smell good.

Waited over 40 minutes at Midway for the shuttle. When we reached the front desk, the female employee barely treated us. We made a comment about the long wait and there was no acknowledgement from her. I asked if she would acknowledge the statement made and still no response, just a dirty look. The manager, I assume he was the manager and jumped in to apologize. The shuttle driver on the other hand he was so nice and apologetic about the unreasonable delay. The call was placed to the Quality Inn at 11:10 pm and we were picked at 1148pm (8-May 2018, since this review was written, we were given a $30 credit on the bill and changed 1 star to 3 stars)

Good service and comfortable.

Conveniently located near the airport. Free courtesy shuttle to and from Midway every 30 min. Great staff. Helpful and friendly. Clean floors and rooms. No smelly carpets. Excellent breakfast included. Priced well below many other nearby hotels offering less amenities. I will return on my next stay in Chicago.

FYI: overflow parking lot is next door in front of a closed HHGreg or BestBuy. There are no signs that state that. Keeping in mind the price, this a fairly "nice" hotel. Staff is nice. Rooms are clean. If you have a layover this place is great! However this not the place you stay a week with your family on vacation in my opinion.

Came here back in Nov 2017. Stayed 5 days and was pleased with the Hotel and staff. The free breakfast was great for what it was and the Hotel was clean and staff was pleasant. I will be back here for my next trip now that I have compared this place to Extended Stay America Midway. Stay away from Stay America Midway. Zero rating is what I would give them if I could. Thanks again for a Quality Hotel that's deserve a good review.

Good hotel, good location for travel out of Midway airport. Ok Wi-Fi connection. Decent selection of restaurants nearby. Not bad prices.

The hotel itself was nice and we didn't have any problems with the shuttle to the Airport. The problem was when we returned from our trip and called 3 times within a 43 minute time period to be picked up! The driver blamed the front desk and the front desk said it was the driver. Someone was clearly lying and we were at the hotels mercy to get back to pick up our car.

Racist staff sent me to a dirty room, the maid was still cleaning. Then lied and said my brother can check out and get my deposit. And that wasn't the case. The rooms are nice for the price. But the service is horrible.

The hotel completely suited my needs aside from the fact that my group needed a rollaway bed and there were none. The staff was very friendly and the complementary breakfast was fantastic.

Very bad make a reservation and when you Check in I denied the room because it had a very large vehicle and could not stay in their parking, I commented that it occupied a single parking drawer and still I cancelled the reservation.

The rooms are clean and the service is great, very kind employee's. The hotel is just a little outdated. And during the winter months the breakfast area is freezing.

Quality Inn Midway is our ‘go to’ hotel when we fly Midway. Staff is great. Rooms are clean. Beds are comfortable. Bathrooms sparkling clean. Good breakfast too. Highly recommend.

Great no frills place that meets all the requirements for a stopover before going to the airport the next day. Importantly the bed was really comfortable and breakfast was standard but very yummy!

Nice clean room along with the bathroom. The Wi-Fi wasn't that good and they were vacuuming the hallway at 8pm but still a nice hotel for the location.

Always a clean and quiet stay near Modway airport. Shuttle offered. About 20 minutes from downtown Chicago area. Free parking and hot breakfast between 6-9am.

It's not fancy, but it's clean and I slept well. Got in after midnight and the front desk was well staffed, cheerful, and helpful. For the price I don't think you could expect any more.

Friendly staff quick and easy check in. The room was clean bed was a little hard and bathroom needs updating but besides that was a nice stay. Before heading to the airport in the morning.

Good hotel — average staff, very clean and well appointed rooms. Breakfast was the best part. "Business Center" could use a little improvement. Covered swimming pool in the front gave it a little of a post apocalyptic feel on the exterior.

I've stayed at this inn a number of times and I have always been delighted with the service and professionalism of the staff.

It was ok, didn't spend alot of time there, since I arrived later than expected and left before the continental breakfast was served. Big red stain on carpet upon entering. Odor to room, but I am sure it was because the room was hot and closed, so there was no air flowing. Complimentary shuttle to airport, shuttle driver was so nice! Staff was nice, didn't have much interaction with them, other than checking in and out. Nice enough to wait for flight at Midway. Iced water and coffee in lobby, at all times, I appreciated this, since I arrived really thirsty! I would stay here again, but only for flights. The reason, I gave it a 3 star, was that I felt like the room was not clean enough.

Clean rooms with comfortable beds. A few things available within walking distance. A mall, Best Buy, grocery store. Free shuttle service to nearby. The staff are friendly. But the breakfast is blah!

Room was huge, clean, everything good. Bed a little more firm than I prefer but can't win em all!

Rooms are pretty nice, new, and clean. The bathrooms are a little old and dated, and so are the hallways in the hotel. Overall, it's a good value for the money.

No major problems, rooms seem to be clean enough. Co workers have had problems with cockroaches. Molasses slow Wi-Fi.

This hotel is in a great location. The breakfast was great, the rooms were clean. We would stay again.

Excellent place. Very tidy and staff very cordial. Convenient location to Midway airport. Check in and out quick. Room had everything and more for the price. Will go there again!

Fast and friendly. Would be 5 stars but my wife freaked out when she opened the room door and saw a huge stain on the carpet that looked like blood splattered. Hilarious to me tho :D.

Comfortable clean rooms with easy access to the highway. Fenced parking, great breakfast dining area. Staff works diligently to clean and maintain the room and grounds. Even though by midway airport, jet noise is no problem. All in all I'd stay here again no questions asked.
