The fourth Olia to Umo of Reaper. And I do not like that from 7 am Estevan Tokando recordanome that check out time is at 11am. Kada 30 minutes.

Very clean and quiet. Cracker Barrel within walking distance. Helpful and courteous staff. Reasonable rates. No extras but coffee maker in room.

Room — great. Location — great. Road/entrance — expect your luggage to shift A LOT, there’s an interesting drop-off. “Superstart Breakfast “ — humorous. The 3+ day old biscuit (which I assume they intended for biscuits and gravy) was either baked by Milk Bone (the dog treat company) or seriously beyond expiration. ) For laughs I sawed through the beast and it took enough effort that I really built up an appetite. My teeth are whiter. Seriously, other than the weak breakfast — it really is a fine place to stay and I would certainly stay here again.

Stayed and had a great stay. Clean and nice. Very comfy beds, the breakfast was good. Really enjoyed my stay. Definitely good for the price also. Will more than likely stay next year here as this is a yearly trip.

It was ok. The rooms had been cleaned but a lot of other peoples stuff was left behind in the rooms.

Clean rooms, comfy bed. Staff is friendly. Breakfast in morning is decent selection and fresh. Price may vary "supply and demand" as clerk told me. One week was $65 another was $79. Stairwells don't seem to get cleaned often. Side doors are never locked. Much one would expect for a hotel of this caliber and process range. Good walking distance to Cracker Barrel. I went out for evening run and felt safe in surroundings. Would stay here before any others.

No real complaints other than no elevator. Clean room. Nice bed. Comfortable stay. Would stay again.

The night crew was great, the rooms were clean. The only complaint that I have that knocked down my stars at all was the daytime service desk man. It was very rude and short and a tad condescending.

The bed was comfortable. Weird thing was that the pillows were squares. Not like normal hotel pillows. But an overall good stay.

Good stay you do need to pay a deposit of $65 dollars if paying cash! Over all it's very clean, nice people, I saw that the receptionist in front is always looking in the cameras that are through out the hotel. Nice parking space and Overall a good stay.

The room is laid out so very bad. Half of the room is the bathroom and the rest is just cramped in together. Get out of bed you hit the wall. The a. C. Sounds as if it's full of rocks all night long. Really hard to even sleep. Would I suggest to anyone else. No way ever.

DO NOT STAY HERE! My husband, parents and I stayed the night to enjoy the casino for my birthday. We originally chose Super 8 in Sulphar because of the more reasonable rate for the night since it was spring break and the rooms near by were wayyyyy out of our budget. When we got into our rooms we noticed a lot of things that were off about the room. There was a smell for one that reeked of old furniture, the toilet wobbled way too much. There was not a new roll of paper as well, there was 1 1/2 roll that looked like it had been used for the previous tenant. The bathroom vent made a very loud rattling noise. There was a plastic wrapper tied around the smoke detector, thank god there was no fire because we would have been screwed. Then we woke up for breakfast at 9 we get out there and the front desk guy comes up and is starting to pack everything, and we were ummmm ok?!?! We asked when was breakfast he said very rudely it's from 6 am to 9 am… and it's day lights saving time so it's already 9. He was very very rude and was putting the stuff up like if we're trying to steal the food. I get it we were late but he didn't even give us an opportunity to hurry up and grab. Then we go back to the room and the cleaning lady basically kicks us out, meanwhile it was only 930 and check out was 11. I will never ever stay at a super 8 again. And I would highly recommend you look else were.

The inn is right off the highway with two floors. The place is a little old and in need of a renovation but for the price and location close to Lake charles is not a bad place to stay. Beds were decent and Wi-Fi was pretty fast.

Price was good, nothing terribly special about this place. I did like having a microwave and fridge in the room.

Just your average Super 8 nothing great nothing terrible. They were doing renovations it looks like it will be more up to date soon. Friendly service and clean room.

Great Place to stay. The price was great and the room was very clean. The staff was wonderful and helpful. Recommend 10 out of 10.

This hotel is perfect for the price, specially if you don't wanna empty your pockets for some unnecessary luxuries. The rooms are clean, with flat LED TVs, and free hot breakfast is included in the morning. Highly recommended. Will defiantly stay here again.

Save your money and stay elsewhere. Bathroom light and fan didn't work, tub stopper was broken so you couldn't take a bath, sink stopper broken also. Staff seemed ok. Rooms have lockable doors that join to the room next door. Other than that the room was decent but not what you would expect for the money paid. I have had better experiences at $59 a night hotels. The place gives the Super 8 brand a bad name. You can stay at a much nicer hotel for just a little more. I have stayed at Super 8 hotels before and always had a great experience prior to this. If there was a zero star rating I would give it that. Unfortunately I had to give them at least 1 star.

When I got there it was awful, the front desk person was extremely rude and disrespectful! Walked in and was given a go to hell look. His child was running around the lobby IN JUST A DIAPER! Like really this is a hotel not a house put clothes on your child! Got checked in and unloaded my stuff from my car got into my room and went to turn on the lights and they didn't even work! The room had a awful smell and the ac sounded like a car motor! Ac didn't really work barely cooled the room, and heater smelled like burning rubber when turned on. I walked in the bathroom and holy crap that's a different story. Looked like it wasn't even cleaned dirty bath tub, hand prints on the mirror and tooth paste in the sink, wiped that up didn't complain, but then I went to lay down to take a nap I pulled back the covers to climb In and there is a big blood stain on the sheets and hair all over the pillows. When I asked to be switched rooms the guy at the front desk told me he couldn't do that cuz I didn't come to him sooner. And the worst part about it is THEY WILL KICK YOU OUT FOR NOTHING! They cane knocking on my door telling me I was no longer welcomed there and needed to gather my belongings and leave. Not to mention I was o my there for 3 hours before that! And wouldn't even tell me why they were kicking me out. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you wanna be robbed for your money! This place is AWFUL!

We have stayed here a few times. Usually satisfied with friendly service and clean room. However this past weekend was not a good experience! Smashed roach on the wall, footprints in the shower with what appeared to be blood stains on the shower curtain, what looked like boo on the wall and stained dirty towels! And worst of all… curly hairs in the bed :/ Because we were attending a wedding we didn't have time to look and move elsewhere. I contacted customer service thru the website but did not get a response so unfortunately this is my review.
