Excellent customer service. Had a problem with room at check in, they immediately made things right. Pleasant, friendly staff.

Amazing hotel! The Starbucks in the lobby is a wonderful touch. Every single staff person we spoke to was extremely helpful anf courteous. We absolutley enjoyed our stay and can't wait to come again.

It's a standard Courtyard. The room is decent, service is nice, etc. The fitness center could go for some refreshing. The treadmills are a bit rusty (I think because it's really humid next to the pool).

Hotel needs some love but still a good value and close to airport. Staff was very friendly and extremely helpful. Overall a good place to stay.

The only concern that I have about you guys is about the girl taken care the front desk yesterday jun 30th aprox 2.30pm, We were waiting for the transport to the airport, but it was missing a crew member, after asking her to locate the room to call the crew member, she insisted that she could not because she did not know how to call, we were delayed more than 20 minutes, then she decided to look in computers and calling the room by phone, not good customer service.

I specific request a quite room since I’m light sleeper. Unfortunately, front desk employee assigned me the room right on the top of 3 big HVAC units. Machine non stop working whole night, didn’t sleep well. Since I checked in almost mid-night, too tired to change different room. I wish employee has better knowledge about hotel room. If you chose to stay this hotel, do not get odd number room.

What a wonderful experience here at the Courtyard by Marriott Cincinnati. The staff has been so loving. They treated me like I was some celebrity always welcoming me, many times by name and asking me if they can assist me with anything. They gave me great recommendations to restaurants nearby. They also gave the group I was apart of a separate room for breakfast. We had a special treatment given to us. Hallelujah. Another reason this was a wonderful experience is the lobby area and rooms. You tend to hear don't judge a book by its cover. Well that is exactly the truth here. This place is so spacious, peaceful and down right beautiful. The hot tub was so relaxing and my son had a blast in the pool. I would recommend my family and friends and anyone else I come across to stay here. This has been awesome. Thank you Courtyard by Marriott. Keep up the great work. God sees your servants heart. God bless you all.

Very convenient location for the airport. Best thing about this Courtyard is the people. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and got us what we needed. Cleanliness of room was the only misstep from our visit. Floor was not vacuumed properly but other than that all else was clean. Not much around the hotel in the way of restaurants if you do not have transportation. However, there are two fast food places, a convenient store very close. And the Bistro is good. The shop is fine in a crunch. I would definitely stay here again.

Yesterday 5/8/18 I checked in at this hotel planning to stay a 1 week here. When I got to my room everything looked fine. Until I went to bed to sleep and I found blood in one of the pillow sheets. That was gross so I called front desk and the lady came up with a cleaned pillow, and 2 free breakfast vouchers. I was expecting them to change the entire bed sheet but NO they didn’t change it. Very disappointing. How do I know if the bed sheet and the rest of the pillow sheets are cleaned? Simply I don’t know!

Bees in my room. Maid only cleaned the room once over the course of about a week since I didn't leave until after noon most days. Comfortable bed. Good shower.

So, I'm torn with this location. They very quickly got us a room at short notice, which was great, and the amenities were perfectly suitable. But the next morning, we got a call something like 3-4 hours before check out (I'm talking around 7am), waking us up, asking if we were going to be checking out soon, because "the housekeeper only had our room left to do, and we'd like to be able to send her home. " We'd just driven 13 hours the night before, and paid close to $100 for a good nights rest, and they called the in room phone to push us to check out. It was very upsetting, and honestly why this couldn't have been a standard, "perfectly happy with the hotel" kind of review.

This hotel is great! The rooms are clean, the Bistro is a great place to grab breakfast or drinks in the evening, Starbucks all day long, and the staff is wonderful. Great job guys and gals! Thank you!

Hotel was clean and the bed was comfortable. However, the room is in desperate need of an update. In particular, the bathtub clogged very easily.

We came riding in on our bike in hail and pouring rain after leaving a disappointing vrbo rental and riding around Cincinnati looking for a place. There was no room anywhere. At first they thought they were full but seeing our situation, they cleaned a room from a late check out and made room for us. Huge kudos! We will never forget courtyard staff for that.

The hotel is very close to the airport and was able to get me a room at last minute notice. They also provided a free shuttle service to and from the airport.

This hotel is completely remodeled and it shows. The beds are very soft and come with a down comforter. The front desk staff is super nice. After check-in, the gentelman cam around to my side and showed me where everything was without asking him tomorrow the pool is a little small but has nice furnishings. The only thing I would change is the AC unit. The fan doesn't stay on at night and when it turns off it is very quiet. Uncomfortably quiet.

This hotel is fantastic! The bistro and bar are great and all of the staff are super friendly! Phil and Alyssa are doing a fabulous job!

Beautiful awesome room with a beautiful jacuzzi fit for several but work great for Just the Two of Us LOL.

Nice hotel building. Receptionist was friendly and kind. Tv had access to Netflix and YouTube without any additional cost with the ability to clear its cache when you checkout. I'm not sure if it actually does log you out of everything but it says it does. The view was nice as well. We stayed on the 3rd floor and were pleasantly surprised with the view from our window. Bed was comfy and the art behind the bed looked pretty neat. Great experience overall!

I stay here whenever I’m in the area! The night crew is amazing, especially Drew! Can’t say enough about the customer service and professionalism I experience at this Courtyard. I’ve stayed here about 10 times. Love it!

