Friendly and accommodating staff. The rooms look to he a bit dated, old TV and bathroom.

We found bed bugs in our room. Immediately told the front desk. Told them we want our money back and we were leaving. This was Saturday. We had to call everyday to check if the refund was processed. We received no call from a manager to say sorry or anything. We were told that night that they could offer us a hotel at another area for $99. We told them we were so grossed out that we were going home. Absolutely horrible experience.

If you left or forgot something in your room don't expect to see it again once housekeeping goes into their 'finders keepers' mode! If you call back to report your forgotten item, don't expect to receive the promised return follow-up call back. If your laptop/tablet/smartphone has a unique configuration don't expect to get access their their Wi-Fi without special permission. Oh, this special permission gets you access to dial-up Internet speeds! I have instructed all my traveling staff not to stay at any Hilton property and if they do, it will not be reimbursed. What a shame!

The place is very clean, the Owner, Management, Office staff, Kitchen helpers, Banquet helpers, Laundry helper, House keepers and Maintenance helper — They all are Awesome, I Love Them All. Our 2nd National Ketoctan Baptist Association been coming here for the last 5 or 6 years. Treat Us with the Up Most RESPECT. Come and Visit You will See. Love you all Olympia Newton.

Nothing fancy, but clean, comfortable, and convenient. We stay in Hamptons whenever we can. Love the free breakfast.

We arrived at 3pm, which was check in time. Our room was not ready and they kept us waiting for 35 minutes, with me, on crutches in the lobby because I broke my foot and wrist 2 days before. We had planned to get ready in our room, because we had a surprise party to go, and the delay put us in a bind. This is unacceptable for a Hilton Group Hotel.

Bed was good and so was breakfast. But, TV remote didn't work, bathroom faucet did not work very well and floor in front of toilet had urine on it. Paid extra to have a very nice place to spend the night and it was not up to standard.

Excellent service. The bed was so comfortable I didn't want to leave.

Small rooms. Clean but super small for 4 adults. Reserved for four but only bothered to put cups and coffee in for 2. I think it's the little things that seperate the best from the ordinary.

The rooms were clean, the employees were accommodating, and the included breakfast was good. They were sensitive to my tree nut allergy and even gave me a tube of toothpaste when I realized I forgot mine. I would recommend this hotel.

The Hotel is clean and has ample space. They care how you are and what you need. They Have swimming pool and complimentary breakfast.

We stay here often. It is a nice clean hotel with easy access to the highway. They will be remodeling next year so check on that.

The hotel was easy to find. The rooms are alright — clean, but there was a slight musty smell. Nice hot water and pressure in the shower.

Nice clean Hampton. Close to 81. Good breakfast too.

I had a really great experience staying here. I was staying for work and had a number of situations that tested the staff and facility and they exceeded expectations and were wonderful! Pros — I would say location, it is convenient walkable to the center of town. Off the interstate, near shopping/food ect. Room size: IT just seemed large, lots of space STAFF: They were incredible Kate was there Monday night when I checked in and all day Tuesday when I was setting up their hotel conference room for a meeting. She was able to provide me everything I needed and never seemed bothered by any number of requests or questions. Food: Not normally one to mention this as a positive but their breakfast was really really good. I have honestly paid for worse meals! They had real eggs, peppers, cheese, steak bits and tortillas to go with that breakfast scramble to make burritos, simply great food! The fruit was fresh and plentiful. Great breakfast selection. It just seemed like they cared. Neat/Clean: Everything just seemed right, like their staff cared about their jobs and tasks they had to complete, the cord for the iron was wrapped up neat and tidy very orderly, these are small things but they make a big difference. Cons: bit dated interior of the rooms but standard for the industry, I had everything I needed. Nothing to complain about too much Pillows: I honestly didn't care for them, but I also didn't ask for newer ones so my loss!

We get a room with a Jacuzzi in it. It so relaxing at the end of a day out and about to come back, take a long hot bath and unwind before dinner or bed. The staff is always pleasant and attentive. We stay here three or four times a year.

Check in was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. Continental with a couple hot items but one of the best I have encountered. Would recommend.

This is a nice place. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. The hotel is older, but is well kept. The prices are very reasonable. They also have whirlpool tubs available. Breakfast is good. The staff is efficient and friendly. I would recommend this place for a nice convenient place to stay.

I love coming here when I am in town. We had an issue with our fresh towels being wet, so the staff brought us fresh towels and took care of us. Great coffee, a really good breakfast and excellent service!

Have been to a few events here. The have gone well. The staff seems component. Event rooms are well arranged.

Traveling through VA. Like to use Hampton Inn, if possible. Staff was friendly and cheerful. Breakfast selection was excellent. Liked the western omelet. Our room for this stay was adequate. Fresh linens, clean bathroom, comfortable bed. The room was in need of some TCL. Bathroom door needed restained. And, wallpaper was loose. When I reached under the dresser to retrieve a pill that I dropped, I noticed it had not been vacuumed in a while.

Room is pretty nice, tho cards aren't that great, can't seem to get in on the first try. When I first got into my room it smelled pretty crappy. Breakfast was alright, nothing great, but better then nothing.

Very nice rooms. Nice and clean and fresh smelling. Very comfortable with a nice couch and coffee table on one side of the room. Bed is very cozy. Nice size bathroom and clean. Would recommend.

Older hotel but everything is well maintained. Friendly staff and very good breakfast. The AC is my only issue, older units so you will have to go by feel than by the shown temperature. Overall a nice hotel in Winchester.

This place does really well with what they have. Not fancy, but very clean. Fantastic staff! VERY welcoming and helpful. They don't have an on-site restaurant, but they are right next door to one of the most amazing restaurants I've ever eaten in! Very glad we stayed there.

I have been a customer here for 7 YRS. They have two amazing jacuzzi suites, I have stayed in both. The rooms are huge, stacks of towels, and hot hot water! Great budget getaway for a couple! The staff is always cheerful and has always been accommodating to me. I drive truck and several times I have been held up, but every time, they have my room ready and drinks and snacks because they know I have been driving all day. Breakfast has large selection of cold and hot foods. Prices are excellent!

Rooms were definitely clean. But 2 stars because Hotel is dated, carpets were worn. A/c was weak at best, got woken by trash truck early morning. Poor night sleep!

The managers are very rude. Tell them you are a truck driver and need a room and they tell you there are no rooms available. Called several times in the past and got the same answer. This hotel is not truck driver friendly at all. I use a corporate lodging card through my company which gets a discount. Sounds like to me if you are not going to pay the full rate per night they don't want you. If you are a truck driver or person needing a place to stay I would not recommend this place. Never going to call again! The Best Western on exit 313 is truck driver and guest friendly and are very nice at the front desk so I would recommend going there to stay.

This is a great place to stop off for the night! Very good customer service at the front desk. Housekeeing is well above their competition in the area. I would recommend this place to anyone passing through the winchester area. It sits right on I-81 and is easily accessable from north and south lanes. Its an awesome value. I purchased a room with a 4 person whirlpool. It was great to soak and unwind after a long day's travel. I will stay here every time I come through the area.
