Review of Baymont 2*

Not the best hotel. The hallway carpets are dirty and stained, didn't notice any oder and I was in a smoking room on the first floor. Staff was very helpful, and very very nice. The room appeared to be clean but it seemed as if everything was just wiped down and NOT disinfected, NOT vacuumed, NOT washed, just wiped down. I found garbage under the bed from who knows how many rents ago. The bed was comfortable, but the blankets had burn marks all over from cigarettes from previous renters. The alarm clock was broken along with one lamp, I couldn't find an extra outlet for my phone when I did (behind the bed) the outlet sparked and I realized there was a hole in the wall where I would plug it in and I got shocked. The TV Chanels were not in the order written on the info, has to write it down so Iknew what was on each channel, cartoon network was not on any channel, the Channel that was said to be cartoon network had porn on at night (was not happy with this at all, since my son was with me, either way I would not have liked this happening) The bathroom was clean (or appeared to be) but the toilets were low flush meaning I had to flush extra times no matter what was put in the toilet. (Meaning number one or two lol) the one thing I must add was that the rooms were very quiet and no one ever bothered me at all nor did I ever heir anyone the entire time I was in my room or see another for that matter. Very private and comfortable, the breakfast was stale and horrible, don't even bother trying it. Even tho it wasn't a five star by far I did enjoy my stay and will be going back again.
