Great place to stay!

Good value, friendly service, clean, free drinks, free breakfast, tonight free dinner.

Absolutely will stay here again for our trips to visit family. Concierge was very friendly and accommodating. Needed a crib for my little one, and they brought a very clean pack n play for her. They also happily brought more towels, they keep the amount of towels sparse, which I actually appreciate for environmentally friendliness sake. Beds were very comfy, soft yet firm, and nice feeling linens and pillows. Everything was very clean and in working order. They were also great about making sure we had a room near an elevator and handicap parking spot for my amputee daughter. Made getting to and from the room so nice! Loved the inclusion of complimentary breakfast AND dinner, plus a bar for some adult drinks for $1 each. The dinner buffet was simple and family friendly, it was so nice to not have to drag the kids to a restaurant after a very long day of driving. And to not have the shell out the money for an additional meal too. Plus, how many hotels offer complimentary dinners?! The pool was a great size, very clean, and perfect temperature, only minor complaint was how slippery the floor was. I know, it’s a pool, but the tiles used weren’t the right choice. Price was right on par with other hotels, very reasonable, especially once you factor in not having to go out and pay for breakfast and dinner for a family of 4. Keep up the awesome work Drury Inn!

Poor Wi-Fi. Handicap accessible room was small could hardly get my walker past the bed.

Great free breakfast & dinner. Love that they offer adult beverages for free. Staff is very friendly, room was nice and clean. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. They also have a “Market” you can purchase food items and I thought that was a cool touch. We will stay again.

but did have a nice soft but firm king sized comfortable bed.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels in many states but I've never gotten a friendly handwritten note based on a brief conversation during check in! Alexis, the guest services supervisor, checked me in for my one night stay in BG for business. The next morning I found a note under my door, hoping my banquet went well and wishing me luck at my meeting. Thoughtful. Personal. Welcoming. Thank you!

Won’t be staying again. Unprofessional and rude concierge. I have always stayed at Drury Inn when traveling through Bowling Green, but after my most recent stay, I will find a different hotel that actually values their customers.

The bed was amazing. Very disappointed that a wall was missing glass in the pool area and it was freezing. Bed was the most comfy hotel bed ever.

Worst stay EVER in a hotel room. We were on a floor with a barking dog that wouldn’t shut up, kids running up & down hall till 1 am, people in a room 2 doors down with a little KID that talked very loud late into the nite, at one point I opened to door to tell a family to quiet down cuz we were trying to sleep & they yelled at ME
I did call the office twice to report things & they said they would comp our room big deal that doesn’t correct the problem, DONE WITH DRURY INNS ANYWHERE.

My family had a great stay at the Drury Inn. The employees were all friendly and helpful. We all enjoyed the free dinner and breakfast. I especially liked that I could make a breakfast burrito. Also, the Wi-Fi was good enough to stream a show for my daughter. The indoor pool and spa were also fun.

Stayed there over the labor day weekend. The hotel was fully booked. Our room was clean and updated. We noticed this hotel is pet friendly. An Outback steakhouse is located next door. A Cabalas is located on the other side and is walking distance from the hotel. The provided breakfast was very good. It was a little chaotic in the eating area as the space is rather small for a large hotel.

The Morning Kitchen lady is the sweetest staff they have she work hard to keep the items stocked and organized with no help with swarming crowd. Where the night people couldn't handle the amount of people constantly running out of items so the wait was long they were not well prepared. Weekend stay, spacious suite and comfortable bed. Could be cleaner there was a trash and crumbs under the pull out couch and a raunchy stale smell as well as figureprints on the windows. The Front desk should help out around food service time with the lobby cleanliness instead of just watching or caring on conversation amongst staff.

I will definitely stay here anytime I’m in Bowling Green. They had a great dinner bar (tacos, salad, chili, nachos, hot dogs, drinks, etc), great breakfast bar, warm swimming pool, great deal on kickback adult beverages, comfy/clean room, and a great location for a decent price! The absolute only negative I saw was that the carpets could use a good cleaning.

We were in town with a group of 39 people. When we arrived, the girls at the desk had our room list ready, keys neatly organized and ready for us. All the staff was VERY FRIENDLY! The complimentary meal in the evening was very nice, and breakfast was delicious as well. Very comfortable beds with plenty of pillows! Several restaurants within walking distance as well as Sam's Club and Cabelas. Would definitely stay there again!

Very pleasant stay. The front desk personnel were attentive and courteous. The room amenities were adequate and well stocked. The finding room attendant, Rosa, was delightful, friendly. Always with a smile. I would definitely recommend this venue.

Arrived here late at night to sleep for the night. The staff was very friendly and informative. The room was nice a little dated but good for a nights sleep. The breakfast was very good and the breakfast staff was very helpful and nice, this made for a good start to our day on the road.

Was great the staff was awesome and the room was clean and kept well maintained. The pool was great the ppl were nice. The breakfast was great. Our stay there was well worth it. Plus they r right next to the outback stake house which was a plus for dinner. This place is a must stay.

The room was a nice size and was clean. The beds were really comfortable. They are pet friendly which was helpful for us. The breakfast selection was good and the woman who was working made sure to keep everything stocked and cleaned up. I wish I would have caught her name. She had a great big smile on her face!

