Pleasant check in, nice employees. The pool area was very nice. Room seemed to be recently renovated. Comfortable beds, housekeeping was very attentive. They had a morning breakfast that we didn't get to try. Good rates. Our room was a smoking room They were out of non. All and all a good experience. Would stay again.

This hotel was horrible. I do not recomend to stay here at all never omg. The customer service is disgusting they are rude with attitude & not helpful at all. This place disgusted me. They did not want to change my room I specifically asked for a NON-SMOKING I got a room Full of cigarette smell. Just horrible disgusting.

Room 240 had heat on high n hot. That was weird because it was 90 degrees with humidity at 93% As soon as I go in bathroom to take a shower and open the towel for the floor it was BED BUGS all over the towel and they all scattered but 1 I have photo and video of it. And front desk did absolutely nothing. Didn’t even change our room.

It's a roadside hotel in a place called cockeysville. It's not going to be Disneyland but the staff was friendly, room was clean and after a 16hr drive the man at the front did us the favor of letting us check in a bit early after he could see how ragged we were. To me that's the value, staff that treat you like a human being, regardless of the number of stars or the bill of stay. You need a place to rest your head for whatever period of time, won't go wrong here.

Horrible place to stay I think I used to be an old prostitute motel. The hotel staff are friendly even though most of them don't speak English the room that I was in room 228 was horrible it look like someone tried to kick the door down the inside latch lock was broke there were yellow stains on the comforter looks like it hasn't been dusted in a while and the bathroom like it had mold in it I will never stay here again the only good thing is the Wi-Fi is really good.

Good if you're visiting the area and on a budget. The room reeked of cigarettes however, and the staff was unable to get us a different room.

Good location. Friendly service. Room was descent. All eateries within walking distance. Came here for my daughter college graduation. Very pleased with stay.

Very nice place with the renovation and very nice people that help you and takes care of any issues that you may have. Please check it out for yourself. We found a hotel that you think you will pay so much money you but you dont. This place is 5 stars to me.

Great hotel and great service every time I stay, its also very convenient for walking because everything is across the street. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anybody I know.

Very sketchy, poor customer service, staff rude and overbearing to real guest. When guest are drug addicts, seems like staff gives a little better service. Only good pluses, it's close to plenty of stores in walking distance.

Great hotel and they serve breakfast every morning, the front desk attendant was very respectful and polite, and I definitely enjoyed my stay.

Stayed here with my family while waiting for our new apartment to be ready. The front desk employees were nice. The owners were great! The complimentary breakfast hit the spot every morning. Housekeeping was very thorough and nice to my family and I. Would definitely recommend this place, especially for the price!

Due to serious conditions in our family home that made it uninhabitable for several months, by default, the Ramada Limited Cockeysville became our home away from home for an extended period. Short of being in our own home we could not have imagined the level of courtesy, hospitality and consideration we would be afforded. We observed that the friendly staff, clean rooms, security, and other services and amenities offered at this establishment appeared to be routine. However, when we explained to management that our stay would be prolonged due to our predicament they pulled out all the stops and made our comfort and accommodations priority one. The management's personal compassion for a displaced family superseded the exceptional treatment everyday guests could anticipate. We were greeted by name by the staff, as well as provided their names, and received daily inquiries about our needs and concerns. Not only did our time pass more quickly and enjoyably due to the congeniality of the management and staff, we exchanged genuine, heartfelt goodbyes at end our stay. We would encourage any and everyone needing hotel/motel accommodations during a visit to the Baltimore area to reach out to our newest friends-for-life at Ramada Limited of Cockeysville.

All I can say is that Mr. And Mrs. Shah and ALL of their staff are BEYOND AMAZING and go whatever length to make you happy and satisfied. My husband and I love it here… we consider this home away from home and The Shah's are family!

It's a good place to eat the food is good. Especially the pizza…

This place has been a wonderful long term stay. They have continental breakfast every morning and the maid service is wonderful. The only complaint I have is that my toilet was clogged for 2 days and it took them 2 days to come and try to fix it. They couldn't fix it so they transferred my room instead they have very accommodating. Overall, still a very nice stay and would definitely recommend it here!

The stairwell wreaked of smoke and urine. The room was almost as bad. The receptionist exhibited a very nasty attitude when I immediately checked out. Never, ever again will I patronize Ramada Inn. Thank god for American Express. They handled the payment refund.

Very nice service and the accommodations are great. Breakfast, pool and free Wi-Fi.

My fiancé and I have been staying here at the Ramada now for months while waiting on our house to be finished. While staying here, we have truly been treated like family. The owner, his wife and ALL of their employees go above and beyond to make sure we are always happy and have things we need, such as fresh towels, toilet paper… etc. My fiancé and I have NEVER been treated so welcomed and comforting at ANY OTHER STAYING AT ANY OTHER HOTEL! We absolutely love everyone here and we know the love is mutual. Thank you to everyone again for everything that you do! You are ALL truly incredible and amazing.

