Very quite room and the hall was very quite! But I would NEVER recommend this hotel at all! They don’t even offer room service! NOT even the trash or fresh towels you have to ask! Waitress was a rude crude! At the end I made her respect me before I flipped in my lady like!

Love this place! Easy access to the beach. Everything you need is here. Don't even have to leave. Pools, coffee shop, outside bar/restaurant, music, indoor pub and restaurant. Great friendly staff! Animal friendly!

Nice hotel. Good beach access. The ladies at the front desk were a lot of help. Amber, Jessica, Jackie and Gerri. Kee in reservations was awesome too. Thank you.

Great view and location to the beach.

Housekeeping is the best. Angie the cleaner on the 5th floor does a great job. The 5th floor is the animal floor and when we went to our room it was spotless. Tip her well bc she works hard.

Great hotel & resort for a reasonable price! Wish the balconies were a little bigger but other than that, pools were clean and in good condition, room was nice, loved the restaurant and beach bar, and quiet location! Will most likely come back and stay again!

Second year coming back after trying a place on the boardwalk, never again! Will be back next year as well! two pools, beachfront, multiple restaurants, really nice rooms with fridges and microwaves that are part of it no request needed. Balconies that look at the bay and ocean side. All around great place.

They called us to check in an hour or so early and said the room was ready. The floor was not swept. The mirror was only cleaned half way up it on the dresser… room was dusty. Wasn't impressed fur the price were paid.

Currently staying at this resort in North Ocean City, and thus far am very impressed. The outdoor bars are great and all the staff I have had encounters with have been super friendly and helpful. We couldn’t ask for a better adult get away to the ocean. Pick up your favorite adult beverage and then talk a short walk right to the beaches of ocean city. The rooms are spacious and clean and the beds are comfortable. You are far up ocean city enough to be away from the chaos, but close enough to go out and do whatever you want. The indoor and outdoor pool areas also seem very well maintained and clean. We will be staying here again!

I have been coming to the Clarion for a while now and the service has been wonderful. However, tonight it was terrible. The wait staff TOTALLY ignored our table. I know when On the Edge is in the house they are busy, but this is nothing new. They should be used to it by now and able to accommodate. I feel they ignored us because they knew they were getting an 18% tip no matter what. I didn't feel that this was fair. And I am very disappointed.

We visit ocean city every year and my parents always go to the Clarion we went a few times have an awesome time last night absolutely love Clarence and his crew! Can't wait to go back family friendly atmosphere lots of fun … Great music.

We stayed for 4 days after 4th of July, had a wonderful time! Staff very friendly and awesome drinks at the bar, very close to the beach. Also the whole hotel is very clean. Staff is consistently cleaning all day. I will highly recommend this hotel for families.

I love everything here except for the elevators. The wait times are insane for elevators. Three elevators for 16 floors sounds like a good number but even adding one more would make the wait times less.

The Clarion Restaurant. I am in awe that you allowed my friend and her groom to come in at a moments notice bc of an issue that they had at another site with their wedding reception. You and your staff truly showed them love. We appreciate it so very much as this couple is truly a blessing to many. Thank for your poise and patience.

We went to experience the buffet, as we had heard great things. We were not disappointed. The restaurant is up one floor, and from the entrance to the hotel it is easily accessible by elevator or stairs. The wait for a table was minimal and the server approached us fairly soon thereafter for our drink orders. He was attentive at clearing empty plates and refilling drinks and asking us if we pleased with the food. The variety of food was wonderful and we were able to find things to enjoy for all ages (2 to 62).

