It was a great deal and conveniently located. There were many good things and a few bad things. First, the staff was very helpful and kind. The pool was clean and fun. I was glad to see a minifridge and microwave in the room. Wife checked for bed bugs but found none. The boxsprings were very dirty. The vent to the outside in the bathroom was covered with a paper plate fastened with duct tape. The ceiling in the bathroom was made of soffit (not good or bad, just odd). The outside of the room smelled like mothballs and possibly urine. Almost forgot, the water pressure in the shower was outstanding. Overall, with a little investment in the basics, I think this place can become much better.