The room smelled like smoke, the shower wasn’t clean, there were no towels and wash clothes and there were roaches! We couldn’t stay there I was not about to sleep with roaches. They were in the bathroom, alarm clock, under the television, who knows where else. I went to the front desk to get a refund and the individual there would not give me a refund. He kept saying there were soooo many people there and no one complained before and he wouldn’t give me my money back. After going back and forth for about 20 minutes he gave me half my money back I won’t return!

Absolutely terrible. No Wi-Fi, although they stated they had free Wi-Fi. Telephone in room did not work, soda machine completely empty. Most unhelpful staff in my 64 yrs. When asking staff general questions about the area was told to 'Google it'.

Worst stay anywhere ever. Motel was doing upgrades/ construction but never informed us so we could choose another place. Large storage units along parking spots. Had to park on other side of motel. Painters and workers doing repairs being loud telling to one another and blasting music. Even after asking then to keep it down they went back to it and front desk did nothing about it at first. Eventually they contacted us and said they (workers) would be done in a bit… allowing it to go on and not even an apology. Room was humid and stuffy and A/C unit didn't help. Towels, for showers were either damaged/ torn and/ or had hair on them before we even tried to use them. Had to get new towels. Complimentary breakfast was dry cereal, warm milk, oj, coffee, and choice of only 2 Apple Danish or 3 chocolate Danish…

The remake of the room is nice. The only thing was no microwave in the room. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

This experience was horrible! They have roaches all in the rooms, the bathroom was disgusting and not well kept. I wouldn't give this hotel 1 start and I normally enjoy Ramada hotel, which is why I map quested one. We would have left and went to another hotel but it was 1am my children were sleeping and everyone was ready to get out the vehicle. I Would love a refund!

Nice place for staying a couple of nights for a family with decent prices. Rooms are OK. Amenities are ok. Staff is good. Just beware about minor hidden/surprise charges. A lot of eateries etc nearby is a plus.

Excellent atmosphere! Friendly staff from management, housekeeping and even guest. In a safe and pleasant area. Great location for shopping and eating. Swimming pool delectable treats for breakfast every morning. My room was clean and freshened everyday. Home away home… Come visit for a frugal price!

Good location, good service, rooms could use some TLC. Really dusty, wrinkled wallpaper, small gaps around AC unit. Slight mold around caulking in the shower.

Affordable and close to Baltimore. Pool was nice. The room was satisfactory. Had everything we needed for our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Its really the worst place to stay. All kind of wrong things I dont know where to begin. Not recommended at all honestly.

Dirty rooms, black mold in bathrooms, stained and worn carpeting, and someone had obviously tried to break in at some point (door lock was damaged and door jam was beat up). They also gave me a smoking room when I reserved a nonsmoking one, and a second floor room when a first floor was requested. Stay away!

Kind of dirty. Ok location, though. A get what you pay for hotel. My bed had an old crusty sock under the mattress with a sweat stain bleed around it. Ehh.

The rooms are ok considering the prices, the service was very poor, the front desk attendant was very unkind, the internet was not working, I've called to ask for help and the front desk attendant shouted and turn off the phone…

The scummiest hotel I have ever seen, checked out immediately and was given no refund… so worth it though. Avoid this place like the plague.

The heat sucks … the shower wasn't hot… but the bed wasn't too bad … but it's 24 degrees out side and about 50 in the room and the heat is on high…

The hotel in general looks like a dump from the outside. The rooms are no better. I had to change out of the first room because it was so dirty. The bed spread had holes the sheets were gross had to go down to the Walmart to replace them. I had no choice but to stay here and would never come back again I suggest no one to stay here. Also it smells very bad in the rooms. Please don't put your self thru this!

Terrible. The staff were fine, the location handy, and the price reasonable, but the motel itself is wretched. 1. Not very clean — lots of loose trash behind the night stand, for example. 2. In very poor repair, especially in the bathroom — The wallpaper was peeling off badly; lots of sloppy repairs everywhere; ugly yellowed caulk around the tub; the stoppers in the sink and the bathtub were both broken; although there was plenty of hot water at the sink, the shower was set so it barely got warm enough to stand getting under the water, no matter how long you let it run; impossible to close the curtains all the way without leaving a small gap at the end — I had to improvise a way to secure the curtain so nobody outside could see into the room; the outlet plate behind the nightstand had fallen off and was lying in the previously mentioned trash on the floor. 3. Cigarette burns on the bedspread. My capsule review: "Better than sleeping outside. "

Rooms are very dirty if u take off the pillow case u see yellow stains on tue pillow : (aslo yhe dirty towels that look like private hairs I was surprised when I bought it to the front desk this lady had the nerve to tell me that it was disrespectful fir me as a customer to brinh it to her attention she threw her habds at me and told me to go away very rude but I took my money elsewhere rememberpeople check your pillows…

I hear something scurrying in the wall. I thought the Velcro padding was weird… its to HELP keep the mice out. Wouldn't bring the kids but $40 a night what do ya expect. Black mold in first two rooms. Well see how this third room goes. Yup mice on second floor too. At least in this room the mold is confined to the fridge… that I can see.

You get what you pay for. Relatively clean, good parking, good location.
