Would not recommend the free breakfast, the waffles weren't very good and it took 10 minuets for just two waffles to cook, then they would not stay together in one price. Otherwise everyone was very nice and the rooms were nice and big with supprisengly, the refrigerator in the bathroom. One more thing is that there was something in the ceiling tile in the bathroom and the hallways didn't smell the greatest. Bit the beds were very nice to sleep in.

Absolutely amazing hotel, one of the best places my husband and I have stayed in our travels. The hotel is non smoking, the room was clean and didnt have any bad smells, we got to enjoy the pool and free breakfast which is served in the restraunt, and they had room to park our semi. If you don't like their restraunt there are places that will deliver and a chili's directly behind the hotel.

I was here for two days and I had a very bad experience. The breakfast was very skimpy with very few options and u have wait on a line for more than 30 minutes just to make waffles. There was no fresh fruit, only frozen. While my family and I were eating our breakfast, the staff was vacuuming. I understand that it was close to closing time but cleaning up and putting food away when people are still eating is very rude. When we politely asked a staff member to wait until after we finished eating to vacuum, she had an attitude. The staffs in general were all very rude. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Great place, ice cold ac, clean rooms, very friendly staff. Close to shopping, many dining options. Would definitely recommend. I spent 4 nights here bcause my semi truck was in service.

Friendly staff, upper floor under construction while I was there but it did not interfere with me. Fairly easy to find off the interstate.

Friendly staff, very comfortable beds and large rooms, but the entire hallway smelled like cigarette smoke, truly poor “fitness center, ” and rather drab furnishings. Acceptable accommodations for the price, but the hallway smell is the deciding factor in my review here as it affected my sinuses into the next day. I would pay more to stay somewhere that doesn’t smell like that next time.

Only visited for business event. Nice place for having a larger group, however the lobby smells like the pool. Conference rooms were nicely expanable and staff was pleasant.

Helpful staff, clean room. However, the pillows were much too thick so you slept with your neck angled up. The gym was a bit out dated, the bicycle didn’t work. The breakfast was nice, a good selection of hot and cold options.

Place was clean and staff was friendly except the restaurant place seemed to have grumpy staff. Could have been a bad day who knows. Pool was crowded and unwatched but that was expected. Basic flat panel TV and decent beds. Plenty of towels. Free breakfast. Basic hotel stuff.

The service was hamable and the room clean. Very well serviced and I felt liked.

The rooms were spotlessly clean and the price was extremely reasonable. The decor may have not been the most modern, but the rooms were extremely well maintained. I have stayed in hotels that cost 30%-40% more and not have as nice an experience as I did in this Ramada.

We had a nice clean room. The location was next to the Valley Mall and near many businesses and restaurants. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Nice hotel, a little dated. Staff was friendly. Renovations are underway, and it will be really nice once they are completed. Nice breakfast. The handicapped accessible room was nice, with a transfer platform built in at the base of the bathtub.

Good clean room, and friendly helpful staff. Adequate breakfast with the standard buffet with make yourself waffles. It's not a new property but still comfortable, tho a bit dated.

Needed a place to stay and they had available rooms after 10pm. Staff was friendly and rooms were clean. Breakfast buffet could have been a bit better but was fine nonetheless. Will consider staying here again if in the area.

Pretty nice, close to four stars. Accommodations where shut down, hot tub and pool ECT due to storm. Think it was more because they didn't have enough employees working. Coffee in cafeteria cold, been there all day I'm sure. Would have been 4 stars if everything was up to par.

Rented a ballroom for my niece's sweet sixteen birthday party. Also had some drinks at the bar. The staff at the Hotel was cordial and accommodating, which made for a pleasant and memorable experience.

Great room, clean and spacious. The restaurant was amazing. Food was better than most restaurants I've been to.

We were very happy with the Ramada! Everyone was really polite, helpful and friendly! The price of the other hotels in the area were more expensive and the Ramada was in our price range and was nicer than the other hotels! We will stay there on our next trip! Thank you!

I didn't stay the night, but visited family staying who enjoyed it. The room was nice, and it was clean. We took the kids to the pool — indoor so nice for all seasons, although it was a beautiful summer day and wouldn't have mined outdoor! The water was clear, and it was pretty large, they also have a pool lift as well for handicapable visitors (only 1 though! )

I stayed at the Hagerstown location, and it's ok. The elevators smell horrible, like feces or dead animal. The rooms are nice enough, they have good space but they are a bit musty. They need to figure out a way to make it smell better in the rooms. The waiter at the restaurant was rushing everyone because he had to go see his girlfriend but he was nice enough. The food was not good and expensive. Pork tenderloin was dry and not tasty or tender. I should've tried a sandwich instead. Check in and check out was easy.