Overall not a bad hotel for staying in the Ocean City. It's on the northern part of the strand which makes for better traffic than those hotels closer to the boardwalk. The night life here is good and most places to eat are close by. Would definitely stay here again. The only thing that is keeping it from 5 stars is the original expectations set by the website let us down. They marked it up to be some fancy resort with amazing rooms. The rooms they market are suites which are not typical.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Be very careful when you book on their website. I booked a hotel this past Tuesday, 8/21 for a stay during labor day weekend. When I get the confirmation email it says that the website booked me for TUESDAY NIGHT, the 21st, instead of labor day weekend. Immediately after receiving that email I called customer service to see if they could either cancel or move the date since I live in Virginia and was certainly not going to ocean city that night. The gentleman on the phone said that he changed the dates and that I was good to go. I get a confirmation email for the dates on 9/2-9/3. Well low and behold I check my checking account today and this hotel CHARGED ME $300.00 for the Tuesday night stay of 8/21. I was livid. So I call customer service again today and they called the hotel and they claim that they cannot refund my money. I've never been so angry, they literally stole my money. The guy from customer made a new reservation instead of canceling/rescheduling the old one. That is a mistake on the COMPANY, not me. And yet, I have to pay the price. Literally. I am so upset, and I told the customer service lady to just cancel my stay for 9/2-9/3 because I do not support hotels who scam. Absolutely ridiculous. Never got a chance to stay there and never will. I am a choice privileges member and I will most likely end my membership or just never use any of their facilities again. Be aware.

Spent weekend with family at the Clarion Resort. Room was great, staff was nice, and plenty to keep you busy without leaving the hotel. Private beach access, indoor and outdoor pools, sauna, and a list of activities well we had a blast. In addition it is close enough to the rest of Ocean City to venture out. It is even very pet friendly. My only complaint was the hotel could have a few more elevators. But after the first trip you figure it out around it.

Overall my 4 night stay was fine. Seafood buffet was very good. Horizon restaurant and Ocean Club prices were steep. Rooms are outdated and no access to beach bar and grill from lobby level. The most aggravating was the parking. If you left your spot chances are you won’t get one even though you have a tag on your car. They have an over flow lot across the highway and more than half the cars in both lots do not have tags and are just visiting the hotel so paying guests are not guaranteed a spot. And the hotel says they can’t monitor it. I certainly feel paying guests should not have to park off site. This is a big problem.

Nice place, a bit pricey for the hotel, but they have small indoor and outdoor pool, quick access to the beach big parking lot right on the strip, an amazing breakfast and dinner buffet. Not much of a night life. They have live bands during the happy hour and sometimes at night at the inside bar. They have four bars total open during the day starting like ten a. M. Not to many spots designated to smoke if you're a smoker or cigar smoker. Just one spot basically and that's by the bar leading to the beach. Staff was very helpful and friendly.

My mother, my 3 kids and I were excited to spend the 4th of July at the Clarion. We had very high expectations. We came in early than check in time so we went to the beach and waited to be called for our room to be ready. The lady was sort of rude. I wish I had taken her name. As soon as we went into room it smelled like a dead animal or something. The smell was bad. Our room wasn't cleaned and for some odd reason we had flies. I kept killing them and more came out of nowhere. I went to complain and they told me they were fully booked and had to wait the next day to get a room changed. So I did. Fortunate enough we had our room changed and it was so much better. I didnt appreciate the housekeeper either who came to inspect room 704. She said well, I dont know that smell!. We definitely won't be coming back especially my mother, who is a real estate agent and she was planning to recommend the hotel for the Realtors Convention. The room smelled so bad that my mother and my kids got sick and we couldn't enjoy our trip the next day: (…

Today we came from Washington DC and was delighted we did not hit any traffic. We arrived early and decided to just register. We were greeted by a front desk clerk named Mark. We wanted to park early to avoid a later trouble to find Peking and he helped us immediately with this request. He also went above and beyond to call us of our room was ready. He definitely kept word to his promise and we were called in early before 4pm. I just wanted to say the experience so far has been great and really appreciate Mark and his above and beyond service to accommodate our vacation. Great service.!

Nice family hotel on the beach. Indoor and outdoor pools with easy access to the ocean. To get to the boardwalk requires a drive but others good/safe location. The rooms could use a little updating but plenty of space and ocean view.

Great location. Rooms have amazing views — ocean side and the bay side. Alaskan crab all you can eat buffet at Horizons was exquisite!

Room was clean And tidy. Although it was not close to the boardwalk, transportation made it very easy to get where we needed to go. Parking was included. Service desk was helpful. They had food and beverage available For purchase.

