Pretty basic. "Breakfast" consists of instant oatmeal, prepackaged muffins, or cereal bars. Would not want to spend an extended stay in that bed, on those pillows. Coffee was pretty decent, though I couldn't discern any difference between the alleged dark and light roast.

Facilities poorly maintained, failed to provide basic kitchenette items like silverware, plates and coffee maker until last night of stay, and then only after three days of prompting.

Clean enough but lacking in any hospitality. No ice machines for the guests. No fitness center. Will not stay here again. Not worth the cheap rate.

Nice amenities in the room for the price. Larger sized tub.

Hotel was very comfortable and clean. Great location and perfect place to stay. I recently stayed here again for my son’s wedding and asked and was given an extremely clean and comfortable and quiet room. Robinson was professional and very helpful in meeting all my family’s requests! GREAT PLACE TO STAY!

Victoria, Valerie, Christina, Ashish & Ted were the best part. These people were very friendly and helpful. Always there if we needed anything. There were a couple of other people at the front desk that were hard to find at times. Over all, good stay, though.

Update to five stars: The smell in the hall is no longer there (it actually seems as if the hall is freshly painted and my bathroom has definitely been renovated), and the customer service has been absolutely personalized and unbeatable. Also, it It's not the Ritz Carlton and yes, the hallway smells like fish, at all hours, as another reviewer said, yet the room does not. The water pressure is good and the temperature stays hot, the windows open (yay! ), there's a decent grab and go breakfast, the desk staff was very accommodating, the hotel is quiet, there's a shopping center within walking distance, the internet is steady and strong, there is a full sized refrigerator, they provide basic amenities (you do have to ask at the front for the dish pack and a coffee maker, etc. But it's gladly provided), and when I stripped the bed, as I always do at hotels, the mattress was very clean and unstained. It is easy on and off of 95, very close to 40 as well. Felt perfectly safe at night. It was completely worth the price and I will be re-booking there for my next trip out.

It's okay. Not bad, but not exactly a 5 star experience. It is what it's supposed to be. I think the rate could be a bit lower for longer staying customers.

Nice, clean and comfortable rooms with kitchenette and utensils (just ask the front desk). Frriendly staff, no breakfast but coffee every morning.

Total turd. Showers don’t work. Internet is incredibly slow. Kitchen does not include dishes. Stay here at the very last resort.

Smelled like a smoking room. Was told at checkout would get a 20 percent discount, didn't get it. No ice machine, ice cube trays in the freezer. Didn't know about. Morning coffee was good. Prepackaged muffins and granola bars for breakfast. Morning clerk was more impressed with you tube than helping at the desk.

Front staff was really nice and super helpful. The queen studio is super small, and the fridge and ac were off when we got there. So the room took some time to get comfortable. The room smelled good, and the bed was clean. The inside of the fridge was clean, but the front looked like rust covered. Would stay again, but some better up keep and room readiness would do wonders for the place.

Shower pressure was incredibly low. Internet was frustrating as others have mentioned. The grab-and-go breakfast also was not as involved as have been advertised. All around the facility was very nice and well-maintained however the shower issue particularly makes the stay here less than enjoyable. This might have been because I was on the third floor but given that I was only here for 2 days I did not ask for a room change.

Love that I didn't hear any of the other guests aside from the hallway. Sure this isn't a 5 star hotel suite so don't expect an awesome package with pool/hot breakfast/gym. But it seemed to be clean and quiet which is what we needed from an extended stay.

Room smells of smoke, front desk clerk was nice but process was slow and out dated. I have stayed many night on the road traveling for work, this is one of the nights you want a do over, no wonder this hotel had rooms available during the LLWS.

I have stayed in many hotels during my almost 50 years on this planet. That said I have NEVER opened up the bathroom door to find "presents" left behind in and on the toilet. The hotel cleaning staff called in sick for the Memorial Day weekend I was told. Then I was handed a bottle of home made cleaning solution and two rags. Guess what that was for. The room overall was dirty, broken iron, no hairdryer or flat sheet for the bed. The wife was not very happy. The older woman at the front desk tried as best she could but the computer system was down on top of everything else. It should be no stars but it won't post without at least a 1 star rating.

This has to be one of the worst places I've stayed. The room wasn't clean. I found bottles under the bed, shampoo in the shower, hairs everywhere. Our room smelled ok but our friends', in a similar non smoking room, smelled like an ash tray. Here are some other gems left off the website. Daily cleaning services would be an additional $30 per day. Considering the room wasn't clean when we got it, I declined. The cleaning is done once a week. The rooms are tiny. If you have four people in your room you will run out of comfortable square feet quick. I had just my son with me for this trip but other families in our party looked cramped. Had I brought our other family members we would have had to switch hotels. We saved money going to this dump but it might have been worth the extra forty bucks to get access to a pool, a real air conditioner, clean towels every day, soap that's better than the soap at home, that little strip of tissue on the toilet to let you know someone has cleansed the throne before rental was transferred. Last suggestion, cheap doesn't have to be cheap. Honest reviews like this should keep business away from your company until you keep it cheap and up your product. Don't take those nice picture for Expedia and then deliver crud.

The whole place smelled like cigarettes. Even in the room. They also had one of those inner-hotel cable systems that takes forever to change channels and resets to a channel nobody likes whenever it's turned off. I hate it when hotels do that — I'd rather stay in an independent hotel.

Mr. Sean was very professional and helpful. The housekeeping ladies were also nice and more than efficient. We extended our stay and they came in to vaccum, change linens and towels on request. Check in and out were effortless and the rates were more than fair for the quality. Will return if and as needed. Only thing was that other guests were loud in the morning and some smoked right outside the door, but that was isolated to our stay.

The front desk is rude and have no manners. The rooms smell of old carpet. The halls a the elevates smell of cigarettes.

A pickle was on our floor when we showed up and after three cleaning and a compliant about it for a new cleaning they missed it again. Its on the floor next to the bed in plain sight. They don't vacuum the floors.

Check in process was a little long since my boss made an error on a date for check in, however they took care of me and sorted everything out. Staff at the desk would occasionally smile and acknowledge me if I walked by. My biggest gripe was when I left in the morning and came back around 6 my room was not tended to, Bed still unmade, no fresh towels. Internet was slow, great for Facebook but not the best for Netflix.

A dump… one night was enough… hallways and elevators reek of cigarette smoke.

Every staff member was rude except for 1 lady. I was cussed at by the Assistant Manager, was over charged at check in by the staff members error and was not given a refund or credit and was charged to make local phone calls even though they advertise free local calls. I was also charged more than double for my room when my fiance had colleges staying in the same hotel for more than half of what we were paying for the same type room. This was my first time at an Extebded Stay hotel and it will definately be my last.

The lady at the front desk was so rude i. E (blonde straight hair) wile the other staff members were very polite she was an exception I wanted to slap her on more than one occasion. Other than that our stay was pleasant the rooms are clean with minimum NOISE.

There are bugs all over my room. The women at the desk says they are stink bugs and they are all over the hotel. She changed my room but now I am afraid to go to sleep. The only reason I am staying the night is that it is too late to change. I will never stay in and extended stay hotel again.
