I went to a birthday party at the hotel in their guest party room it was great! Very large room and the front desk was very accommodating! I may have my son's birthday party here this winter!

Only can give a fair. Will say the breakfast was good. They forgot the roll away bed. Had to remind. In fairness they were quick to correct. Toliet clogged up we had to plunge it. The tub drained slowed and the sides slopped to the middle. Uncomfortable when standing taking a shower. Felt like I had to lean against wall because of slope. Place was not bad, just little things I expect better in a Holiday Inn.

I've always had a good experience staying here while in town for business except for the last time. There was a whole commotion with the fire alarm going off. Half the people evacuated half stayed indoors. The two people behind the counter stayed inside and just looked annoyed. They were not encouraging anyone to leave or stopping people from entering the building. I think this is a big safety concern. Treat every alarm like the real thing. Apparently it has been going off all week but you never know when there is an actual emergency. Also a guest received chunky milk at the breakfast. The date was fine. When they alerted the staff they said “I know” and didn’t seem to do anything else with that information.

We went down for overnight guests because we were going to Bears training camp… great location for that! the continental breakfast could use a little bit of work but other than that the stay was nice.

Roaches in the room, after the 2nd night I went to ask to change rooms, got attitude and not even a simple sorry, just told to come back in a few minutes. We had a group here on business, needless to say we won’t be back. Why is IHG censoring the survey they sent to me. I answered it truthfully and said I violated some policy.

The rep I spoke to told me that having pets was not a big deal and when I arrived after driving all the way from Chicago I had to cancel my reservation because they wouldn’t allow my pet and I had to find a different hotel that would accept pets. If it happens to you I recommend the country inn about six miles down the road.

Friendly people. I was looking for a hotel that would be perfect for accommodating business Travelers, and this one is it.

It's was horrible. They double booked my reaervation, gave my room to someone else. Then said they didnt know if they had a room for me also I had to do not disturb sign on my door and they came in anyway and cleaned and I tried to get into the pool there was a clump of hair and tissue in the pool they ended up giving me a handicap room instead of the room that I booked it was a horrible experience my advice is to call ahead and see if they got your room if you still want to stay there but there are other motels right next door to each other the Comfort Inn and the Magnuson that I'm sure are better.

If I could give this hotel no stars, I would! They quoted me a price of $95 a night when we came to town for my daughters gymnastic competition. Upon arriving, they tried to charge me the full price for the room and I told them that was wrong. I then spoke to the manager Friday morning who said that only $105 would be charged to my credit card which was the correct total so I agreed. I just checked my bank account and they charged me $270.84 for a night night stay in their hotel! I would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone!

First visit desk mgr. On duty very helpful with 1st floor room even discounted room. Next day a brkfst, dog in dining room around other people & their food. Asked desk personnel if certain rooms allocated for pets (concern for people with allergys). Was informed NO allocation but each room was 'deep cleaned' and carpet ' shampod after each guest stay. Went back to room used wet towel to spot section of carpet. Towel filthy. Will be leary in future if notice pets allowed in rooms & esp. In dining room.

Had the King Suite. Room was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and tasty with many options. Close to entertainment, shopping and dining.

An older holiday Inn express. Rooms are are a little outdated. Got woken up by the neighbors alarm clock and then the shower. Shortly after that I heard a dog barking down the hall. Other then that bed and room were good and so was breakfast.

Everything was great, just stayed the night and my room was clean and stocked. The breakfast was good and we had no problems.

Came here to swim with the kids. Usually have good luck with holiday inns. The pool had mold or some kind of organic material growing in it. Very gross.

I booked a non smoking room online. When we got there the room smelled overwhelmingly of smoke. I talked to the lady at the front desk and she claimed to not know anything about it. The other rooms that were nonsmoking had a sign on the door. Ours did not so I knew it wasnt a nonsmoking room. She gave us febreeze. She said housekeeping would use a machine to draw out the smoky air. It didnt work. When we checked out we mentioned it to another staff member. He told use the rooms used to be smoking and were recently converted to nonsmoking. He even took a little off our bill for the inconvenience. But I was disappointed that the first employee basically lied to us and wouldn't admit those were smoking rooms up until recently.

I stayed at this hotel. And to start of the front desk agent that check me in at 3am was not very nice she look so not professional at all. 1. I went to my room and the sheets didn't look like they change them. 2. Found hair on the bedding 3. Bathroom was dirty, bathtub had hairs, shower curtain was yellow, toilet paper almost finish. Not replace 4. Tv remote control, telephone, coffee maker dusty super dusty. 5. All the corners of the room dusty. to end it up room was disgusting. i didn't expect something like this from a holiday inn express hotel. Very disappointing. the only 3 stars I can give is the breakfast menue.

Hotel rooms were nice, very clean. Breakfast could use some work but the rooms and service was good.

Hotel staff has been good. Have sugar ants in the room which I told the staff about and they said they sprayed to help slow them down, my remote for the TV half the buttons worked until now the remote doesnt work at all but havent told the staff yet. Breakfast is pretty good. I have another week here so will have more reviews to come.

Rooms are in need of a bit of updating, but are clean. Evening staff was indifferent, but morning staff were pleasant. Room was comfortable.

Booked a suite. Definitely not a suite. Called to complain, received no help. Room says non smoking but reeked like smoke. Manager ended up being very nice and gave a discount on the room. Still don't think I'd stay here again.

Location was great, close to all the food choices and away from the highway. Rooms are dated but my king suite was quite spacious. Service at check in and check out was great. Breakfast was great as always. Some usb hubs by the bed would be great.

All the rooms have an awful lingering stench. Especially the smoking rooms which are located on the third floor next to other non-smoking rooms… Ridiculous. The staff is underpaid and the price is absurd.

I had a wonderful stay at this Holiday Inn Express. I entered the hotel after a long day and I was tired. I was immediately greeted by the staff member at the front desk, and provided with a bottle of water. This staff member was particularly friendly and patient. I truly appreciated being welcomed by such a nice person.