Me and my wife saved all year to come to ravens beach bash that your hotel host. Over 1000dollars spent on room, services, meals, and drinks. In one moment all of my fun and relaxation was ruined. I was never approached or spoken too. Apparently the owner of the resort some 85 year old man. Saw me slip walking on the stairs (which was wet from being near the pool and beach and also it rained). He goes to the bartender and tells him to cut me off. I get back from the bathroom. I was then told I was cut off. I had been drinking but was not drunk. I asked to speak with him. The bartender and the manager would not let me speak to him. Out of some fear of him. The just said he is stubborn and will have me escorted off the property if I talk to him. One I paid for my room and two I am not being loud or rude so how could I be asked to leave. Regardless I am very upset and Humiliated. My whole weekend was ruined. I still want to speak with somebody this. I would also love to speak to the 85 year old property owner. Me and my wife were here last year and we did not have a single issue not only that but we had such a great time we wanted to come back. I will tell you this has left a very sour taste for both of us. It is obvious you do not want our business and I’m sure others will stay here and we just drop in the bucket. Well I will tell others of this experience. I will email the clarion company. As well as contact the ravens about how your business treats a paying customer.

We came here for their crab leg buffet… its $50 per person and I gotta tell ya it's very good! All kinds of quality food! The entire back wall of the buffet faces the ocean! Big huge glass windows to eat and watch the waves crash! Service is outstanding.

I recently stayed for a conference. Besides the balcony being small and the parking in front being small I had no problem. It's a non smoking hotel, and the service for the rooms and the conference was good. Food very well could have been cooked better with more portions for dinner because it kept running out quickly.

Went here for a friend's mother's day buffet and while speaking with the manger about a complaint, the manager was very rude and treated us horrible. I've been in customer service many years and even managed a restaurant and would never think of treating customers they way we were spoke to. To make matters worse the owner was sitting at a table nearby while the whole thing happened. I would not recommend this place, very unhappy, never been treated in that way.

-Nope, nope, and NOPE again. Please be advised that the rooms are simply ocean 'view' and not ocean 'front'. -Customer service was not the best upon arrival. African-American gentleman with pretty eyes but a bad attitude-sir, you can kick rocks. -Room keys did NOT work the first time so I had to carry all my stuff back down to the lobby. Elderly lady with glasses kinda brushed me off the shoulder and told me to wait around for another associate to assist me. -Upon entering the room, it smelled like old turkey sausage. Their was hair in the bathroom and toilet. Was told that they would 'air out the smell' with some machine, as they were too booked up to find me another more suitable and CLEAN room. Maybe someone else had a better experience, Idk. I wouldn't go back though.

Stayed here on business. While it's still off season, the view from the room is stunning. Hotel staff are very courteous. The room is clean and comfortable. No complaints at all!

I believe they over booked the weekend of our stay. Even though we had a confirmation we ended up in a huge suite. It was clear this was more of a meeting room than sleeping room and had a Murphy bed which was small and pretty hard. Just confirm your reservation is all I would say. Otherwise seemed to have lots of amenities.

Friendly staff, comfortable rooms, good conference space w/large ballroom. Nice breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, hot crab legs on dinner buffet are always cold, don't taste fresh. Nice restaurant & lounge. Bar areas could use more staff during busy times. Food service from kitchen takes a bit longer than it should. Live music is appreciated & has been good.

Overall a good experience. Rooms are pretty nice, the balcony can only fit one person but the view is good. The view at the restaurant there is pretty awesome, and the food was good. Price is a bit expensive as expected in this area. Note that the game room isn't great at all, but it wasn't a big deal since there's a lot of arcades around the area.

