This place needs to be shut down! After driving 15 hours, we arrive at the hotel. Non smoking rooms will smell like smoke, have cigarettes burns everywhere! Pillows were dirty, shower had hairs all in it, everything was very disgusting. The floors looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in months. Needless to say, we went to the front office. It was past 10 pm and the guy talked to us on the phone and would never open the door. He talked to us through a little slot on door. Very unprofessional. He better be glad he refunded our money! We stayed 25 minutes and left. Safe yourself the troubles.

You better check in early so you can get one of the better rooms. We had to use the tool for the fireplace to hold the curtain closed because the blinds are so broken like kids had been playing in them. The dishwasher had been started before we arrived and leaked all over the kitchen floor. Definitely not the usual guilty we are use to when staying at a Quality Suites.

Heard the sound of mice, observed ants, housekeeping is done very late (though the guy who cleaned my room is quite nice) and poor Wi-Fi connection. The facility is good, but requires better maintenance. I enjoyed the breakfast.

Apartment complex styled design with parking very close to rooms was nice and useful. Great quality bed and couch. Internet service is very slow and shower head could be better.

The beds are so comfortable you'll be hard-pressed to escape it's plushness. Large full kitchen, fireplace, very large vanity area separate from the shower/tub/ commode area. Full hot breakfasts served daily, outgoing, helpful, and hard-working staff.

It's like a little apartment with full size amenities even a dishwasher. It was cozy and the service was good. I would definitely stay again!

I have to admit. This is the best hotel I have stayed in. It's hard to find a quality hotel with an affordable price. When I come to Quality Suites Inn I have the intentions of coming to a quiet environment. I get peaceful sleep without the sound of police sirens or street corner noise. I love the atmosphere and the staff, the fact that its like home away from home I can cook my own meals and they even provide a big breakfast. You are not gonna find another hotel in Baltimore that offers everything that they offer at the price.

Our Christian group has used their meeting room over the last 5 years and we appreciate their hospitality. The general manager, Alda Priest is professional and easy to work with. The team has been very accommodating, working hard to meet all our needs. If you're looking for a space to host about 40 people and the following are important to you… this is the place! 1. Very close to public transport system 2. Safe and free parking 3. Child friendly 4. Price friendly 5. Patient house-keeping.

Located in an industrial area the motel was very close to where our business was. Despite the age of the motel it was very well kept. The room was spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was good with a variety of offerings. Everyone who worked there was friendly and accommodating. The room Wi-Fi was an added bonus. For anyone wanting to stay for a while the room came equipped with a stove, microwave, full size refrigerator and dishwasher. The pots and pans were available if you wanted to eat in. The room coffeemaker was also welcome. We would definitely stay here again.

This hotel is very disgusting. The personal hygiene of the stuff will make someone vomit. After checking in the first smell as I walked into the room was three week old eggs. Killed ants and other insects during my one night stay. The fireplace was full of spider webs and eggs. Luckily I seen no spiders, because that would have been a disaster. Tried to check out at 6:50am and was not allowed inside the front desk area. Instead I had to pick up the phone and stand out in the cold waiting for my receipt. When trying to make a complaint to the lady at the front desk she could have cared less!

This place is old and tired and located in the middle of a huge industrial park. It has obviously passed through more than one owner, but in its heyday would probably have been a nice place. There are 2 stories, no elevators, and multiple buildings connected via overhead walkways on the 2nd level. The facility is geared toward long term stay as the room had a complete kitchen (no dishes or pots & pans, though), and even a fireplace that looked used. The few pieces of furniture were old and a little rickety. The bed was comfortable and everything was clean except for the shower curtain — a little sour smelling. It was promptly replaced as soon as I let the front desk know. The exercise room with 3 pieces of equipment is quite small and a total mess, trash can and towel bin both overflowing, and the floor in obvious need of vacuuming. The free breakfast actually had hot food and a waffle maker.

I've stayed at this location several times and I have to say I am very pleased with my experience. Very friendly staff, the hotel rooms are exquisite. They are very large and spacious. They have fire places and full kitchens including ovens! Your are close to grocery store and shopping malls but also out of the way with not a lot of traffic in and out of the facility. Alda who is the general manager is extremely nice and solves any problem that you may have in a timely manner. She definitely goes above and beyond to help in any way that she can. I highly recommend this hotel if you are coming to the area.

Although I had read mixed reviews about the front desk experience the woman who greeted me was both professional and extremely pleasant. When I entered the room was pleased to see the cleanliness of the living room and kitchen but was disappointed that a fire log was not provided. Bed extremely comfortable and extra pillows were provided. Overall I would recommend highly to others and would go back myself.

