Beds were fine, free coffee and maker provided in the room. If all you want is a spot to sleep during a trip, you won't be disappointed.

If we weren't so tired from driving we would have left. The whole place wreaked of smoke. The non-smoking room did not have that smell but the bathroom had dirty towels left in the tub. Also it looked like mold was growing in the shower handle. The A/C unit cover was all broken even though the unit worked. Desk clerk was nice and did her job. But the motel could use some remodeling work and a deep thorough cleaning.

We were there because our daughter started at KCU, and they're close. But that's the second time we've stayed there, the lady that checked us in was wonderful and helpful. The rooms are clean and service was great. Will definitely stay there again!

This is NOT a Days Inn Franchise. I became suspicious when they did not give me a confirmation #. I checked with Wyndham and they said they do not own a hotel at this address. The person who answered the phone at the hotel said they are in the process of changing over but they are not associated with Wyndham Hotels in any way! I have not stayed there nor will I because of the deception.

I used a travel app to book my room, but it booked it for the wrong day. They were very accommodating. Friendly staff. Knowledgeable about the area. They found us a room. Room was an average room, no real complaints. Breakfast was good. I recommend the biscuits and gravy (was not a fan of the yogurt). Overall great experience, would stay again.

Pet odor and smoke in hallway other tenants did not know how to read the non-smoking signs. The people that run the place are really nice and kind.

Hallways smelled strongly like smoke, but the room was fine. I would have much preferred a non-styrofoam option on the breakfast buffet.

Nice place. No elevator but I don't need one anyway. Slept okay.

I woke up and has a bed bug crawling on my sheet and bits on my face.

I called to boom a room. I'm moving with my wife. I'm disabled with a service animal but also traveling with my wife's two small dogs. We were actually denied service. The service dog wasn't a problem (by her tone, only because they can't legally deny the service animal) but denied us stay because of the two small pets. Mind you, each weigh less than 10lbs. So, I am already bringing one dog in that is a service animal, then at which point does it matter if I have two little ones. So, I'll be filing a complaint with the ADA and my attorney. Not something I should have to worry about at 11pm.

Booked it at 2am through priceline and was able to check in that night. Manager gave us an extended check out. All the staff was wonderful.

Had a very pleasant stay the young lady at the front desk was absolutely amazing would definitely stop again when enroute from Norfolk Va to Seymour In.

Looks nice at first glance, but here are just a few of my observations from my stay. Staff was rude. Lightbulbs blown in room. Wallpaper peeling. No toilet paper. Toilet not bolted to the floor so that it rocked from side to side. Internet connection defective. I had to connect to the weak signal coming from a neighboring hotel to get online. $30/night on paypal. Don't pay more than that if you choose to stay here. Not up to Days Inn standards. UPDATE — Passing through the area and stayed here again last night. $49.99 on Priceline for the "King room with whirlpool tub and flat screen TV". When we checked in the front desk said "Whoops" that's a typo. Insisted that Priceline had the description wrong and wouldn't fix it. So we stayed because it was 9:30 at night, but I wouldn't ever give this place another chance. They are under the same ownership. Breakfast was stale. Lights on outside "Days Inn" sign were blown. Exhaust fan in room was screeching from a failed motor bearing, so had to leave the bathroom light off. It was embarrassing the condition this hotel was in. Avoid.

Would not honor aaa card at check out even though they said they would at çheck in. They told me that was the AAA rate even thougj it wasnt. Stay away from this place.

First off I only realized after we got home that we were actually charged more than normal rate even using a coupon book found at Kentucky welcome center. Next, I chose this hotel because it offered a fitness center, well what a joke that was, nothing worked and weights were even broken. When asking front deck the reply I got was well nobody ever uses it so we will get somebody to check it out. Maybe in America that's why nobody uses it because IT DOESNT WORK! Next the room was about 95 degrees when I went in, nearly passed out, the fridge, coffee pot TV and all the lights were unplugged, thought this was strange. Alarm clock didn't even turn on once I plugged that in. Bed was ok and plenty of pillows. Tv was a 20 year old model and didn't offer HBO as advertised. Could hear whenever anyone was running water in the entire building it seemed and poor water pressure all around. Shower curtain was busted off the wall so I had to let the front desk know they had a large puddle awaiting them. Front desk staff at checkin was ok but the checkout guy the next morning didn't reply to anything we said, don't think he even spoke English. Breakfast was below average, only thing that I risked eating was a banana. Glad I don't go through the area much so I wont make mistake of stopping at this dump again. I wouldn't let them pay me 55$ to stay again let alone I pay it.

Price change from night to night! Day time staff rude nite staff was great! Found what appeared to be bed bug in the bed after we woke up.

Great location. The room was nasty. It had a slight odor and was not clean. Don't stay in this motel.

Very clean! AAA+++, No hassles getting room. Everything you need is close by. The Best I have stayed in.