First I'd like to start off with, I did take pictures however my phone doesn't want to load them so I can understand if you don't in fact believe what I am about to write. 1. Upon arrival on March 14, 2018 in the elevator I noticed that not one but all elevators certificate of compliance we're dated valid till March 14, 2018. Made for fun elevator rides and stops on every floor, waiting for an elevator for up to an hour. Would have taken stairs but loaded up with luggage made that impossible. To add insult to injury, 2 hotel staff made sure I didn't get on by insisting that car was going up. I don't care I been waiting an hour you 2 weed stinking ass pieces of… let me on. 2. To arrive at the hotels in house restaurant Horizons 30 minutes before closing knowing I had family and friends waiting who told server that I'd be there to enjoy wings and pizza to which I was told "sir we are closed", but I know I have friends in there waiting for me, " sir no one is in there and we are closing" liar's pretty sure it was my friends I saw come out of your overpriced place but thanks dirtbag. 3. Don't stay if you have kids who like to use the pool as you are definitely gonna be told that your 2-3 year olds need to stop splashing and no ball. I must add while there is a sign posted saying no life guard on duty swim at own risk, there was an employee in no swim attire just sitting there looking at my kids. Yeah dude you kinda made me wanna grab ya up looking like a creepy creeper. 4.

Been here several times for conference events and each time the staff have been friendly and courteous and the hotel clean and comfortable and the view and walk on the beach amazing! Next trip when?

I can not thank the clarion enough for always giving us the best vacation every year. We have been staying here for over 20 years. The food is fantastic, entertainment is fabulous and service is always the friendliest around. There is something for kids and adults. The hotel is always clean and they make you feel special, like part of a family. Try it you will not be disappointed.

Visit often. Great people and location. Always a good time. Plenty of amenities including gym pool and restaurant.

The staff was kind and proper. The elevators were very slow. The conference rooms and beverages were good. The hotel room sucked. If it wasn't the people in the hallways I heard, it was the constant noise from the elevators. The room also was not cleaned well and was showing deffered maintenance. The views for the room were good. It showed the ocean as well as tge city and bay. The hotel was booked up, so another room was not possible. I don't know that I will return.

Fabulous stay. Room was beautiful. Kelly in the Horizons Restaurant was amazing. Event and hotel staff was great. Fabulous place to host a convention. Will return next year.

We didn't stay here, only went to the restaurant/club to see a band. We had nachos and potato skins, both were excellent! The margarita was very good. Our server was great, too! It's a beautiful hotel. Based on our experience, I would definitely stay here. The one thing that I would say is that the food is a little highly priced. I believe the surf and turf was $49.

Went to have the buffet dinner at the restaurant just after Christmas. Did not have reservations, but they gave us a seat in the nearby bar anyway (resv. Were req'd that day). Food was very good as usual. Service was fine. This place has been a mainstay in the off-season for us.

Good experience. Well set up. Food was great with plenty of room to roam around. Staff did an excellent job.

We held our retreat at this hotel. The weekend was great. The staff here are AWESOME! Jackie, Quinton and Joe deserve special mention.

The room and the beds were comfortable. However we encountered a problem with our bathroom sink not draining. The maintenance guy came up and was in our room for almost an hour we finally got them to get us a new room and we waited 20 minutes for them to bring us the Key all of this is at 8 at night it was 9 by the time we got in the new room which is very frustrating. The service really could have been better especially for the high price. They offered us a voucher for food for inconvenience which we didn't use and didn't want. It would have been better to have either comp us the room or taking money off of our night stay since it was such a pricey room.

1st class hotel. Great mix of people. Highly recommend this place for kids and pets. Clean and friendly people. Pools. Hot tub. And bars. And beach.

We stopped to eat at the buffet in the Horizion restaurant. My father in law only ate king crab the whole time and was super satisfied. The prime rib was delicious and so were all the other side dishes. I would definitely eat there again.

Our family of 6 had such a great vacation. Plenty to do inside and outside. Playground for the kids to play on in between. They loved the heated pool and the indoor pool eith the glass ceiling. The coffee shop was convenient. And breakfast buffet was reasonably priced at the restaurant on the terrace level. We loved the poolside bar. And the environment was super beachy and resort-like. It didn't feel like we were in Maryland. It felt like we were far away, somewhere tropical. So awesome and relaxing. The only thing is, I wish the bedroom was separate from the living, I wish the balcony was larger (tiny tiny tiny) and I wish there was more of a kitchen. But all in all, we loved staying here! Fyi my kids are aged 9, 4, 3&almost 2.