Very nice staff rooms are spacious housekeepers are friendly like the fireplace all of my accommodations have been met in a timely fashion I have been here 2 month and I would not want to stay anywhere else but here. So if you are in the Hunt Valley area and in need of a room whether one night or several nights I recommended The Quality Suites on Beaver Dam Rd Thanks staff for everything the Breakfast is pretty good as well. Yea.

I've been coming here annually for years now. I've always liked the hotel. The studios/condos are really nice its like a home away from home. As much as I like the rooms, Its gone downhill since management changed. Items were stolen from my car, the front desk didn't seem overly surprised and commented that "it usually doesn't take the police long to arrive".

This is a low end version of a residence hotel. The room is very spacious with a living room area adjoining the beds. No issue with the beds or bathroom. Where things start to be not as nice is the full kitchen and outside accessibility. There is a full size fridge, dw, and range, but almost no dishes, no pans to cook with, and no utensils. It took me 10 minutes to soft boil an egg because the range burners do not work well. Also in most rooms there are steep steps up to your room and a pretty good walk in from the parking lot to get there with curbs so no luggage carts. You have to carry all your luggage in. Overall it’s spacious for the money, but lacking in some conveniences that most people expect from a hotel.

Nice place to stay… Safe and comfortable I like the kitchen free breakfast better than the Marriott up the road.

Don't go to quality suites hotel in hunt valley, md. We stayed in this room for the weekend of the 17-19, and it had a serious bug infestation! I verbally complained twice with pictures of their problem to the people at the front desk. They did not put us in another room and said the manager will be in on Monday and will call me. I made several attempts in calling myself because from 8-5 I never received a call! I spoke to 3 people and all said will give message to the manager, yet this manager has not called and it's now a week since the incident. If the corporate office of Quality Suites is seeing this post, I want my money back and a phone call! I have pictures and videos if you like to see them.

Great value. Not trendy. Apartment style accommodations with kitchens and fireplace. In the middle of suburban office park area. PS One of the guys hanging out behind the desk doesn't know how to make a booking on the computer at the desk. Lol, I'm not kidding, so do it your self thru an online site.

Terrible place to stay. Nasty rooms, nasty breakfast. Saw roaches near the food said something to them but they pretty much said they didn't care. Very rude. I told them I was pay $200 and she took out $500 then got mad cause I called her and yelled about it.

I want to express my disappointment with Quality Suites. I recently stayed two nights (10/24 — 26/17) and upon my arrival, the front desk person was rude (I put him in his place), and the grounds was a mess filled with trash everywhere. This Included a Barbie doll in front of my door. The phone didn't work and I had to use my cell phone to tell the front desk about the broken phone. Noone came by to fix the phone and no extra tissue paper. The walls were stained, the tub needed repairs, no detergent for the dishes, and one pillow case had a stain. I think they could do better.

This place is a "dump"! We checked in and quickly checked out. The only good thing I can say is they refunded our money. Don't waste your money!

Was a nice stay overall. Things that can make it better are just the simple aspects. Stronger cleaning of rooms. Wall to wall corner to corner. We found dust on top if everything, few baseboards looked like they had net been cleaned in some time, air vents covered in dirt. Appliances clean inside but could stand better on surface, a lot of food and spills still on surface. Desk chair had food spills on it even found food in the pullout bed. We were on the second floor and had a small balcony but did nor use for all the nails sticking out both on the deck part and the railing. Had issues with thermostate few times. Had A. C. Set to 71, woke up one night as it cut on and noticed how cold it was. Temperature in room was 62 and it was running, also kept cutting off a lot, power wise, thermostate would go dead. Outside, again simple things. Walk ways could use a quick run over with leaf blower, were covered in leaves and pine needles. Stairways had a lot of dirt and webs on them, could use a quick wipe over on stairway walls. Again all simple stuff could pull ratings up. Overall was not too bad. Breakfast typical for hotel free breakfast. Did have great tasting coffee. Staff, only saw 2 but were very nice.

Our room was disgusting. Took a shower to find 2 used, crusty washcloths on top of the shower rod. We checked out a day early. When I told the front desk the issues he just said, ok. He also kept charging and then crediting my bank card. Worst experience I've ever had and we stay in hotels several times a year. I'll be sticking with the Residence Inn when I travel to Maryland.

Staff very friendly, you get more room for your buck here, reasonably priced. Favorite local get away hideout❤❤❤❤

The place has potential. But the room which was non smoking smelled like cigarettes everyday we stayed. The tenants of the location aren't very clean or polite. Breakfast wasn't bad and the owner and the workers are very helpful. The room wasn't bad and has a kitchenette with full size fridge and stove.

