This hotel was a nice stay after a long drive. Clean and friendly the gentlemen working the front Harold was the sweetest. Such a nice change walking in to someone who cares for the guest! I would rent a room from him just because of the hospitality he gives. Thank you Harold best hotel stay ever. The hotel is also very convenient to restaurants and stores such as Walmart, walfel house and many other on the same street. Pool is nice but I am still so please my family got check in by such a awesome person who obviously LOVE'S his job! Thank you The Golls and Proctors.

I stayed here cause I like the place. But wasn't informed that there would be no free breakfast and there are no signs posted either. Another couple confirmed they weren't informed either. Had to pay extra for breakfast at a fast food. I could have stayed at a camp site for alot cheaper. I believe you owe a free night stay. I don't think it's too much too ask. I had to wipe down the bathroom before I used it cause it didn't look very clean. Yes, I did tell management. Sqbrose22@gmail. Com is where you can send my free night.

Great place to stay. They were very courteous to us when Best Wester was rude and ugly. Very clean, breakfast was great. Highly recommend.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. Very professional and friendly staff. Large rooms with lots of space. Large breakfast including biscuits and gravy, eggs, cheese omelettes, sausage, waffles, yogurt, cereals and pastries. Major plus ***** excellent coffee in the rooms and at breakfast. I love my coffee and this place provided. There is nothing worse then cheap hotel coffee, gag me. Excellent pillow top mattresses, fluffy pillows, and clean rooms! The whole place is exceptionally clean. Very convenient location, literally across the road from Walmart and close to food spots too. Great for families. We come every year for Nascar races and will be coming back next year :)

This place was awful. I stayed in the only room they had left which was a room across from the pool. It was humid and damp in the room and there was a large centipede on the wall when I first walked in. The air shuttered and made loud noised if it was set to anything lower than 68 and as it was so muggy in the room it was uncomfortable to sleep. In the middle of the night I got up to use the restroom and when I went back to bed there were two bedbugs on the sheets! bedbugs! I tore the bed apart and did not see any others. The receptionist who checked me in said that the night crew did not speak english so I did not call to complain. In the morning, I went to take a shower and there was a centipede or some multi-legged bug in the shower drain. I chose to just leave. This place was gross. Do not stay here!

Comfort inn suites in Blue Ash Ohio. Beautiful town. Hotel was clean and rooms were nice. Breakfast was one of the better ones out there. Staff and management were lacking. Didn't replace my little bottle of shampoo. When I went down to front desk and asked for one guy behind the desk acted like he didn't care. Only spent about 30 seconds looking and came back with a "I don't have any". Other people in my group had people double booked in their room… even had other guests walk right in. Over charged during checkout and checked out before departure date.

Very clean, comfy bed, everything is very well maintained. Jenny at the front desk was so wonderful. We were attending a wedding and was able to accommodate us for a 2 hour early check in, which made our stay more relaxed. Would definitely stay here again. Did not see much of the area, but what we did seems very very nice.

Good hotel for the price. Needs some upkeep but room was good, just worn. Good standard breakfast. Night desk clerk was great! Told morning manager that there was blood on one of the set of sheets on the other bed, he replied he'd let housekeepers know. Best pet friendly hotel in the area. Overall a great value!

It was ok for an overnight stay. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The indoor pool is very small but my granddaughter enjoyed it. The bed was very firm.

As long as they leave my rates alone… if they keep jumping them up, it will be negative 4 stars! Have great day…

That was John at the front desk and he gave me what I felt was a good rate tell me about a restaurant that was nearby that he recommended when we came back from dinner you remember my name and spoke nicely.

Great room but not very sound proof. Two people were fighting in the room across the hall and we could hear everything. Great breakfast and very friendly employees.

Good overall, a little trouble with the shower but they had free cookies in the lobby so its ok.

Room smelled like an Ash tray. Other than that, it was clean and bed bug free.

Good thing friendly staff. But that was all. I was going to make list to rate and oh gee no pen and pad. Only rooms left was king suite big deal same size room with couch that didn't even have a light by it. The worst thing was I could tell the toilet was not cleaned very well if at all. Wi-Fi down for a little bit when we checked in. If in area again I would pick another hotel.

