We have been to many hotels and this one is spectacular and clean everywhere. We will be staying again in the future. Family-friendly environment.

Absolutely a great place to stay. Wonderful bartenders and courteous staff.

Giant cockroaches everywhere! Not kidding so gross. This is unacceptable and we should get a refund. Our room has a musty smell upon entry and there was black mold growing under the wall paper, hanging loosely from the walls.

Cleaner rooms our room had broken and filthy furniture, the bathtub was disgusting wouldn't even use it. Furniture in the atrium was dated and in poor condition. Some of the front desk personnel were unfriendly and didn't even have the time to bother with you unless you spoke directly at them when they weren't busy with each other basically you came second after they were done b. S ING with their co worker. Last but not least it was our anniversary grant it they tried to do something nice but they came into our room after we checked in and were out, and left a tray of chocolate covered strawberries in our refrigerator and left a note. What disturbed me was that they could have gone through our personal belongings. They knew it was our anniversary and could have put them there before we arrived but that wasn't the case. The evening reception only consisted of pretzels and goldfish crackers. Ive been to these before and the assortment was much better then what we were provided with there. The one plus to this hotel was the breakfast in the morning. I plan on calling Hilton tomorrow to give them my opinions of this particular hotel.

Pictures paint a thousand words. The water was cold, it would get Luke warm for a shower or my body was just numb from waiting. The rooms are dirty. The pancakes were rubbery. This is 💯 not Embassy standards. I understand shortage. But when there is 3 people at the front desk then someone can help. One guest said she called and talked to the manager and the manager didn’t care and told her, she at least has water. The water was dirty and the the tub barely drained. I spent $1000 staying here because of business meetings. Do better Embassy!

Great rooms, & views. Mark Wagner in the bar was pleasant to talk to. Definitely could use housekeepers. Our room was clean when we checked in. If you needed anything restocked (towels, wash cloths, soap, toilet paper etc. ) you had to go to front desk.

I booked a room with 2 dbl beds for me and my elderly mom. When checking In my key card had written on 2 beds. It was room 816. It had a sitting room with couch and a king bed in another room. In this hotel you have to park in garage and drag your suitcase to elevators. It was a horrible experience for me and my mom. The room was dirty as well well as the bathroom. The vents were filthy. The mini fridge was all iced up. There was a coffee maker and cups, but no coffee or tea. They have a happy hour so I guess they get guests boozed up so they don't notice the filthy rooms. Do your self favor and avoid this place. When I was checking out and mentioned this, the clerks laughed.

Front desk lady, Debbie was extremely rude and blatantly hateful. Also we paid extra for a river view but they failed to tell us that there was going to be a live concert outside of our window that was extremely loud and did not stop until midnight. And when I asked the front desk about it they just basically not our problems.

Had issues with toilet flushing water was off for an hour. I asked for a room on low floor they put on the 6th floor. No ice for Ice machines old furniture. Rate is not conducive to the environment of this hotel.

Great place! very comfortable… pretty scenery in the lobby. Free happy hour 5-7:30 pm… very nice! Friendly staff.

Carpets were nasty in both rooms, first room had a terrible odor and was nasty, the 2nd room was about the same but smelled a little better.

Large rooms… friendly helpful staff… the bar scene is awesome, especially the crowd from 5:30-7:30

We were here during Covid & Services we’re limited but staff was very amicable & helpful.

Had to change rooms twice 1st one had sewage back up in the sink. 2nd one the air did not work. My vehicle was stolen right out of the structure. I still have the validated ticket for parking. Seems kinda odd if u ask me. I had a horrible experience here! If I could give 0-10 I would not recommend!

This place was amazing for my birthday weekend! The room was absolutely beautiful and clean. Loved the view of the river and city in the morning. Breakfast was hot, fresh, and delicious with many varieties to choose from! The lobby was gorgeous with the waterfall and decor. Staff was very very helpful with our check in and during our entire stay. Already booked for our next trip in April. Will definitely be coming back again but even longer! Thank you so so much for the best birthday weekend! Recommending to all of our friends and family!

Great place loved it, had my husbands bday party here we had a riverview suite. Totally suggest this for anyone.

