This hotel overcharged a US soldier who was on Federal orders. Mgr said soldier asked for military rate. Which is more than the Fed Govt rate. They charged a US soldier more than he can be reimbursed because he used the incorrect terminology 😡. Mgr refuses to make good. Avoid this unscrupulous hotel that doesn’t support our troops!

Clean! And not scared to be there a plus!

Friendly staff very very clean 5/5 and comfy beds. We r disappointed it wasnt on website the hot tub is out of order completely boarded up I chose this to relax in hot tub before bed so was bumbed but great price and 10/10 other than hot tub issue. Will return annually if hot tub is back up. And will call ahead to check.

Great experience. Very modern facility. Our room was clean and pleasant. The breakfast was excellent and the attendant was very friendly and enthusiastic in making this a positive experience for patrons. We ordered carry out pizza late the night we got there and the front desk man was extremely helpful in assisting us with this. Front desk gentleman was understanding at checkout when we were running a few minutes late because of our dog. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

Really nice rooms and staff was really AWESOME! We woke up late for breakfast next day but the guy at front desk said let me talk to the cook and see is anything they could serve us since food was already put up. They put something together so we could still enjoy the breakfast experience YOU GUYS ROCK! Whenever we come down from Indianapolis to visit we know where we're staying!

We were recently at an annual family reunion and we decided to book our stay at La Quinta because it is pet friendly and we were bringing our dogs. We had 8 different rooms booked by family members from all over the country. Well our patriarch had only been in his room for a short time when a family member dropped a bottle in the bathroom sink. The sink shattered and the hotel moved our patriarch to a different room. Our patriarch was then informed later that he would be responsible for the full amount of replacing this sink. He stated he had only been in the room a short time and that it had to have been a structural defect for it to shatter, but that he would be willing to pay half of the charges for the sink. Management would not negotiate and stated he was responsible for the full amount and the authorities would be contacted. This is an elderly gentleman with a heart condition who had only been in his room for a few hours. The majority of family members staying at the hotel were middle age with just a few children between us all. My husband contacted corporate to see if they could assist. They did try contacting the owner of the Paducah location, but the owner would not budge and since this is a franchised location there was nothing further they could do. Also, since our patriarch had used a debit card, his bank could not offer him any assistance. Needless to say, we will not be staying at La Quinta next year.

I would give zero stars if I could. Last weekend my extended family and I were in town for a family reunion, we booked about 8 rooms. We chose La Quintana because of their good reviews and being pet friendly. I do have to agree that the hotel was clean and pet friendly, and the majority of the staff was helpful and friendly, that being said management is not friendly, helpful or reasonable. The first night of our stay, a bathroom sink in my 78 year old Dad's room accidentally got broken. A bottle fell in it. My Dad immediately informed the staff and he was moved to another room, he was then informed he would be responsible for monetary damages to the sink. My brother who works in the HVAC and plumbing trades, said he has never seen a sink break like that from a bottle falling in it. The rest of our family agreed. Our conclusion is it must have been poor quality materials or a manufacturer defect. We felt the hotel should assume responsibility, after all isn't that what their insurance for? My Dad being the responsible man he is, felt he should assume some of the cost and went to talk to management, with the offer to pay a percentage. The property owner rejected his offer and threatened to call the police on a 78 year old man with a heart condition! My brother tried to talk to them on my father's behalf to no avail. So he then contacted La Quinta corporate and was able to talk to Barry Sullivan the regional director, who agreed these charges were punitive and unfair.

Wonderful place to stay. Room was clean. Bed was amazingly comfy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was hot fresh and very good every day. Billy the breakfast attendant was so nice and did an awesome job. Charisma the front desk person was the bomb. These two people will go out of their way to make your stay great.

We love is hotel. They have a very good breakfast, the rooms are very nice, the staff is friendly and it is very clean. Be sure to turn the shore handle all the way around or you will take a very cold shower. Brrrrrr!

Very clean and relatively quiet rooms. Check-in was super quick and easy. Plenty of parking and a couple of pet stations which makes taking your pups out easy and simple. Plenty to eat at breakfast!

