I was super impressed with the quality of the room. Finishes of everything is very nice. Room was clean and showed no signs of wear. The sheets. Oh the sheets are wonderful. Would recommend this hotel for a short term stay or a longer term stay. There is a microwave vent Hood combo and a not quite full size fridge and freezer. There is a full size dishwasher in the room for use. They have a rolling desk for a work area you can place within your room with a view nice egronomic chair.

Nice hotel. Kitchen in every room (even a dishwasher and full size fridge! ) Unfortunately not much is within walking distance from the hotel but they're building new stuff. Great amenities.

Good location right outside the gate of APG. Rooms are clean and comfortable, and geared towards long term stays. Still works well for a short trip. No food options immediately nearby. Will stay again.

Great looking hotel! The room was clean and well stocked. Having the refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher was nice but we didn’t use them. The door was very hard to open because it is dragging bad on the frame but it’s a new place so I’m sure there are a few bugs to work out. After we checked in we went out for dinner and when we returned we discovered that our hard to open door wasn’t locked. We could just push it open. No matter how tight we closed it the lock mechanism would not engage. Luckily the deadbolt worked from inside so we were safe in the room. I went to the front desk to report it and was told they would have engineering look at it in the morning. I guess my face must have shown my dismay because he then said “well you’re checking out tomorrow right? ”. He then said he would add some points to our Hilton Honors account to make up for the inconvenience. No offer to move us though. I figured since we could lock it from inside and weren’t going out any more we’d just let it go. We got into bed and found it to be very lumpy and cheaply made. Every time one of us moved the bed would shake so we kept waking each other up until we finally decided one of us had to sleep on the couch or neither of us would get much sleep. We’ve stayed at many Hilton branded hotels and never experienced a bed such as this one. Also there is a white light on the fire alarm that flashes all night. Wifi is great! We checked out the breakfast options.

The room is nice. That’s pretty much all I can say positive about my stay here. The first room we got the A/C was broken. They tried to fix it then when that didn’t work switch us to a new room. House keeping didn’t even come to the room. So no new towels for the next day. The trash was also not changed. Then the second night the power goes out for like 3 hours. Really weird. Lastly, the morning were checking out. I call the front desk to ask for towels, 30 mins pass. I just decided to take a shower with a clean hand towel because I had a timeline and didn’t have anymore time to waste. If I ever come back to Aberdeen. I will make sure not to stay here.

The location was a little confusing to get into the first time we went by. You can plainly see it from the road, but the GPS tried to take us through a parking lot for another business that we almost missed because of where it was on the road. The hotel itself was fantastic, though. Service was pleasant, breakfast was good, and the rooms were very comfortable. Check-in and out times were not at ridiculous hours, either.

It has everything that we needed for our stay. Clean, comfortable rooms, nice workout facility and a good breakfast. We were able to take advantage of the kitchen in the room which was a bonus.

I stayed with my family at the Home 2 Suites because we lost power due to the Haley wind storm that hit us on 3/2/18. The rooms on the second floor are completely renovated. It's quiet and modern with all the amenities needed. We had Wi-Fi internet complimentary with the room and the TV has most channels in HD, including HBO. Breakfast is served in the lobby buffet style, plenty of choices for the morning energy. Home 2 also offers an indoor swimming pool which is temperature controlled, and a gym. Overall it has been a very good alternative to stay home to the sound of the generator while the wind creates havoc outside. At Home 2, we didn't hear the wind that was blowing at 45mph with gusts up to 60+. Beautiful and quiet, recommended!

The room was spacious and well furnished. I was surprised to find a full sized fridge and even a dish washer! They even have portable burners available if needed. The gym was good for a hotel. It had the usual cardio equipment along with a dumbbell and pulley setup. The pool was heated enough but I wish it was a bit longer and it would have been awesome if there was a juccuzi.

The rooms are very clean. I really wish they would add a stove to the kitchens. The indoor pool while a bonus feature is not heated so it doesn't serve that great of a service in the colder months. The gym is nice, I like that they have included free weights which you normally don't see at a hotel. The breakfast bar is very good. My kids really like being able to make their own waffles. The staff is very friendly.

The rooms are cozy, spacious, and equipped with a large refrigerator and dishes. I'm not giving five stars because there are no rooms with bath tubs nor do they offer an extended stay rate.

Clean, comfortable and quiet. Sll you could ask for, plus a decent, albeit small fitness center.