Nice hotel. In good area. Had a bar but was closed before we arrived.

Rude front desk (Jerry), unreliable shuttle service. He insisted it was a courtesy to be picked up by the shuttle and he said I wasnt "there" so the shuttle left, so I would have to find another way to his hotel. He refused to send his shuttle back out to pick me up. Well, of course I was there and was looking out for the shuttle but it never showed. I found out the shuttle driver did look for me but at the wrong location. I gave Jerry very specific instructions on where I was. He failed to pass that on to the driver. Of course there was no admition on his part that he made a mistake and there was no apology. He was very big on admonishing me though. So as a courtesy, I booked at another less expensive hotel, because there are plenty of quality hotels in Hagerstown. Jerry and Ramada can bite the big one. Since I live on the road, you can bet I will never spend my money at their establishment.

Enjoying my stay here. Rooms are very clean. Stuff is very nice. The free breakfast is good. I am a truck driver an there are places to eat around the hotel in walking distance. The restaurant is a little high, but I hear it is good. Mr. & Mrs. Richardson.

If you need a place to sleep and get some food and rest for the road it's good enough. Why spend the extra money for a name. Comfy, and pleasant.

Clean hotel with nice size rooms however they are very outdated. Redecoration is needed. Convenient to shopping and dining.

I've always thought of ramada as a upper class place to stay, not anymore, although the price suggested that it was. My stay at your hotel was not a great experience. The room I stayed in had most definitely been smoked in, no one told me this, I have severe allergies and would never have stayed there if this info had been disclosed. There were ants in the bathroom and on the table. The only redeeming quality was the breakfast, it was the best continental breakfast I have ever had.

The rooms we clean and updated however I went through 2 irons that did not work. Next time I'm bringing my own.

Omg I will never stay in a cheap hotel like this again. The rooms smell like old and smoke and it was disgusting! The sheets were disgusting. Never again! They had no toilet paper in the room no tissues my pillow had hair it was just nasty. I guess you get what you pay for. On another note the staff was friendly.

An older hotel but a good one. The room was big and clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good too. For the price it's a great place to stay. I was very happy over all.

Staff was pleasant, room was fine, if rather dated. Walls were paper-thin, though, and I could hear every syllable of my neighbor's heated argument on the phone. Thank goodness I travel with earplugs. Restaurant was okay — not much in the way of light fare or healthier eating options. More of a meat & potatoes kind of place. Bed was comfortable enough, bedding of average quality. Grateful for the good Wi-Fi signal and hot breakfast.

Really great stay for a great price. The staff was friendly and had an included hot breakfast. The only negative was that the rooms on the upper floors had poor water pressure.

I spent two nights here on a weekend vacation trip with my boyfriend. Its a very nice place to stay! Friendly people, a clean room, a good breakfast in the morning. I'd definitely stay here again.

Just checked in. Called from the road 2 hours away. Super fast check in. Great rate of $79 for a room w 2 beds. "free" breakfast. Might be stopping back again in a week. Clean room, nice staff, stocked room supplies.

Been there twice. First time the scallops were wayy overcooked. (Figured it was because I came with a group and the chef sucks at multitasking. ) Second time I ordered prime rib and was delivered pork instead. I told my server it was pork but he insisted it was beef and did not offer to send it back. He took if off the bill — but if I was worried about price I would have went to another restaurant. I came for the experience and the experience sucks. I was good to both of my servers and left them > 20% because its not their fault. I have had a better eating experience at TGI Fridays (no exaggeration at all). The ambiance would be the only pleasant thing about fireside. But there is a soup/salad bar lit up like a Christmas tree. Sorry, but this place gets one star because I am never coming back.

Really pleasant staff but this place is way past due for a major renovation.

My wife and I stayed there for two days and we could not have been treated better. The night we arrived we were running late and needed to go to a wedding rehearsal dinner when I discovered that I had not packed a belt. We inquired at the front desk and Jerry, who was so kind to us when we checked in, offered his own personal belt for me to use. I have never felt so cared for. The stay in the hotel was great and the breakfast was delicious. I recommend this hotel to everyone and thank You Jerry for being so kind, welcoming and professional. You saved the day.