Our stay was Memorial Day weekend 2018. Very clean hotel, close to many restaurants and shopping. Staff is very friendly and quick. The hotel employee maintaining the breakfast area did a super job of keeping stock replenished and keeping everything clean. Beds were a little too firm for my liking, and I tend to like firm mattresses. Elevator is quick but made some clanking noises. Our room faced the railroad tracks, directly behind hotel and we didn't even hear it! Don't forget to get yourself a fresh baked cookie from the lobby in the evening, they're soft & delicious.

Great place. Wish we had needed to stay longer, the best La Quinta out of 3 we stayed for our vacation. Great breakfast and wonderful room. Very accommodating for a crib, check in was simple and fast!

This was a great stay for a road trip with a dog. We had been on the road 12 hours and this was such a nice place to stop. Clean, staff were friendly, and a nice room — two queens with a sleeper sofa. Looked like a nice pool area but we did not try it out. Breakfast was decent, like other La Quinta's. So glad we found this chain and would definitely stay here again if given the opportunity.

Nice clean room, very helpful staff and the breakfast station had a waffle iron along with biscuits n gravy, sausage and eggs. Would definitely stay here again.

I absolutely LOVE this place! We stop here every time we go through Kentucky, we often make road trips. This hotel is very clean, pet friendly, comfortable, I highly recommend the suites, so much space. It's a perfect place to rest for the night before getting back on the road. Many people review the staff as unfriendly, and there's one person I've met at the front desk who comes to mind. However everyone else has been so kind and accommodating, especially Jeska. What a sweetheart! We return to this hotel partly because of her! See you again in June!

Loved this La Quinta! The staff was friendly and highly accommodating. The room was pristine and our time was quiet and restful. The breakfast was delicious. The local Outback Steakhouse was welcoming, the food was fresh, and the waitstaff was prompt.

Rooms were great but staff treated my family and I like peasants. The women working the front desk gave my 5 year old daughter and my wife a look showing how mad she was and when she asked if everything was alright she continued to yell at us! This lead us to believe she discriminated us because of our race. We won’t be coming here ever again:)

Gorgeous, new hotel that is pet friendly. Conveniently located off of hwy 24 — easy on and off. Friendly and helpful staff.

My first stay at a La Quinta and I was very impressed. Room was clean, comfortable and modern. Unlike many other chains, the fan for the HVAC was quiet and we w joyed an uninterrupted nights sleep. Breakfast was acceptable, and it was free. I recommend this locale for any traveler in the area.

Very enjoyable stay. This will be our home away from home go to place from now on. Our dogs loved it too! All of staff were very friendly and very accommodating.

Nice clean comfortable hotel! We have stayed here several times and always have a good experience. The free breakfast is good and has been updated from last year. And it is dog friendly which is why we stay. Excellent staff as well.

Great pet friendly place to stay. Rooms are clean and comfortable. They provide pick up bags for people that may not have any and there is a nice grassy area for your pets to walk.

Did not disappoint! Picked on a whim on our trip from FL to IA due to traveling with a dog… very clean and still smells brand new! They were able to accommodate us same day. Doesn’t even feel like a gross “pet friendly” room. Would recommend if you’re looking for a place to stop right off the interstate with your fur baby :)

My online reservation for some reason had been messed up. Jeska at the front desk went beyond the Call of Duty to make it right. Not only was the service incredible at the front desk, but it is an amazing new, fresh, very clean and awesome accommodations. You can't go wrong staying here. I will definitely stay there again next time I'm in that area. Thank you Jeska for caring. Being pet friendly was a big plus as well.

Beautiful hotel. Brand new from the looks of everything. Room was extremely neat and tidy. There is an indoor pool and jacuzzi which I took full advantage of. I couldn't be happier with this La Quinta.

Rooms were clean and well-kept. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was visiting for the 2017 Solar Eclipse, and the hotel actually had solar viewing glasses available to their guests.

Clean hotel, friendly staff, pet friendly so expect a few dogs. Free breakfast was surprisingly well laid out with quite a few options. Rooms are modern, clean, and well equipped to include a microwave, mini fridge, and hair dryer. Parking lot is well lit and there is ample space for your pet to run around and do their business.