Room was dirty, elevators take forever, we asked for additional blankets and pillows, TWICE, but didn't get them until after room service came in the next day and saw the note we left. "Ocean View" room was really just a partial view of the ocean. Food was great, especially the breakfast buffet. Drinks are really good. Employees were professional and friendly. Probably wont stay here again.

Very clean rooms however hallways need new carpeting. Ample parking spaces at anytime. Pretty much every room on the 4th floor & above has a small view of the ocean. Jacuzzi, outdoor & indoor pools are great for adults & kids. Options for eating inside or outside restaurants/bar w/o leaving your hotel. Deli/convenient store in the hotel. Buffet for breakfast, lunch & dinner. Morning buffet is very reasonably priced & more importantly, no wait time. Several entertainments for kids, family & adults: live band every day, night club, family movie nights, kids' games, clown & magic shows… Check-in time was longer than expected because of the Groove Dance Competition dancers & their families doing the same. There are only 3 small elevators so there is a wait time especially during check-in/out time. Overall it's a great place to stay for families with kids & pets.

The facilities are older and there are no laundry facilities. Aside from that each member of the staff that I interacted with, including bar tenders, servers, desk staff, etc were all wonderful people! I enjoyed the ocean view, beach bar, bar on level 2 with the keno drawing, and their all you can eat prime rib buffet ($45). There is a parking lot across the street for oversized vehicles were we fit two entertainer coaches for two days (if you look you'll find water for your holding tanks in the center median). The location is good too! They have live entertainment nightly and two pool areas. Lots to do and experience here.

Great ocean view, comfortable bed, bathroom and decor is out of date. Resturaunt is very slow. The staff is fabulously nice and helpful though!

The Horizons restaurant at the Clarion is one of the best hidden delights that Ocean City has. Food is always delicious. The service and presentation is spectacular.

The hotel is dated; however, the staff is amazing. From check in through the conference, staff was pleasant and attentive. The morning of check out, my car battery died and Bob came down with a smile, gave me a jump, and I was on my way. He was great!

This place definitely needs updating. Our room was good sized, the bathroom wasn't very clean (stains, rust and hair) and the couch was hard and uncomfortable. You can walk about 5 steps out onto a tiny balcony and see views of the ocean and bay. We had the breakfast buffet 2 days in a row at their restaurant/night club and it was great especially the chef cooking omelets. The view from the restaurant was beautiful but the decor is straight out of the 80s. There's tons a stuff to do in the area since OC is a resort town. We were here for a conference in Nov and overall it was a good value room. Oh yeah and this is a dog friendly hotel, they have 2 floors just for dog owners to stay.

Location is absolutely perfect. Right near the beach… Beautiful. The restaurant has great food and our server Troy was very kind and attentive. Definitely ask for him if possible. The whole place seems fairly clean but it's all outdated. Some renovation would help it's appearance a lot!

Absolutely will be coming back to the Clarion next year. We had so much fun just at and around the hotel! Loved the live band playing — they put everyone in a dancing mood. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Expect to see me summer 2017!

Terrible experience. The ladies at check in had no idea what they were doing. They asked me the same question over and over. The room was not clean and smelled like smoke and wet dog. The hair dryer had only one working setting. Very tiny "balcony" with no real view of anything but the highway. Coffee came with 4 cups, enough coffee for 2 small cups, one creamer in each pack. Couldn't drink it. I did enjoy the beach bar. The waitress was very friendly and the musician was great.

This is the restaurant in ocmd on the beach. We go there because it's dog friendly. The food is standard American fare, it's good and reasonable. The house band there on the deck is always a great time!

Location on the beach was nice, but everything else could have been vastly improved. Food was terrible except for desserts, conference rooms were cold, and the live band on the beach were not good. Staff was very accommodating.

Take your money somewhere else. Not worth it. We arrive and the front desk lady, Donna, was a complete b**** l, extremely rude, didn't know what she was doing, major attitude problem. One of the elevators is broken so getting an elevator that isn't full is like pulling teeth. The hot tub is broken. There was gum on my pillowcase. The shower was clogged and wouldn't drain. We had to pull a huge hair ball out of the drain. Totally disappointed!