I personally work for Hilton, at a Hampton in Batavia ny. And I was so impressed by this location! I have never stayed at a Home2 Suites before and my family and I felt at home. We were in town for a burial and our stay definitely made it a lot easier on us to feel so comfortable! The gentleman that checked us in was so friendly I wish I had gotten his name! But he was there most the weekend and always nice and very funny! The breakfast lady was very sweet and helpful along with even going above and beyond when my grandma missed breakfast she made sure that my grandma ate. The housekeeping staff was very nice the rooms were very clean and comforting. I will definitely be staying at this location again for family things and when we are in town! Everyone was great the whole property was well kept and welcoming great job!

Love Home 2 Suites, but this one didn't have a hot tub and the pool was cold like it was filled with a garden hose. Other than that, it was as good as any other H2S I've stayed at.

Hotel is very nice and clean. The staff has excellent customer service. Only negative is the Pool is ice cold and there is no hot tub.

I really like this hotel. The staff is awesome and very helpful. The hotel is located off of a small side street and if you have never been here before, even though you can see the hotel, it's hard to figure out how to get to the hotel, even the GPS, and I have 2, was a little confused on the location. The room are nice but they could use better blackout curtains (I work nights and sleep in the day). Noticeable road noise from the very near highway. There is a breakfast service for guests, waffles, toast, bagels, some premade microwaveable egg dishes, juices, the best coffee ever and cereals.

Very nice rooms, but noisy. They pump music over the outdoor PA system 24/7, which is renewing night when you hear the constant beat outside your window. They claim they cannot turn it down or turn it off. It's on whether anyone is out in the courtyard or not.

Front desk clerk was very informative and helpful even though we arrived late at night. Breakfast was fresh and constantly restocked as needed. Seating area for breakfast was more than enough for the people that were eating at that time. Room were clean and spacy with a closet if extra blankets if needed.

Great room with kitchenette and pull out couch. The breakfast was first rate. Pool and small gym.

It's absolutely amazing, the service is great! With beautiful rooms and great respect from the staff they have made it a wonderful stay!

Only bad thing is check in after 3 only. Was really nice otherwise, Even had a dishwasher.

Love these hotels. Big rooms with a European flair to them. Comfortable… Kitchens… Real silverware… ;) I try to stay at Home2 all the time now. This particular one was as good as any. And believe me, they are all great. Stay here… Hang out by the fire under the lights.

Nice newer hotel. Particularly enjoyed the use of the grills out back and the induction top units, though the provided skillet is rather small and only large enough for a simple use (by an amateur cook).

This hotel was AWFUL! I stay at Hilton hotels on a regular basis for the reason that they normally have high standards to back up their guarantee. I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and it was one of the WORST experiences I have had. The toilet didnt flush, the shower had no hot water, the dishwasher souded like an airplane was landing and the service was very unprofessional. I complained twice about the water and plumbing issues and was told their engineer would be fixing them (no one showed up). I was told at check out I would not have to pay for either night (they charged me for both). When I called the hotel with my complaint they said they would NOT credit me for both nights. You can imagine my surprise when I spoke to the manager at a hotel known for service and she was nothing, but unprofessional. I have a complaint pending with Hilton Honors and plan on NEVER staying at this hotel again.

We stayed at the hotel for a month on business, we were happy to see that we could bring our two small dogs along. I was stuck at the hotel everyday while my husband was at work so I saw everything and had to deal with everything. Staffing: Most of the front desk staff is very accommodating and nice, while there were a few who usually worked at night or very early in the morning who acted like you should be kissing their feet. Last I knew the customer was always right and you were not to argue with the customer which some of those staff members did. Housekeeping: Our bathroom floor was not swept or mopped for our entire stay. I had to go out and buy a swiffer because even when they said they did mop (which all the hair on the floor proved they didn't) I would swiffer the floor and the pad was black. I would have to track some of the housekeepers down just to get dish soap or the floor vacuumed when that was supposed to be part of the "Full Cleaning" they do every 5 days. But if that 5th day is on the weekend good luck getting your room cleaned or new sheets. Breakfast: They have a very nice breakfast set up, if you like microwavable breakfasts. No real complaints on that other than the coffee they provide for all day is only made once at about 430-5 am and not again until its empty. Laundry: It is nice that they have a gym/ laundry facility but its 50 cents a wash and 50 cents to dry and I usually had to dry jeans twice.
