Very friendly staff. Pool looks clean and well cared for. Wifi spotty away from the check in area.

We come here yearly for family reunion! Great staff, beautiful pool, child friendly, yummy breakfast, Great family oriented hotel. We set our chairs out at night in front of our doors and talk with each other. The whole family from all over the U. S. A comes. So very thankful this hotel is here for us to Bring all the family together! Y'all ROCK!

Called to Hold a room was passing through needed a place to sleep. The guy who answered the phone was very rude and seemed clueless. Found a Room somewhere else and wont be calling there in the future.

The rooms are outdated with furnishings. Wi-Fi is poor. The biggest and worst problem were the numerous roaches in the room. Not worth the money.

We had a very nice stay for the weekend. We ask for the disabled room which had a very large bathroom. Large walk in shower with bench. Everything else was disabled also. King bed, very comfortable. Good breadfast. And Wonderful staff.

It wasn't the Ritz, but for what it costs it was very satisfactory! It was supplied with a mini fridge and Wifi! But most importantly it was clean!

Love this place great people quiet and amazing views! The bathroom in our room was out of this world amazing!

Couldn't stay, went to check room and found bed bugs. Offered to give us different room? Nope left without an apology.

Basic, no-frills room. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Seemed reasonable for the price.

So AWESOME… Nice and cozy… Very clean. Very friendly. Very helpful. Loving every second here. Not very high in price and u can get a room to have where u can see each other in the other room with a door to that room. So great…

If I could give negative stars I would! NEVER pay with your bank card or credit card here! Im still battling to get my money back after I was fraudulently charges an upwards of 6 or more times for my room! Over 425.00! They left my card overdrawn and could care less to make it right after admitting they know they screwed me out of a lot of money! This all happened on June 2nd 2016 and I was continually charged until yesterday June 4th when they finally over drafted my card and could no longer pull any funds from it. Worst company ever and they have now a pending lawsuit from me for all of the charges and overdraft fees I'm now taking on because of these people, only offering to make my account at a 0.00 balance after I would've had well over that amount into the 400.00 amount had they not have stolen my card number and continually charged me. I wouldn't recommend anyone staying here unless you're paying cash!

My company books this hotel for our employees while they're out of town for work. The staff is always nice and easy to work with over the phone. Our employees stay at many motels across the state and have had many complaints while staying at other motels. This place that is clean and I feel comfortable sending my employees here for a pleasurable stay.

Clean, well cared for facility. Friendly and kind employees. Well located in the town of paintsville, close (less then 2 miles) from about anything you could want or need; the only way it could get better would be if it was free.

Ive stayed here quite a few nights over the past month and I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Every day after work I come back to a clean and tidy room. Even had some people over and it got pretty messy and still was clean and nice the next day. Also the free breakfast every morning is decent and very much appreciated.

Im staying in room 120 on the first floor. Breakfast is decent room is kept tidy and the ladies working at the desk have been courteous and nice.

Erm, it was a hotel lol not exactly the Ritz but they have good breakfast and a nice pool.

We received above level assistance from the desk clerk. We were looking for some things to do in the area. She not only printed out local attractions with direction, but she also gave us some very good leads on places to eat and some of the out of the way sites to see. We extended our stay by another day because of her suggestions. We had an awesome time in the area and were treated so well by the motel personal. The breakfast was very ample and a nice selection of hot items to chose from rather than just muffins and cereal. The only down side to our visit was the carpets really need to be steam cleaned. I highly recommend this motel!

MUCH better than I was expecting! I'd read some shady reviews and was leery it would be "ghetto". Now the outside isn't all that appealing but the staff are friendly (the one i've met) and the rooms are very neat, updated, and clean. There's an old school TV but seriously, thats no big deal.

We had been in our room a few minutes when two men came busting in. That's right the doors do not lock when you go out. Anyone had access and a woman alone would be in dire circumstance. When I tried to contact the desk there was no answer. There were kids running all over yelling at ten o'clock at night. If it hadn't been for our dog I would have run far and fast.

Bad service and too much furniture in the rooms.

Does this one really have a poolor not cuz I need to know.