This is a tough hotel to rate, back in the day it was great, but it's now wire old. The management keeps the place looking good through remodel, but they can't fix bad building design. The building does not face the ocean, you have no ocean front rooms, just ocean view rooms. You stand out on a small triangle balcony and see all other balconies and people on them, and if you look one easy you see the ocean, the other easy and you see the bay. It's very disappointing if you're used to ocean front rooms. The hotel itself isn't bad, nice restaurant, nice bar and nice conference center. The public areas look very good and clean. The ruins could be cleaned better, the couch in my room had a lot of sand on it, it was clear it wasn't cleaned. But the rest of the room appeared clean. Overall, if you have a conference or get a great deal, stay here. Otherwise, get a place with ocean front rooms and enjoy sitting on the balcony to watch the sunrise.

This will be my 4th year attending a convention in the Fontainebleau hotel. Whenever we attend the staff is always well prepared, courteous and professional. They make sure we have everything we need, and if there is any problem they are always willing to help with a smile. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. You pretty much have a view of the ocean or Bay depending on what which way your room is facing. More than enough parking. The food is delicious and there is always a good variety to select from. I look forward to attending the convention here again next year.

We enjoy that they allow our small dog to stay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel itself has the issues inherent with an older hotel near the beach. While I appreciate allowing dogs, I can see that not all guests treat that as a priveledge and not a right. Which puts more work on the cleaning crew. Our room was near the elevator and I was woken at 2am by a group of drunk women getting on the elevator. There's no sound proofing.

I was here for a professional conference. The staff was friendly and helpful. The Conference rooms were large and we'll equipped. The hotel bar and restaurant has nice staff, the food and drinks were average, and the lettuces seemed reasonable. Overall, it was fine, nothing overly fancy but a decent place for a conference or event.

My recent stay was terrible. The only good thing was the restaurant (even though I had to wait until my second day of stay to go). In the room I stayed in there were roaches and bed bugs. When I mentioned this to the staff absolutely NOTHING was done about it. Customer service at the front desk was terrible and they were no help at all. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone and I will not be returning for another visit.

My stay itself was beautiful. After arriving and being charged a different rate than I was quoted, and told if I didn't like it I could speak to the manager TOMORROW! Okay, strike one. The condo was nice. I opened the pullout couch to watch the ocean on and… there were soiled sheets on it. Strike two. Next day the manager was on duty and said don't worry, it's the quoted price. Good, right? No, the next day we checked out (after 3 nights), and the girl who checked us out, was at my kindest — rude! Strike three. Wrong price, again on room and am awful check out clerk named Karrie. She advised "we should have called housekeeping, theyre opened twenty four hours" like it was our fault the sheets were dirty then argued loudly with my husband, called her boss after we suggested it. We got the room at the quoted price after twenty minutes standing there. We received no apology? No smile and please return? This was our fourth time staying but we won't be back. If you encounter a woman named karrie, chose someone else to help you.

The hotel was not very nice. The rooms were so dirty. It was a very uncomfortable stay with the cleanliness of the rooms. There was a sock left in my room from a previous guest. There was pubic hair in the shower from the previous guest. The hotel was also very dated and again not clean. I couldn't wait to get home.

The rooms are not modern. The rooms are decent, a little older. There is a strange smell in the lobby. The heater/ac makes loud violent noises. The food was pretty good.

We had a wonderful Valentine's getaway at the Clarion. The room was beautiful, on the 9th floor, with a little Juliet balcony we could watch the ocean from! The staff at the resort were so friendly and helpful, and surprisingly, the hotel was full — it's also a conference center.

Recently ate dinner at the Horizons restaurant at the Clarion. This is my second time eating here and would consider it one of OC's best kept secrets. Did not know this place existed until recently. Food and service are excellent. Beautiful dining room experience. The rest of the hotel seems very nice, though I have not stayed overnight.

Rooms are designed very nicely. I love the TVs we had, especially how I could pull it out and angle it. Beds were great, but balcony was way too small for my taste.

I enjoyed everything about our stay. Nice rooms and friendly service.