Easy to get to, easy to check-in, clean room, good service. Everything about the stay went smooth. Got a good rate over the Thanksgiving weekend. Just a little bit of noise from planes but very minimal and certainly less than some other airport hotels I've stayed at. Overall highly recommended.

Super clean and comfortable. Had a good meal and they have a shuttle!

Nice enough, but no complimentary coffee? Weak. Sure I could make it in my room but that is always garbage coffee and you never know what the last guest used the machine for. Maybe they cooked meth in it. I don't know.

Lovely room. Very comfortable bed and plenty of outlets. Bathroom also nice. Biggest complaints were food: no free breakfast, overpriced in-house "bistro", and no good food nearby.

Great service, the entire staff was friendly and very accommodating. We had an entire week meeting loved their hospitality.

Needed a last minute room on the drive home from watching the eclipse. Nice beds, great staff. Hot showers!

Rooms are clean. Downstairs Starbucks is nice. People are very friendly. Beer and snack for purchase in lobby is also nice. Gym was under repair today.

The hotel it's self is nice and very clean but my complaint is the soaps in the bathroom I used the shampoo and condition and put the left over in my bag. The cleaning lady clearly was in my bag. She took them out of my bag and put them back out on display. I just feel like it's a complete invasion of privacy I get it that's probably one of the most wasted items in a hotel room and everything cost money. But you should not reach in my bag and take it out. Just simply don't put new soaps out. You should not be reaching in some else's bag. Point blank.

Even with all the construction and renovation going on with the Marriott. It's still a great place for stay, service, and even food. Whether it's for business or leisure Marriott Cincinnati Airport is great for both. Conveniently located minutes away from the airport, restaurants and attractions. Rooms are decent size with a mini fridge but no microwave but, there is a community microwave located at the lobby by Starbucks. You have the option to watch Netflix, Hulu, and other similar apps through your television in your room even Ted TV which they feature in the hotel. You can earn extra points through you Marriott rewards account when you skip out on housekeeping and hang the placard on your door.

Don't stay here on an unexpected trip. You would think for their price that they would have some complimentary toiletries for guests. I couldn't get an extra shampoo or conditioner for the room, got charged $2 for a toothbrush. Customer care and service was non — existent. Never stay there again.

Room was spacious. Had a nice balcony and comfy bed. BUT… TP was thin. And I am pretty sure there was mold on one of the walls. Since we only stayed in the room a few hours it didn't seem worth the effort to switch.

Wonderful stay! Not much close by but great near the airport. Shuttle was prompt and room was perfect. I'm not a fan of Starbucks. The only thing that bothered me was the smell from the kitchen as soon as you entered the lobby. It smelled like the fryer or like cooking spray on the grill burning off. Fortunately I did not smell it in the morning. I would definitely stay here again and I loved the lobby.

The staff was very friendly and they were on top of their game. The room was very clean and I had no issues whatsoever.

The staff is absolutely fantastic. The pool area was great for my kids, we loved it. The rooms are dated but the bedding seemed new (and very nice). No microwave but there was a fridge. Only one cup of coffee in the room. Had to go to the Bistro and buy a coffee. Overall it was great for my family, we went for the night so the kids could swim. The staff alone would make me want to stay there again, great customer service, and my kids LOVED the pool.

We got stuck there unexpectedly due to a flight cancelation. There was an issue with the reservation but the accommodations were decent. The bed in the double room was a bit small, but comfortable. Nothing exceptional, but a decent experience.

Nice clean hotel. Excellent staff. No free breakfast, but the internet is fast and the shuttle will work with you to get you wherever you want to go whenever you want to go there.

Right by airport off 275. Close to lots of restaurants. Quiet hotels small pool hot tub n workout room. Nice lil Bistro to relax n have a drink lite bite. Great when u have early flights. Stayed here a few times.

As a Marriott Platinum elite, who often spends 150+ nights in hotels annually (usually at Courtyards) I would have come to expect a bit more comfortable of a room. The bed wasn't all that comfortable, pillows were cheap and the room had the feeling of a cheaper motel. Definitely doesn't live up to what I usually find at courtyards. Staff was pleasant, but honestly was just spending the night before a flight so didn't interact with them a whole lot.

Hotel is about what you expect to see in a Courtyard. Standard rooms, etc. great location to airport for an easy exit from Cinci. Not too far from Downtown, so you can stay here without paying the Fountain square prices. Hidden gem is JoAn's sushi around the corner. high speed internet is not so high speed.

This was my second stay at this hotel in the last year. Check in was fine and clerk was helpful and talkative. The room I was in 313 was not updated or simply wasn't as nice as my room last August. The ice machine that is located a couple doors down seemed to never stop running. I came to down and my phone charger stopped working so I tracked down a sprint store to purchase a new one the day of check in. I had a vary early flight and forgot to unplug it and pack it. I get to my connection around 8:30 am and call to ask if housekeeping could locate it and ship it to me and I would pay for the shipping. I was informed to call monday/friday and ask to speak to the housekeeping manager and she would handle this. I did call monday and got her voice mail and left a detailed message and its now Tuesday night and no response. I guess I will find a different hotel to give my business to. I have spent 16 days in a Marriott property year to date.

Nice hotel and staff. Close to highway that gets you down town.