Although I love the 2-bedroom with kitchen option at this hotel, during my stay in January for a week for business, I was greeted with roaches in my room and trash under the bed. I spoke at length with one of the folks living at this hotel and was told the week before there was a huge party on the premise where police had to be called and the condition of the room certainly confirmed this. My dog drug out candy wrappers, a cigar wrapper and other various trash from under the bed. I actually bought roach traps at the neighborhood grocery store and then also put roach bait in my luggage to make sure I didn't take bugs home with me.

This hotel is not ready to be utilized. I was a guest at this hotel in room 1014 on August 25, 2017. As an employee of the Choice brand I'm very disappointed. The website states they're a 3 1/2 star hotel and suite. More like a 1 star motel with space. What I experienced that night and the next morning was very disappointing. Not nearly close to a 2 star. My bed sheets and blankets had cigarette burn holes and stains. The front desk clerk stated there were no linen for the pullout couch. There was no toilet paper, no dishes, no dish detergent, no dishwasher detergent, no trash bags, only two wash cloths. Not a suite at all. The walls were stained with dirt and other things I don't even want to imagine, what it could've been. I had to go to Walmart and purchase bleach and cleaning products to clean the tub and the counter tops after a 5 hour drive. There is something which looks like semen going across the floor. Stains on the pullout bed. The phone does not work, so instead of calling the front office I had to drive around 3 times for three different issues. I asked to be moved the first thing the front desk clerk says is you can check out. I have video of the conditions of this room.  Including the huge cock roach crawling out of the chair. I won't advise anyone to stay here until Choice comws and inspect and they complete the issues. Choice really need to visit this property. They are an embarrassment to the brand!

It took way to long to check in (over an hour) other than that it was a good stay.

My fiancee and I were booked to stay at the Quality Inn Beaver Dam Road Hunt Valley Maryland this place is more like section 8 housing you have people living there the grounds are filthy, trash everywhere laundry all over the place we checked in left went shopping and retirn3d got in our room loud music playing and the smell of pot was so strong it was mak8ng is sick called the front desk nothing done went down to the front desk complained we were told we can move your room who wants to move their things at 930 ended up leaving we are supposed to be receiving a full refund if you all were smart you would remove them from your list of hotels and have them shut down. I give it 0 stars I had to click one to post my review wish I could post the pictures I have.

Overall a nice place. Initially driving in it looked run down due to landscaping. Rooms are big clean and beds are comfortable.

I'm here on business. Room is clean, kitchen is nice, bathroom is large… no problems here.

So far so good. Just checked in and we were able to do it early. Room appears clean but light smell of cigarette smoke.

Very nicely furnished, especially for the price! The stairs and balconies seemed to be rather poorly constructed or just not sturdy. A little unsettling.

This place sucks big time. They don't run the central cooling and only have window AC that doesn't work. If you want a heat stroke or want to get sick then you should go to this place. Never again.

Rooms were big but we had obnoxious upstairs people who partied all night Friday-Saturday and didn't sleep.

Never again this shit was a waste of money never goin back again.

Our "Non-Smoking Room" smelled like a smoking room. We switched rooms three times to try and find a room that didn't smell, after that we just gave up because we were exhausted.

Horrible simply horrible I resevred my room a week in advance it wasn't ready when I got there the air wasn't working so they moved us to a smaller room… Above us was some sex offenders asking my girls if they wanted to come up for a pajama party and smoke some weed! I had to cuss him and his female friend out. I asked for another room nothing was available so my daughters and I left the hotel at 1:30am I will never go there again save your money and children! This place deserves zero stars!

Terrible place. I fell through one of the staircases cause the stairs are terrible and dry rotted. My brother also fell through the same staircase.

Great location, off the main road so traffic is no problem, rooms are amazing, very open in a studio layout, front desk is very kind and worked with me on payments due to their chip card reader being out of commission.

Terrible. Avoid at all cost. It's old, falling apart and needs to just be torn down. The rooms are in bad shape and even the non-smoking room I had reeked of fresh smoke and marijuana. The Windows and sliding doors were broken so I couldn't even get any fresh air. I was supposed to stay for three nights but left after one. There is trash everywhere, the landscaping is neglected and bushes even block sidewalks. The stairs (no elevators) are rotting away and unstable and the whole property is just nasty. The staff barely speaks English and I think their entire extended family must be living here as there is evidence of some of the rooms being used as apartments.

It's a nice place to live. The quality of service provided is appreciable. And the best thing its location. It's close to the bus stop and railway station and some good shopping malls also.

Terrible service! Wifi shut off but claim they have free Wi-Fi! Told front desk they told me to call the company. Bugs in the rooms. Asked to be switched to a different room. Gave us a smoke infested room! Even tho it's a non smoking inn? I have a 10 week old puppy and will not put him in that environment! Paint splatters all over sheets and brown stains on white comforter. Asked for new ones and got a throw blanket instead of a comforter. Will not be coming back to this place!
