Stayed one night at the Grayson, KY location, staff was friendly and accommodating. We were placed in an accessible room since we needed a cot for my son. The room was spacious, beautiful and clean, my mother loved the wood/laminate flooring that eliminates the often gross carpet many other hotels have. We could hear doors closing in other rooms but given the solid weight of the doors that was expected and did not disturb us much. Breakfast was good, fresh waffles and decent coffee but could use a few more diabetic options. Very good value for the price and would definitely stay there again.

Ok place. You get what you pay for. Cant complain cause I got the room for 48 bucks a night. Seems to always be a lot of guest noise from upstairs or rooms next door. Rooms are not very sound proof. When someone walks across the floor up stairs you here it thru the ceiling. Room was clean and cant comment on the beds because I did not sleep in it but on it. I always take my own comforters so I dont have to sleep in the hotel bed but cover it and sleep on it. Staff was really nice. Breakfast was typical hotel food. Cold Cereal bagels and toast coffee and they did have a waffle maker. Aside from coffee and a bagel I didn't eat the breakfast much. Wifi didnt work the whole time. Staff said it was working but other that our phones connecting to the router the internet connection didn't connect. Dont think it was just our phones due to other guests had same issue. Over all its a nice place considering what I paid for the room. Clean very friendly helpful staff. Outside needed some TLC like pulling weeds from the flower beds or cleaning up cigg butts and debris. I usually stay here when in town so I knkw what I am getting. I am not that picky so its not to hard to please me. I woukd rate the holel 3.5 out of 5 stars just because of the value and the friendly staff.

It's clean staff is friendly it's really nice located near a lot of stuff off the highway.

Got to give this place zero stars! Stayed here and had the WORST experience possible. 1st thing they give 2 room keys but you can only use 1 key, and the other one won't work. 2nd Then because SOMEONE, NOT my sister and I was smoking weed and stunk up the hallway. They were pounding on the door at 12:00 pm with some huge dude and front desk lady. They were accusing us of smoking in the room. I told them I haven't done anything. He kept insisting we had and said we getting a $250 fee. They were as rude and insulting as a place could be. They thought we did it because the bright hallway light was shining under the door and we put a towel across the door to block out the light. We packed our stuff and left. Btw I have to use an inhaler and wasn't smoking. I will NEVER go to this Super 8 ever again. Byw they have a sign at the front desk saying no locals unless management approves, so locals need not waste your time.

Not a bad place to stay other than having a drug bust with some of the employees.

Wonderfully clean, quiet and friendly place to stay. Great price. Great value.

Friendly front desk staff. The rooms were clean and relatively up to date. Very good price, even on a Saturday. Convenient interstate access. Bathroom was clean. Very good for what it is.

The hotel itself was great I love that its right down town next to all the restaurants and grocery store but the prices are high.

Just before checkout a roach was seen in the bathroom. However, we spent, total in 2 years, 4 nights, and the place was nice and clean. Think the roach came by a customer, honestly. Also, their accessible rooms are few, and not all are fully accessible. Have to be specific about what you need as far as that goes. Is a 2 floor building… with NO elevator.

After about a 800 mile day, the Grayson Super 8 is an annual November destination for an overnight stay returning to VA from West Fork Arkansas. The better of Super 8s that we frequent on our western travels. Good service, fair senior rates, clean and two very large parking areas facilitating trailers. However, the complementary breakfast is minimal but fills the void; other options are in the close vicinity.

The staff were very kind and accommodating. There was ample parking for my large truck and trailer. Multiple places to eat in the area.

I'll give this Super 8 the usual rating as the others I've stayed at. Awesome shower bed and pillows. Clean and cozy rooms.

It was alright. Not the best nor the worst but it's in a quite area. I will say that it had wood floors and I have never seen a motel have that. I actually liked the wood floors.

Front desk clerk assertive, kind and helpful. Jacuzzi king bed Room was surprisingly larger than expected. Bed comfy. Room clean. Amenities were clean, easy to find, and in perfect working condition. Love the gray and white tile throughout the room. Love the fact that I was able to take a hot Jacuzzi bath without running out of hot water before the huge tub was filled. Things to consider for change… offer continental hot breakfast. Better ventilation for removing smell of smoke. Even though I was in a non smoking room I was asked to sign a promissory complyment form that I would not smoke in the room. However, the room smelled like smoke upon my initial entrance.

We got to our room and after inspecting the bed found out that the bed had bed bugs. Disgusted I went down to the front desk and she said they had just sprayed and they would give me another room. Obviously I was a little grossed out still because there was a bed bug in my room, so I bite and go to a different room. Although there was no bugs in this room the pull out couch was completely broken, like laying on the floor no frame broken. I walk down again and tell them that the bed is broken and they offer another room. At this point I'm irritated and don't even want to stay there so they offer me a complete refund and that I could go stay at the hotel across the street. The refund was going back on my card so it would take 3-5 business days, it was 11:00 at night at this point and I wouldn't even have the money to go rent another room. They give me another room, that wasn't that impressive and tell me a manager wasn't there tonight but they would notify them of the situation in the morning. So I begrudgingly take the room, completely inspect the entire thing and thank god find nothing in the room. Come the next day I hear NOTHING from a memeber of management, no offer for any of my money back, or an apology. Honestly the most disappointing and disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. They literally have bed bugs and couldn't care less about it. If I could give negative stars I would.

Stayed 2 nights the room was dirty and smelled really bad like nasty feet, dresser drawers were falling off and shower head looked like it was getting ready to fall off and good luck with the Wi-Fi its almost non existant I was very unhappy with the room and lastly we had to pay a $50 dollar deposit we never got back because my friends had weed out in the room before they went outside to smoke. Staff not friendly at all! Love the area tho.

Room was clean, comfortable and Spacey. I would have liked more towels. Breakfast was adequate. It should have been restocked. There wasn't much of a selection. Staff was very friendly and prices were reasonable.

Easy check in. Affordable 50 bucks with taxes for a room with 2 queen beds in it. Rooms look like they have just been renovated. Clean and no problems here.

We've stayed here one night so far. The beds are decent, and the rooms have recently been remodeled. The do breakfast from 6-10am waffles, cereal, toast, juice, milk, coffee. Just the basic stuff, which early in the morning is all I need really. The ice machine is broke right now, so we had to drive to a convenient store to get ice to put in our ice chest.

Newly remodeled, great southern customer service. Excellent daily rates. Plenty of restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. Free Wi-Fi, continental breakfast and coffee throughout the day. Plenty if electrical outlets throughout the room to charge your electrical devices. Our room was located on the first floor, we were able to listen to every step the tenant above made as they walked back and forth.

Clean and up dated. The lady at the front desk was super helpful. Priced reasonable and traveling alone I felt veer safe. I would stay there again. Great place.

We rolled in at 2am and Lloyd greeted us with a friendly smile, was professional and courteous. Was shocked newly remodeled king sized toom for $60 with wonderful wood panel floors.

Room had awful loud wood panel floors, bed and pillows were old and lumpy. Tv stand was in a bad spot. Staff woke me up at 0700 because they were yelling and conplaining to each other from opposite sides of the hall.

S t ayed a few nights for work. Staff was very friendly rooms were clean and spacious. Lots of parking. Whole back lot dedicated for big rigs. Breakfast was good to.