We came to LaGrange to visit with friends and family and John was so accommodating! He allowed us plenty of room to visit. He consistently checked on us asking if there was anything we needed. He went above and beyond providing excellent service and care for us all! Thank you John for making our stay fantastic!

My husband and I stayed at Comfort Inn in Lagrange Ky. We had no problems with the room. We did however feel that just because the night manager has a key to my room, he should not be entering at 1:00 a. M. He is lucky the bar was across the door because he could have been injured. He never knocked or called the room to let us know he needed to enter. After leaving our door ajar he proceeded down the hall to another room where he walked in on a lady helping her husband to the bathroom after having heart surgery. He told her he thought there was a problem but did say what it was. So we reported this to corporate and they just sent us a survey on how we liked our stay. We won't be staying here again if this is how they do business.

Rooms were very clean and bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly.

Today my sister called to see if the Comfort Inn and Suites in LaGrange, KY had 2 rooms available. Max asked her for her phone # which she gave. He saw she was a Choice member, he then wanted more info… at this point he still hadn't told her if there was any availability. She went on to tell him town and state but still wasn't enough info to find out if there were 2 available rooms. Needless to say, we aren't staying at Comfort Inn tonight! We found availability in LaGrange at another place without having to answer so many questions just to find out if there were rooms available or not. So Comfort Inn and Suites in LaGrange, you lost out on 2 rooms tonight and we pass back by in 2 weeks… we'll wave as we pass.

As a company we stay about 6 weeks at a time at this motel. I do not have nothing but good things to say about it. Employees are very nice and courteous. The rooms are always clean. They have a good breakfast.

Booked this hotel back in May preparing to see a friend in Louisville, from Michigan. This was a great alternative then staying in the city. We talked with Ricki, and she was there when checking in. We were supposed to have joining rooms, but the rooms were given away. But she gave us a discount which we were very thankful for. Pool was good. Breakfast was great. Eggs sausage, bagels, cereal and waffles. Didn't have have any issues, no bugs. Maybe a tad needed for surface cleaning (the heater/ air vents, and head board was a little messy. Linens were clean. I'd stay again!

Close to many stores and resturants, beds are comfortable, friendly front desk.

My sister and I have been traveling and needed to stop. Because I am a club member I chose this hotel. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Extremely friendly and cordial. He got the registration process completed in a very short period of time. He was there in the morning when we got ready to leave and greeted us with the smile. Breakfast was very good. I will definitely use this hotel again when I'm traveling that direction. One suggestion would be to make signage closer to the main street to direct people to the hotel.

It's about an average nice hotel. They have a pool and decent breakfast. They do have free cookies in the lobby though.

Had to stay here for work and training. Staff and accommodations were great. The only exception was the renovations.

We stayed here last year, and came back here this year. Great place to stay. Beds are very comfortable, staff is very friendly and the breakfast is awesome.

Hotel ran out of fresh towels. Was told no one dod laundry on saturdays so no fresh towels on sunday.

I give you guys a 20 star. For great deals on quality and best choice for the room and most of all the Survis of respect for your customers keep it up the great work.

Fantastic hotel! Stayed here last weekend and couldn't recommend it enough! Love how close it is to Wal-mart and several restaurants.

I love this hotel! They have the friendliest staff and a wonderful breakfast. I just wish I was in town more often so I could stay here more.

Checked out and went to Quality Suites. Had to switch rooms when we arrived because the first needed repairs. Very old. Make shift closet. Sitting at the table finishing our breakfast and a team of 4 came in and started cleaning and putting chairs on top of tables all around us, would have been nice if they would have waited until we were finished or asked if we minded them cleaning up around us. We were almost finished.

Stayed overnight while in town for work on my company's behalf. Decent place.

We had a surprisingly comfortable and pleasant stay. We were visiting some family in the area and thought this would be the usual off the road spot. The staff were helpful and gave us good directions to where to eat and places to visit. We will definitely stay here again the when we are in town next year.

Every place in Louisville was filled so I luckily found this place. Great and very friendly staff. The place was clean and easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again.

My card was charged 126 for a 95 dollar room. I called to talk to the front desk about this and received a VERY rude response! I was told there is a note on the front desk stating how the system charges 20% more than the price but that the charges will fall off in several business days. I told her I had driven 900 miles straight it was 12:30 at night and my dad was in ICU I didnt see then sign and she HUNG UP ON ME.