Make sure the rooms are clean. Had ants in the bathroom. Room was never cleaned after one night staying there. We stayed for three nights. Had to complain twice that our safe didn't work. The breakfast food was awful. Asked for more towels because the room didn't get cleaned.

The staff that worked our daughter's wedding were on top of everything.

Shout out to Mark. He helped make our daughters ceremony and reception move smoothly. Had no worries. Beautiful reception room. Thank you so much everyone. Wonderful staff.

It is a very nice place but could use some improvements like better snacks during happy hour and chocolate milk for breakfast.

Great hotel with a wonderfully, friendly, helpful staff in an outstanding location with easy parking, a great breakfast, and outstanding afternoon social! It’s a great place to spend a few days/ nights!

I really love how big it is and it has so much space to put everything. Except the lady at the front desk forgot to give us our message while we had to wait 2 hours to get our room. I really do recommend it though.

I think this is the most racist, unprofessional place I’ve ever been in my life. I literally bring my kids here every 2/3 weeks and never felt this way in my life. My feelings are really hurt.

We always have a wonderful stay. Breakfast is always so yummy, hot & fresh. The made to order omelets are Fabulous & the chef is so nice. Someone commented they rush u out, wellll get your self up & get on down there before 9:50 (breakfast over at 10). The we’re remodeling & it was fine. Once we found this place we DOn’t stay anywhere else. It.

The staff were RUDE, no details about the hotel or breakfast upon check in, I had to ask everything myself, the rooms were ok, nothing spectacular for $178 a night. They were remodeling and most of the hotel was blocked off, would have been nice to know that prior to booking the room! We were rushed out of breakfast by the waitresses so that was my last straw, I won’t be staying here again and I wouldn’t recommend it to a friend. The only nice thing about the experience was the view of the River from our room, which is why I gave it a 2 star rating.

We had two rooms. One room the AC didn't work and was told we could have a box fan, needless to say we were put in a new room. The other room, stains on the carpet, frig didn't work, shower drain was slow. Upon check in the rooms were not even ready, had to wait an hour to check in. I thought great!, this room is going to be super clean. Well comforter had stains (looked like blood), there were hairs on the other comforter and the trash hadn't been emptied. We were there for 3 nights and only stay in this hotel when we visit family. Not sure if they're under new management or what but something has happened. Our stay was from Sept 24-27th. If you get put in room 417 just go ahead and ask for another one.

We been staying here off and on last few years, always good to us here. No issues checking in and out or any service calls always polite. They deal with a lot people daily so your not gonna always gonna get ecstatic expressions or tones, but you get the good service. Our daughter enjoys talking to the bird Emmy and riding on the elevator. Breakfast is good, especially the potatoes and when they have biscuits and gravy. This last stay they had French toast, we really were looking forward to the b and gs though. O well can't complain, it's good food that you get all you want. They have a free 2 hour happy hour. All you want to drink and be social. Complimentary snacks and drinks in rooms are a very nice touch. This place has been doing it right since I was a kid coming here to now when I take my kids. Great river views and walk area to cross bridge to fantastic park on other side. The only complaint I have had is if they can warm pool up a bit more, my kids don't care though lol and slow elevator from street level to front desk. I suggest this place to anyone, little more pricey, but you get what you pay for in my opinion. Parking is under cover and nice, with no issues.

This place is awesome. We stayed in the city last time we visited and it was okay, but the view of the city from here is much better than downtown. Not to mention parking was cheaper and you can walk across the bridge or shuttle into Cincinnati. Be ready to walk a bit. Other than that I have been impressed with how courteous and relatable the hotel staff members are. Excellent social place, have met new friends from all over the country. Evening reception on point. Lots of kids, but all of them have been well behaved. If you're wanting a pool, this one is very small and got crowded at peak times.

The staff was really nice and helpful. Our room view was on the river partially, only because we weren't that far up. The room was nice, my only disappointment was the bathroom. It didn't appear to be as clean, still having pubic hair in the tub and shower area, the toilet was really rocky like it was going to come unbolted, and the floor tiles appeared to be dirty.
