Great hotel. Clean, quiet and comfortable. IHOP right next door and you can order room service at the hotel. The young lady that checked me in was very polite and hospitable. I would definitely stay here again, and I wouldn't think twice about bringing my family here.

Very Good place to stay management is very nices understand. I work there come enjoy us for the summer in bring your family.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional. I wouldn't let my dog stay there and I woiuldn't stay there for free! There was an error on my bill that the staff made, however, they refused to credit my card for the monies that were owed until the supervisor returned in a few days! Who does that?. The front desk minimum wage worker Raven, got angry and used profanity when asked to speak to the general manager.

Great place. I received the most pleasant checkin experience ever from Willette. Room was very clean. Breakfast was tasty and varied. Wifi was very good.

My room was recently renovated (like many rooms here) and was really nice. Clean, spacious and had all I needed. Refrigerator was very handy. The lobby is finer than the pictures on the website. The outer appearance of the hotel is a bit dated, but inside is fully updated. Continental breakfast was pretty basic, but all foods were fresh and area kept very clean. Desk staff and housekeeping were very friendly and accommodating. I'd stay here again for sure. Great value.

Great place to stop for a night or two. Staff was wicked friendly and helpful! The breakfast was amazing, hot, and free! It is connected to an IHOP and has a gym and outdoor pool. The rooms were clean and had all the amenities you need (coffee maker, blow dryer and a fridge with a real freezer that actually kept my breastmilk frozen). My only complaint is the beds are two DOUBLE beds so they were a little small for my husband and I to share (he’s 6ft tall) so we each slept with a kid.

Staff was nice. The cable TV was questionable at times. Shower stall design was a bit limiting but bathrooms were very clean. Rooms were well insulated and climate controlled.

Nice hotel but they limit the # of CLC (Corporate Lodging) rooms they book. Often not available even though they have empty rooms-Not Nice. Excellent free breakfast avail. Also IHOP & Mexican rest. Next door. Nice outdoor pool in summer. Good large vehicle parking. Always clean, great staff, & often warm cookies on check-in. Convenient location rt off I-95.

This is a clean, comfortable place with spacious rooms. My bed was very comfortable. The complimentary breakfast bar was listed as "continental breakfast", but sausage and eggs were also available. I would stay there again — very convenient to the Aberdeen Proving Grounds.

The service and people we're excellent. The room was big and roomy with a very nice size TV. Breakfast was definitely above average with a nice waffle maker and some amazing eggs. A+. The one thing I did not like about my stay was the shower. I could not make it all the way hot. It would not move past the dead center in-between hot and cold and it wasn't even warm. Other than that I really enjoyed my stay.

Comfort Inn &Suites Aberdeen was great. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The room was clean and we'll appointed. The location was convenient to the interstate and Aberdeen Proving Ground. My only complaint was that the elevators were very small and seemed outdated.

Good price, comfortable stay, great breakfasts. Some of the bathrooms aren't well-designed, but it's fine. The gym air is stale, I've never seen it used.

Convenient location. Clean and comfortable rooms. Comfort Inn's really stepped their game up.

There is a musty smell in the entire place. The sink in the kitchenette is temporarily not working and marked thus with a permanent sign. The roll away bed that was requested had to requested again 6 hrs later, but the extra charge was immediately. We had to ask for additional linens for all the guests (reservations were made weeks in advance). Comfort would not describe the Inn. I rate it with 2 stars as all the staff I have encountered here have been so friendly!

Rooms are clean and well-furnished, staff are nice and accommodating, but the elevators leave you consistently mildly anxious about breakdowns — old, small, and don't feel like the safest elevators. I'm sure they're in working order, they're reviewed and approved by the state, but it's the only drawback I found to a nice stay.

The room was nice and the employees were very curtious but I found bed bugs in my room. I alerted the front desk about the situation and they did not seem surprised. Leading me to believe this is not a new issue. I understand theses thangs happen but room compensation was not offered or given.

Elevators were a bit small. Had to set the ac to the lowest possible setting to have my room at a comfortable temperature. But the room was nice and has a decent breakfast.

The staff was nice and the rooms were clean and well-furnished. The gym was decent but had some equipment that wasn't working. The hotel is close to a massive shopping area with plenty of restaurants.

Overall this is a good hotel for the money. It's a little weird because it's got some weird random problems. The rooms are nowhere near the front desk, but they are nice. The shower is great (good temperature, good pressure) but there's no towel rack. They give you a bunch of nice pillows, but the mattress is subpar. Service was great. Overall, I would use it again.

Room was comfortable and clean. TV reception was terrible, when we went to the office they offered no assistance and said it's the cable on the roof. This problem persisted for the our entire stay. Annoying!

There were some loud guests who were approached by hotel staff and asked to quiet down; however, when that did not work, nothing else was done until there was an altercation in the hallway which REQUIRED action from staff. We could hear normal volume conversations from another room clearly through the fan/vent system. Just thought it was strange that there was not better insulation or sound proofing…

They are currently undergoing a major remodeling, all the furniture, carpets, drapes and all the bathrooms are completely new. And while there are a few nasty smells from glue being used downstairs. You couldnt ask for a better cleaner room.

This place is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I booked my room for my brothers wedding I spoke with them and asked for an early check in since we would be driving 3hrs! The women sd are room would be ready at 10am the reg check in is 2pm when I arrive it was a nasty very very unprofessional women at the front who told me she couldn't get us in the room til 3pm mind you any person would be upset, she then threatened the cops on me (mind you I didn't cuss or scream) I was upset! I asked to speak with a manager she sd there wasn't anyone available for me to speak to! Needless to say I was unable to get ready for my brothers wedding and we stayed a different hotel! STAY AWAY.