We loved our stay at La Quinta. The staff was so nice and helpful. The facility was beautiful. My kids enjoyed swimming in the indoor pool. Breakfast was delicious!

Location was nice being next to a lot of restaurants. The employees were all great to deal with. The breakfast left some to be desired but for a hotel breakfast wasn't bad. And the rooms had no issues at all.

Amazing. TWO THUMBS UP! I am pretty squeamish when it comes to hotels, but this one was new and clean and wonderful. We had a king room with a separate seating area, and it was perfect to set up the pack-n-play for the baby. Friendly staff — especially housekeeping, dog friendly, and indoor pool! I would definitely come here again and highly recommend to anyone headed that way.

Delightful! They have great staff and customer service. They were friendly and kind. The hotel is clean and very pretty! The rooms are moderately sized but very pretty and comfortable. The hallways were clean and quiet. Breakfast had both hot and cold options as well. And, they're dog friendly! We love La Quinta Inns in general for this reason, but this one was particularly lovely.

Easy access just a couple minutes off the main highway. Lots of places to eat and shop close by. People at desk very friendly. Room was nice. Would stay there again!

I'm a hotel snob so I'm very picky but this hotel was perfect, clean & comfortable rooms, friendly staff, & pet friendly… 5 star IMO.

Rooms were alright. Didn't eat breakfast. Service was ok. Clerk at desk wasn't nice to my husband upon arrival.

This is a fairly new hotel, so it is very pretty. We were traveling with three dogs in two rooms. I requested adjoining rooms with one of them ADA accessible. They had put us in rooms on two different floors because one of the rooms I requested King Size which they don't have next to ADA the reservationists did tell me that. I protested so they put is in a double queen next to an ADA at no extra charge. Being fully booked, they were kind enough to make this adjustment. One of the guests complained about our dogs barking but there were kids there louder than our dogs. Don't stay in a pet friendly hotel if you don't expect a few dogs barking every once in a while.

As an (Elite card holder) I was told that they only allow for 3 rooms per night to be paid with the points you earn. I have 150, 000, but can only use at their convenience. Guess I'll be cashing in for gift cards and staying elsewhere. Poor choice when my company WAS spending $18, 000.00 per month at La Quinta's.

I was there for a job interview for sport clips. The hotel from what I saw was very nice and clean and I also checked the rates and they seemed reasonable for all the amenities that come included with your stay.

The accommodations were very nice but the staff wasn't the most pleasant. Upon arrival last December, I waited a bit before I was even acknowledged as the desk clerk was on the phone. There was no "thanks for waiting" or other acknowledgment when she was available to assist me. My main issue with La Quinta was when I found a charge to my credit card for an additional $70. I called the hotel to inquire about the charge and was told that were were billed for a spill in the hall. Yes, we did accidentally spill in the hall upon departure but the spill was not dark, intentional and we cleaned it up the best we could and advised the front desk of what happened. I tried reaching the manager numerous times over the past several months to discuss this issue and have been unable to reach him. Does the hotel charge all guests for accidental spills? I thought that was part of running a place of business. It was not like we misused the room/hall and its accommodations. It promotes not advising the hotel of what happened as you will get charged for clean-up. I was very frustrated.

Comfortable beds, extremely clean, very pet friendly, breakfast was ok, reasonable rates for military as long as you ask for the discount up front. Friendly staff. Rooms are incredibly nice and spacious, more than what I had expected for the price. Comparable to holiday Inn express, but pet friendly.

I don't often write reviews; only when the hotel is exceptionally good, or exceptionally bad. This hotel is the best La quinta I've stayed at. It opened in July 2014, so everything is new. It was extremely clean. The staff was among the friendliest and most helpful I've ever run across. Lots of outlets in the room for charging devices. Really fast Wi-Fi. Upgraded bathrooms. Beds are more comfortable than what I have at home. There must be 50 places to dine with in 1 mile. Lots of close shopping for anything you might need. Easy to get to the hotel from the hiway. Good, upscale neighborhood. I will be returning to this hotel every time we return from visiting our son in Valdosta.

My family and I loved this hotel. The decor was fabulous, our room was very spacious and clean and the breakfast was great. When we visit Paducah in the future we will definitely stay at La Quinta Inn and Suites.
