The best by far, we always stay here if in this area, rooms very nice and staff they are awesome.

Stayed here again one night this week. Have been here numerous times and have had no issues. Consistently getting the same level of service and lodging here, time after time. Their rates might be considered high for what some Best Western Plus hotels cost elsewhere, but it seems to be competitive with other comparable hotels in the area. It is one of the last places that offer smoking rooms I’ve found excluding casino hotels. Friendly staff always helpful and happy to have you stay with them.

It was a very comfortable room and bed. The pillows were awesome. The hotel staff were great and went out of their way to help us with what we needed.

Good, clean place. Only con was the hard bed. Otherwise great stay.

The hotel was nice and so was the staff. Breakfast was awesome. I enjoyed my stay except for the comforter on our bed which had dirt on the edges of it. So the staff has not been washing the comforters. Also, the floors were not vaccumed properly.

So far this is our 2nd night and it has been great! Beds very comfortable, room is clean. Service and staff are so nice!
We will be here for at least 2 months. Looking forward to it.

We arrived late after 14 hours of driving, and due to a computer glitch, check-in took about 15 minutes. The manager was friendly and was able to put our 2 rooms close together. The lobby was comfortable. Our non-smoking room smelled like a cigarette just inside the door, but we were tired. Fridge was cold, and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good enough — cereal, waffles, eggs, sausage, pastries, milk, yogurt, premade omelettes… I might stay here again since it's close to I-10, but it probably wouldn't be my first choice.

Very comfortable and clean, slept like a baby. Wish I could've stayed more than 1 night. Staff was nice and professional.

It's a decent hotel, would recommend bring an sir mattress instead of sleeping on their couch beds. Cleanliness is a 7/10, some rooms smell like cigarettes.

Conveniently located off of interstate 10, very friendly staff, the room was nice and clean and the breakfast was delicious.

Convenient location. Room was spacious and nicely decorated. Very clean. Employees were cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful, hot, and delicious. Multiple choices. Will stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay and everyone was very friendly. The room was clean. I really was amazed when I took a shower and had hot water even after he took his shower. We was on the second floor. We will definitely stay there again.

Nice room, clean and comfortable for the price! Hotel staff was very friendly. Great breakfast with a variety of hot and cold items to choose from just wish they would keep it open until 10am for the late risers. I would stay here again when visiting the Lake Charles area.

One of the best customer service I have ever had. The lady who work at the breakfast area and the lady who work at the front desk are super friendly and helpful.

I stay here a lot for work. I choose to stay here because the staff go out of their way to treat you like family. The rooms aren't anything special it's the people that make it great. Everything is nice, neat, and clean at all times and I feel like I'm at home when I stay here. You won't be disappointed.

Slept great! Such comfortable bed and pillows. Ample bathroom lighting which is usually hard to find in hotels. Lots of nice bathroom accommodations from bath and body works. An ideal stay. We slept so soundly we missed breakfast both days!

Very nice hotel, very clean and quiet and good location right off the freeway. It was 10 minutes from the Golden Nugget Casino. They also had a hot breakfast. Rhonda at the front desk was very friendly and professional. I would highly recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Great place to stay. Check-in was wonderful. The room was nice and comfortable. One of the best breakfast spreads I have seen at a hotel. I will stay here again when needed!

Property was clean. Due to evacuation from Beaumont and surrounding areas it was full and noisy, however, staff was attentive and calm. Amber exhibited excellent customer service when my smoking room, per reservation, was taken. She found a work around and made my stay comfortable and pleasant after a hard day of navigating through flooded areas. I would stay here again, mainly because of Amber's exceptional customer service.

Yes the best western plus executive hotel and suites. Is a great place to stay. Staff very nice and knowledgeable. Also I needed a handicap room with roll in shower. They did their best to get me that room. And when we got there, we got the room we wanted. Rooms, bathrooms are very clean. Bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very good too.

We stayed here about a month ago for several weeks for work and it was great (no complaints). But apparently they have new management now. With Louisiana being an open carry state we carry our pistols while we're here. Most people don't seem to have a problem but this morning I went down for breakfast and the manager walked up to me and told me they don't allow firearms on the premises and I need to leave mine in the truck. Mind you we have been here several times and spoken to several managers and employees and none of them have a problem with us carrying. But we respected her request and put them away but we decided to go elsewhere for our stay. When we went to check out she told us we were not welcome back. Now I can understand if the policy is no firearms but if that's the case they should post that on the door so you can be aware of it before you pay for the room. And even if that is policy we were trying to be respectful of her wishes, and for her to basically tell us to get out and never come back. Is disrespectful and unprofessional. We will not be returning to this hotel.

I had a great time at the motel. They made a dull time enjoyable. If I needed anything all I had to do is ask. I would recommend this motel and staff to everyone. Thanks Thomas Bloodworth.

Best Western Plus (just west of Lake Charles) has outstanding customer service. I recognise that we're not the easiest family to accommodate, and I've found that Best Westerns, in general, do a great job to do so. We've stayed at this location previously because of their extra effort in customer service: they've upgraded our room when our daughter unexpectedly joined us; they added memory foam mattress to our firm bed; they followed up to see that everything was to our standard. This extra effort to my family's comfort means a lot to me.

Great Hospitality. Had a very minute discrepancy w/ a couple of pillow cases. Amber (front desk) went above & beyond to take care of the matter. One of the beds squeaked every time you moved. Otherwise, the beds & pillows were comfortable. Every staff member we came into contact with from front desk, house keeping & even those in the breakfast area were friendly, polite & courteous. You guys are the TRUE DEFINITION of exceptional customer svc & hospitality! Will definitely stay here again whenever I'm in the Lake Charles /Sulphur area!
