We had a very pleasant experience at the Quality Inn! The room was clean and the breakfast was just what we needed! The best thing about our stay was the wonderful man who checked us in, Harold! He was so funny, friendly and helpful.

We're in town for a dog show and stay here because they allow dogs. It's a good location, nice size rooms, a little aged, but things work. It seems to be clean, but they must use a cleaner that leaves a sticky residue, everywhere. Tha breakfast has several options, not many that grabbed the two of us thought. Generic Rasin Brand, small yogurt and juice. But as long as it continues at this level and allows dogs, we'll be back.

Harold the front desk clerk made my stay fabulous. He was super friendly and helpful to all the guests. Otherwise it was an ok hotel but Harold made the stay.

We stopped here during a trip from AZ to CT after having car troubles. When I say that Harold, the front desk clerk, went above and beyond it's an understatement! While checking in and explaining our situation. He not only recommended a local mechanic but called his wife to get the number for the shop. He then gave me his and his wife's phone numbers to call for any further help. He took time to reassure me that everything was going to be ok and made recommendations for things to do for the kids to keep the trip happy and stress free. He optimises southern hospitality and charm! Thank you Harold, you deserve an award. Room was also very nice and spacious!

Very nice place, clean. Friendly staff-dog friendly. Nice little town and this is tucked back in a quiet spot. I broke down on freeway later in day. And this was close. Wherever I went in town people were nice. Highly recommended stop.

I was pleased with the customer service and the friendliness of the staff I dealt with but unfortunately, I can’t say the same for the quality and cleanliness. The walls are so thin, to the point where I could vividly hear the couple in the next room over all night. Then when they finally did fall asleep, the moaning that kept me up until 4am was replaced by snoring that lasted for the next 2 hours until I had to get up at 6am to continue my trip home for the holidays. I had only booked this room because I needed a place to catch up on sleep while I waited for the weather to clear up, and although the price was fair for such a last minute reservation, nonetheless, I did pay for a service I wasn’t able to receive — sleep. The other issue I regretfully have to mention is with housekeeping. When I stood up out of the bed in the morning, I stepped on dog food — which had clearly not been cleaned up after a previous guest because I didn’t have my dog with me. As I looked closer to be sure of what it was, I noticed all of the dog hair stuck in the carpet. Clearly, the room hadn’t been properly cleaned before my stay and it worries me to think of what other cleanliness tasks they’re slacking on. I feel it necessary to give a 2 star rating because as I said, the few staff members I dealt with were very friendly and accommodating but overall, I wouldn’t be able to confidently recommend this hotel.

Older hotel and shows it. Bed was newer and comfortable. Heating was hard to control. Water flow from shower too much. Location by Interstate convenient but noisy. Breakfast okay — standard Quality Suites hotel fare.

I'm not sure why the guy that checked me in wrote down my credit card number on the back of the paper I signed. That made me a little nervous. I was given a handicapped accessible room, which is normally fine, except the shower head wasn't adjustable so I had to use the spray hose to rinse off.

After traveling for 12 hours we found the staff friendly and treating us like family! The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you for the tasty breakfast in the morning! Job well done!

Stayed here for a dog show weekend. Appreciate their pet policy. Large, clean rooms with very comfortable beds. Lots of grassy areas to walk the dogs. Very good breakfast buffet.

Rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were also nice although the tub lacked a slip mat. The complementary breakfast had a variety of food choices, however the eggs and sausage were cold. Overall it was a pleasant stay and I would highly recommend it.

We had a decent experience at Quality Suites. The front desk clerk was courteous and helpful, though they were so busy she really could have used some help. Our third floor room was large (we don't often reserve suites, so it seemed huge to us). The shower was hot with nice, full water pressure, but the drain was slow. We did see an ant and a couple of larger bugs (no roaches or bedbugs), but was glad to see an exterminator when we were leaving the next morning. The rooms and common area were a little dated, but clean. I felt that overall this hotel was a good value.

We stayed in 3 Quality Inns on our vacation. This one was the best by far. From the moment I called Navin was very helpful and assisted me to get the best rate. When we got to the hotel, he was very pleasant. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The pillows were very comfy. Spacious room. The pool looked very inviting, but we were too tired. The breakfast was tasty with a variety of options. The hall carpet could use a cleaning. Checkout was smooth.

DID NOT STAY: qoute and reserved a price of 76 plus taxes. Got there they wanted 113 plus taxes. Would not honor reserved price.

Where do you begin when your stay was so bad? First front desk lady, who was 8 mths pg was flirting away with two guys for so long it was ridiculous. We Just wanted to check in. Then the cleanliness of the room was something to be desired. I actually had to take one of the blankets and exchange it for another. I had to kill a big ant. Which I think was better than all the little ants running around the room. And of course on the day two there were two centipedes in our bathtub. Those I can't explain but I can explain the ants. Because whoever stayed in the room prior had crumbs behind the desk which did not get cleaned up by the very lazy cleaning staff. Too many smoke breaks! Yes, I watched four different workers go out together for a 10 minute smoke break this morning. And one of the girls boyfriends. Who is watching the desk you ask? No one! At 9:00 on Friday morning we were interupted by some very rude housekeeping members. Why are they trying to service the room that early in the morning? Look at the schedule. Oh wait, you're too busy looking at your phone. The breakfast was not good but the non-English speaking, lazy and rude breakfast lady was worse. I watched her hand a rag to a man instead of cleaning the table for him. Wow! Pool area was dirty. Exercise room it was an absolute joke. Treadmill was broke. After so many issues we didn't even bother to tell them! Because clearly the staff just does not care.

Came to town to visit family in hospital. Rooms are very large, ask for a standard room and got a suite. Lovely staff. Breakfast was amazing.

I've stayed at the Comfort in La Grange and stayed at the Quality for the stay 2 nights get one night free promotion. I have to say, I really liked staying at Quality too. I love the indoor pool and always getting a suite since all the rooms are suites!

Spacious rooms, comfortable bed, reasonable price, friendly helpful staff. We've stayed here twice and it was the same both times.

Lagrange ky, nice hotel, good hot breakfast, and unbelievably nice staff who made the extra effort to make my baby comfortable.

Service was very good, room was a little smelly unfortunately. Went there after getting in a car wreck and they couldn't have been more friendly and concerned. I'd go back if I ever had the occasion. Recommend.

Clean room. Wi-Fi was fast.

Good hotel but the water pressure in our room was horrible. Might as well poke 2 holes in a plastic bag and let it drip on you at least then you would get a little more water lol.
