It is an average 2 to 3 star hotel. But the service was amazing! They even gave everyone a very useful goody bag to take to the track. Location was great! We walked to the track and back!

I have stayed in hotels all over the country and this is the worst place I have ever stayed. The room smelt like a ferret cage, the urine smell was so strong we didnt get any sleep and I had a headache the whole next day. Definitely needs some help!

Wow! Super sweet gal at the desk — — Mary. I just was sitting here in Wisconsin, 2 days after my checkout. I open up my wallet. And the room key cards are there! I never checked out! Oh shoot will I be charged for that? I quick call them, and she says she had already taken care of it for me, and I can just keep the key cards as a souvenir. What?!?! Thanks SO MUCH Mary! You're the best! Nice hotel too. Perfectly comfortable. Good breakfast too.

Rooms needed more cleaning. Found hair and dirt in bed, sausage and biscuit behind night stand, recliner had donut glaze on the arms and crumbs all in the seat. People was very friendly. Nothing to do around there. Pool didn't look to clean. Descent breakfast. No meat though.

One of the dirtiest, nastiest places we have ever stayed. The lobby and bathrooms were filthy. The elevator full of trash and debris, walls crusted, hallway to room dirty, carpets filthy. Once in the room… we were astonished that the management would release a room as filthy as this to rent. We checked the bed pulling all the bedding off the bed checking for bedbugs… it was one in the morning we had been in the car for over nine hours and had to sleep. The bed was clean, hard as a board, the pillows we tossed afraid to put our faces near them, the phone in the room did not work, the curtain was partially torn from the window. Upon arising in the morning we went to the front desk to cancel the next night reservation and our money back for the previous night. No go. Breakfast area was a zoo… DONT GO THERE. If you value your family… Don’t go there.

My wife and I checked in on April 12 for a two night stay. When we went up to our room and open the door we were hit with a strong smell of cigarette smoke. We notified Jill at the front desk and requested a room change and were told they were all sold out. She said the entire hotel was smoke free and said it was more than likely the chemicals used to clean the room. I explained it was clearly cigarette smoke and I wanted to ensure I would not get charged $250 cleaning fee you were made to sign at check in if smoking in the rooms. When I returned to my room I found an ant crawling up the bathroom wall. Behind the bathroom door was a hard and crusty white hand towel the cleaning staff clearly missed. I opened up the desk drawer in the room to find a can of chewing tobacco inside. The air conditioning vent underneath the window are dirty and disgusting. Beware if you’re looking to book here!

First, the hotel is in need of a deep cleaning and staff update. The room was filthy. Mold on the window seal. The room had a microwave but nowhere to plug it in. What's the point of having it if you cannot use it. The fridge would only freeze your drinks. Horrible place. I'm now staying at a ramada in another state and what a difference. Beautiful rooms and clean.

Very clean, nice people and nice comfy beds. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here. It's conveniently located and reasonably priced. They have a nice selection of breakfast items both hot and cold. My only complaint is that we had a decent snow storm while we were there which stopped maybe 10pm but none of the lots were plowed in the morning. It was really slick walking to our car. That's a minor issue though. I would recommend this hotel, no problem!

Nice bar located in the breakfast area. Breakfast wasn't really good, but the pool and hot tub was nice. Rooms were very clean, with a microwave and mini fridge. Prices were good as well. Will definitely stay here again if I'm ever back that way.

Room was good, breakfast was mediocre. Not bad hotel. Good place to stay for a night.

Not the worst I've stayed in, but far from good. Pros: Check in staff was friendly & lobby area was fine. Good sized rooms. Cons: room was obviously dirty (ie funk in corners, stained couch, & so on). Cigarette-scent assault in non-smoking room & heavily in the hallway. Sink that didn't drain. General sense of medium-level neglect. Will soon find itself circling the drain of the one star abyss without caring management & new head of maintenance & housekeeping.

I will never stay here or recommend this hotel to anyone. It was suppose to havr a hot tub but it was cold the manager. Jill was not very friendly at all. Except to her regulars she was the rudest persin ive meet lately. I am a truck driver and stay at hotels all over. Next time I will go out of my way to another hotel cause this place SUCKS.

Location was good but a little confusing to get to the top of the hill. Perhaps a sign at the bottom of the driveway that brings you up the hill. The room was clean and comfortable. Nice variety of pillows. Staff was friendly.

Hotel was ok GREAT shower TV was way to small and only had 20 channels.

It was a nice place to sleep and perfectly okay as a hotel, but I got the vibe that the hotel should be in a horror movie. It gave me the creeps.

It was supposed to be a very special night for my husband and I. Not only were we celebrating Valentines Day, but also my Birthday. It was the first time in years we were able to get away for the night. With his work schedule and my job, also caring for my disabled son and elderly parents I wanted it to be extra special. I splurged on a room that was supposed to have a jacuzzi in the suite. We get there and go up to our room which was supposed to be non-smoking which is important because of my allergies, and the hallway reeked of cigarette smoke. We go in and search the room for the Jacuzzi and nothing? There was a tiny bathtub with some jets on the sides. My husband and I are large people and not even one of us could fit into that tub. My husband called the desk as I was crying. He was told that there are only a couple of rooms with actual Jacuzzis and they are occupied. He offered to take off $25.00 for the confusion. How in the world was that going to make everything better? We go to the casino and when we return we decide to at least try the jacuzzi in the pool room. It was barely hot and the jets did not work. We still try and make the best of it and enjoy each other when a man comes in with his young daughter and she joins us in the jacuzzi (hot tub). So we head to the room. Needless to say we are a couple that tries hard to make the best of a situation but I left there so sad because nothing went as planned.

We had a good stay here. Room was clean, bed was great and we will for sure use this hotel again. We stayed because it had a shuttle to the Casino so we could go to the concert one night. There was an issue with price when I got there and Jeff the Manager took care of it without question.

The front desk woman has the personality of a wet blanket. In the morning, she was still there, so maybe they work long shifts. I asked about the restaurant… because I SPECIFICALLY chose a hotel with a restaurant. She said she wasn't sure what time it would close, as it was open until 10, but she said sometimes she closes early, so she told me to ask at the restaurant. Well, it's not really a restaurant. It's a 'bistro' for sure… metal chairs and metal outdoor tables that people put on a patio. The restaurant worker was also unclear about what time she closed, however, it was only 8 pm. She asked me what I wanted. I told her I had a kid and another person to feed, so I wasn't sure. She directed me to the BP gas station below the hotel for dinner. I was shocked. Feed my kid dinner at a gas station? wtf. She assured me it was a real restaurant inside of the gas station. Well, the lazy puke was a liar and must not have wanted to cook because it was, without a doubt, like eating inside of a gas station. You order your food at the counter. It's an all deep fried menu, with the food sitting under heating lamps for god knows how long. I ordered cheeseburgers, and to be fair, they were the best cheeseburgers ever, but the fried food was questionable. The ladies in the BP were very kind and nice tho. Ramada SHOULD NOT lie on their website and say they have a hotel restaurant open until 10 if the staff closes it on their own whim. The room was FILTHY.