I've never stayed here, but we come for the band on the weekends. Very cool spot! Check out On the Edge band… you will not be disappointed!

Paid to much for room. Pools were very very dirty, we were there for weekend with family. Every room above the 4 floor has the ocaen view dont let them fool you and pay extra. The desk staff was not helpfull at all. The only good thing was that it was on the beach.

Beautiful room, clean with fabulous views. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. They have an indoor and outdoor pool and a great happy hour at the outside bar with a great live band. Felt like I was in key west. The buffet breakfast and seafood buffet was unbeatable. It will definitely be my destination for the next visit to ocean city.

I go here once a year for a conference. The staff is always pleasant and very helpful if needed. Rooms are always clean. Last time I visited they offered a seafood buffet that was to die for.

We were there for a long weekend for my daughter's lacrosse tournament. The hotel was full of kids in the same tournament, who were running around, unsupervised, wreaking havoc. They were pushing all of the elevator buttons (all 16 floors), we had to wait up to 20 minutes for an elevator, stopping at every floor on the way. Hotel staff was not helpful AT ALL. She actually told me there was nothing they could do, they paid for their room, too, is what she said. Over $500 for 2 nights… what a waste. I will never stay there again.

I stayed here for 4 nights. The experience was good. Rooms were tidy. The food was quite delicious. I enjoyed the experience and would definitely try this hotel again.

Stayed there for a weekend and really enjoyed the property. The room that my family and I stayed in was very nice, with a view of the ocean that was spectacular. The all-you-can-eat seafood buffet is a little pricey, but definitely worth it. The staff are very courteous, and does an excellent job keeping the property well manicured and polished. I can't wait to stay again.

Very nice indoor pool. Little fenced in pet area near the ocean. A small walk to get to fenced in area. Nice hotel restaurant facing the ocean. The partial view I got was still a great view of the ocean.

We stayed there for the third year in row with our group of about 70. The staff was amazing and made us feel so welcome. Everything our group needed for our meetings was met with very helpful hands and a great attitude. We had several last minute technical needs and they were no problem. When we had our Sat. Night banquet, some of the staff joined us with the silly singing and dancing.

We recently booked a house in OC. When we arrived, the home was filthy and uninhabitable. Our only choice was to check with Clarion since they allow dogs in their hotel. The room was clean and had an awesome view. The staff was friendly and accommodating. We were very thankful that a room was available and we had a wonderful time! Would definitely book a room at the Clarion in OC in the future! We LOVE the fact that our four-legged family member is welcome! :).

We booked our one night stay at the Clarion because they accept pets and I got to bring my little buddy with me. Not too many places in Ocean City allow you to bring your pets so we were excited when we found one that finally does! My fiance and I travel a lot and were not impressed with the hotel. We decided to head down and celebrate the Christmas season at Winterfestma and it was in close distance to the hotel which was perfect but if we came down during the summer I would not have stayed here, the boardwalk was miles away! We stayed in the biggest room but when we got there it seemed pretty musty. A lot of the towels in our bathroom were not white but a dingy brown. The sofa was torn and stained and our electrical sockets did not work! However the restaurants had a seafood and breakfast all you can eat which was a plus. It was okaym not sure if I will stay there again though.

The hotel was very nice for a pet friendly hotel. We ate at the buffet two nights, and both experiences were very good and a fair price. My only criticism would be the lack of enough elevators to accomodate a large hotel. Staff used the limited elevators to transport linens during high volumn hours. Maybe deliver the linens the night before. I was reluctant because of some unfavorable reviews I read, but can't agree with them at all. My husband and I will return next June to the hotel. Golf is wonderful and arranged by the hotel. We have a pet and found the accomodations very nice. Nice area to walk the pet as well. Pets can even go to the outside terrace restaurant. There are plenty of restaurants and bars. The beach is lovely, and rental of chairs is very reasonable.

My stay at the actual hotel was pretty good. However, they charged my credit card a day after I was gone, after I received my receipt with a zero balance. Then the accounts department had the audacity to be rude to me when I called to ask about the charge. I don't like such sly business practices. The hotel is pretty good overall.
