We stayed at this hotel for a baseball tournament along with several other teams. We called the day prior to see if we could check in early and the night audit gentleman Daniel Cohen was very rude on the phone saying he can’t give out that information. We thought ok maybe he’s having a bad day, 1st day at hotel we were rained out for our games so a group of 11 year old boys of course wanted to find something to do so they were a outside under the car pool area and here comes good ol Daniel yelling at children telling them to move from the area zero cars were coming through or the children would of moved. 2nd day at the hotel my 17 year old son came back from the beach and needed a key Daniel refused till give him a key. I was at the baseball tournament so I called the hotel requesting they let him in our room after Daniels nasty attitude he decided to finally give my 17 year old a key to the room and told my son don’t let this happen again. 3rd night at hotel 2 children from our team went to the front desk mind you children were 10 and 8 years old and asked for a key Daniel gave them a key with zero issues! Beware of Daniel and his nasty attitude I understand maybe having a bad day or a stressful time with Covid and a hotel full of baseball players but I’m thinking customer service isn’t in the cards for Daniel.

Beautiful place, staff friendly and helpful. Prices very reasonable. I’ll be back again next year.

We just stayed there for the weekend. July 4th 2020. The fly problem outside the main entrance was horrible. 2nd the trash throughout the parking lot was horrible. 3rd rooms weren’t updated anytime recently. 4th The smoking of weed out front was uncalled for. 5th was the type of people in and out of there. Seemed to me like they were hookers with pimps. 6th bathroom was disgusting. Very trashy people. For a family I would never recommend this place at all.

Outdated and random furniture in my room. For some reason there was a full sized refrigerator, but there's no kitchenette or anything. Furniture layout made no sense, some it was beat up, dusty, and even had paint overspray on it. The carpet wasn't recently vacuumed. A few pillowcases were stained up. I have stayed at a few country inn and suites and this was the worst by far. Employees sitting around smoking cigarettes in the front of the hotel didn't look very professional. For $250/night I would think they could do better.

Dated and out of place furnishings. Floor could've used vacuumed and several pillowcases were stained. Check in was easy, parking was convenient. Complimentary breakfast was just ok. Several employees sitting around smoking in the front of the building upon arrival. Didn't use the pool or other facilities. I've stayed at several country inn & suites, this was the least impressive. Full sized fridge in the room was unnecessary and ridiculous!

I left a ring in my room after we checked out and they called me less than a half hour to tell me they had it. Very appreciative for their honesty because I did not realized I left it until they called me. Thanks again!

Our room was nice. The bed was very comfortable, the pool was clean. We had a great night! We will definitely come back again!

Our family stayed at this hotel the other night on 7/14/18. The front desk clerk was very unfriendly when we checked in. She was rude and we got the feeling she was racist against white people. A black woman with bleached hair and tattoos covering her arms. The next morning she was in the elevator and totally ignored us. She never smiled once and should be in another line of work. The manager in the morning was rude too, knocking on our door at 11:30am asking if we plan to book another night as check-out was at 11am. The personnel that worked the morning buffet were very nice and friendly. I was in the travel business for years, I usually stay at Hilton properties and the customer service was unacceptable considering we paid almost $300.00 for two queens. Plus the rooms were average, nothing special.

Country inn suites in Salisbury MD-Nice and clean. Convenient to shopping and close to beach. Good price. Free breakfast. Indoor pool and nice little workout room. Staff (Katrina) very nice and accommodating. Room clean, beds comfortable. Fridge and coffee in room. Can’t go wrong here.

I stayed at the country Inn hotel and suites of Salisbury expecting a great hotel room. However, when I enter the room I notice the bathroom tub was fealty and I notified staff, nothing was done. Next, I go to cut the air condition unit on and it did not work. Lastly, the main reason why I book the room is because they had a Jacuzzi in the room pictures and they diffently don’t have one. I was trick by false advertisement. Moreover, when I check out and spoke with the Manger about the room, she was rude and unprofessional with me. Listen people please if you want to have great hotel experience, do it some where else. I don’t want you to be a not satisfied customer like myself. The room was not even a 1 Star, you better off staying at the Motel 6.

From the unhappy desk clerk to the sticky lobby & elevator floors. The toilet plunger & beer trash in the hall should have been the first warning signs! Room was well worn out! From the dry rotted bed pad to the mismatched door knobs & black mold in the shower! Holy crap get a clue!

Reception staff very helpful. Rooms and bathrooms are average and not spotless or spanking clean. The breakfast is basic with hardly any selection or variety when it comes to bread. Location is good and close to shopping. Will I stay here again? The answer is no, this Hotel should be a two star and not 3 stars.

Rooms were clean and spacious and staff was very warm and welcoming. I only stayed for a night, so I didn't see how maid service stood up but I had an enjoyable stay.

COMPLETELY disappointed in this property! *management, especially their GM Anne is a disgrace. Unprofessional & condescending. *their “customer care” 1-800 # is also a JOKE! *they do NOTHING to appease their customers *Stains on carpet & tile. We were informed that it was candle wax. I’m sorry but while staying in a hotel I do NOT want to be reminded of SOMEONE elses’s “good time” in our room! Maybe they shouldn’t offer rooms w/ stains! *Loud AC & fridge, kept us awake all night *No toilet paper replacement in room *Room was by the elevator so we heard that running all night along w/ LOUD people. *The bed was so uncomfortable & the “blanket” situation is pathetic. ****OUR ROOM DID NOT LOCK! Twice we tested our door — did not lock! The hotel could CARE LESS! When complaining the staff was so nonchalant about it all. No “we’re sorry”… just condescending down talk! We will NEVER stay at another Radisson property & neither will ANY of our friends & family. Pretty sad.

This was a beautiful hotel I had no complaints the customer service was Amazing! Great place to stay.

I'm rating this relative to other inexpensive hotels. I'd say overall it was quite good. Relatively clean, good condition, and complete in that it has a small Fitness room, a pool and a guest laundry facility, in addition to a breakfast room. The 'cooked' breakfast options (eggs, sausage…) were not so good, as is often the case at similar establishments.

The room is clean but very worn. Any attempts at maintenance were sloppy. I paid for the king suite so I could have room and privacy. I got the room right off the elevator so I could hear everyone coming and going. Even the shreiking children at 1am that the other guests were letting run the hallways. I would have given 1 star, but it was as least clean. I would stay here again but be very specific about which room I would be willing to take.

Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and very comfortable. The pool is great for kids and adults alike. The breakfast buffet in the morning is incredible.

The manager here is very rude. Complaint that my family left the room in bed shape which is a lie. Always took our extra trash out whenever we was there. I wouldn't invite my family here at all and I will be spreading the word about the manager.

I stayed at the Salisbury Maryland location the room was awesome and the bed was huge. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay.

Excellent staff and very clean room. Staff at breakfast were helpful and efficient.

Total shit hole. Had a dirty towel left on door in bathroom. Hair on floor n counter. Nail clippings on floor. Best of all… I got to clean my own room since there was no staff. We're the sheets ever changed. Worst place I ever stayed. Manager never even called me. Don't come here.

Looking to speak to the owner, This Salisbury hotel could use updates on what Customer Service means, I called on sat nite and try to cancel on sunday morning and was notified they needed 48 hr notice of any cancellations and my credit card would be charged Iexplained when I was inquiring about the room the woman told me my credit card was just to insure there would be space and not to worry, YEAH RIGHT, The manger Anne webster was fat and rude and would not refund me for the room I never slept in I would not recommend this hotel to ANYONE do your homework people, I have 3 thousand friends on face book and 2 thousand friends on instagram and if they all repost and reply maybe ANNE WEBSTER WILL NOT BE EMPLOYED AT COUNTRY INN AND SUITES.

Good hotel with reasonable price. Rooms are nice with very good amenities. Service is also very good as well.

The desk staff are very very friendly, rooms are clean and nice. Close to restaurants and shops. The only thing is that the beds in our room were very firm. I could tell that they were old pillowtop mattresses and the pillowtops are pretty much gone. Comfortable enough for us, but if you prefer a soft bed, I suggest staying elsewhere.

Great hotel! Renovated rooms, feels brand new. The only place in Salisbury I will stay and recommend you to as well!

Very comfortable, and homey.

The food was great, bed was soft, TV had HDMI ports, internet, only thing was the pool closes too early and the bath was tiny.

We arrived and we're warmly received by the women at the desk she then promptly signed us for there rewards deal and upgraded our room. After unpacking we checked out the spa and pool and it was beyond great all in all great stay.

The staff lied about the rate and overcharged me for the room. The front desk lied about the manager being present (housekeeping told me she was there). A message was left for Anne Webster (the manager) to call me and she never did. It seems to be their common business practice as I read a review that said they had the exact same experience. Anne Weber responded to that review by saying she was sorry for the miscommunication when clearly, this is standard operating procedure for this staff. So much for being a Club Rewards member; I got charged more than a non-member! If you reserve a room, cancel it at the last minute and then walk in — you will pay less! The Hotel review responses are laughable!