The room was nice, customer service was great. They have a supper bar and a breakfast. They also have drink service in the evening with very low cost drinks. The pool is slightly on the small size, but the hot tub is larger.

Wow is all we can say! Never again Red Roof Inn. Pet friendly, 75 cent drinks, free super bar-type food for dinner, free breakfast (although we had to pass as it didn't open till 7:00am on a Saturday and we were snowbirds heading home and had to get on the road), clean rooms, comfy beds, friendly staff! We WILL be back!

They have a nice indoor/outdoor pool, complementary hot breakfast and manager's reception (which is basically dinner) and popcorn and soda in the evenings. It's a very clean establishment, and location is convenient.

Great staff and professionalism. I must say an employee by the name of Josh really stood out to me. He was excellent and personal. He acknowledged my presence on a name basis every time he saw me. I never felt any need I had was a bother. It felt great to be around a staff that enjoys their work. I will definitely be back. The room was neat and tidy. The breakfast and happy hour was enjoyable. Great experience!

For example, this one has a comfortable & attractive lounge area, that you feel welcome to hang out in (like the newer "hipster" hotels are doing) The free breakfast has many more choices to load up on & actually tastes good too… Imagine that? They even throw in free food from 5-7pm, that you can make a decent meal from. Originally, I only booked here due to it being really cold & spotting the words "indoor hottub" (grin). We later booked 2 more nights & drove a bit further to our plans the next 2 days. Seriously, the place impressed us that much.

This was my only time staying at a Drury, but this was a wonderful hotel and very much appreciated the staff who worked there. The rooms were clean and the bathrooms looked pretty nice. Definitely will be staying here again.

Good place to stay. Had free breakfast and dinner. They also have a pool hot tub and fitness center.

The people are the greatest. Always smiling, always friendly. Joshua at the front desk is really a great example of what everyone in service jobs should be like.

Excellent value. Staff was great and very attentive to guests needs. We didn't have a chance to use the indoor pool or hot tub, but it looked clean and well maintained. Room was nice and clean. There were many food options right close by, but we enjoyed the FREE breakfast and light dinner options at the hotel and didn't need to venture out anywhere else. Loved that they also had popcorn and free soda beverages all the time. It's the extra perks that make this a top notch place to stay and I'm sure we will be back on our next pass through town.

The gentleman who works the evening shift at the front desk is awesome. I stayed here with some co-workers during a business trip and overall the experience was positive. The breakfast was the same every morning and mediocre and the morning front desk staff was less than exceptional. The rooms are pretty nice and we're always clean. The "Free Kickback" is not free its 75¢ per drink but that's probably due to Kentucky laws.

Good location. Front desk attendants were nice. Room was in fair to good condition. Bathroom wasn't very clean, hairball in shower and shower curtain. Allows pets but for a high fee. Would only go back if no other hotels were available.

Very nice rooms evening buffet, free popcorn & drinks til 10pm. One of the best breakfast buffets I've seen in a hotel with so many different items. My only complaint would be the indoor pool didn't seem to be as clean as it could've been, it didnt appear to be as clean & blue as the picture of it on their website.

Great place to stay, near everything. Entire staff is very friendly. Breakfast every morning, and dinner in the evening. Three free drinks every evening as well. Pool, and mini weight room. Comfortable rooms, very clean. Includes mini fridge and microwave, desk roomy closet, pumps in shower body wash, shampoo and conditioner, just incase you've forgotten yours!

Very polite and professional staff. We always stay at Drury's because of the breakfast and evening kickback. This Drury is nice enough, but the rooms are slightly dated (we had a 2 room king sweet) and there isn't near enough seating for breakfast or dinner. Overall, I'd definitely still stay there again, it's just obviously an older Drury inn.

The service — Amazing. Friendly, helpful staff full of smiles and lasting connection. The accommodations — Adequate & Satisfactory. I have never stayed at a Drury Inn, so had no expectations. The hotel is dated, and was likely higher-end in it's prime, but is just fine now. Seems comparable to an non-renovated Hampton Inn.

The hotel staff were very nice and welcoming last night. The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated. We weren't there in time for the evening kickback but I am sure it was great, like other Drury Inns we have stayed at. The breakfast was perfect including biscuits and gravy and delicious waffles. I highly recommend this hotel.

We have always stayed for the past 5 years while our son was at WKU — we won't anymore! Jacking the prices up on us? What the heck? Why?
The shower curtains are pitiful, DO NOT keep water off the bathroom floor which causes for dangerous slipping, my friend fell (you're lucky she didn't sue you, who knows, maybe she still will
1st room they put us in had a strong stench of cigarette smoke (in a no smoking room) Totally disappointed in this stay, enough to never come back — time to find a customer place — worth the $$$$

I was first checked into the same room (209) last month as I was this time. Last month I found old pills, random trash articles, an old used lollipop, unidentifiable objects, approximately 10000 pounds of dust, and stir sticks behind the piece of furniture that holds the refrigerator (I had to pull it out because the refrigerator and lamp were not plugged in). I reported this to the front desk and they moved me to a new room down the hall and checked the room with me (it had the same dust problem behind the area but not the random trash). This month (yesterday) I checked in and I was put in the same room (209), so I automatically pulled out the furniture holding the refrigerator and what did I find? Amazingly, a dum dum lollipop (unopened), old popcorn remnants, some paper articles, stir stick, 100000 pounds of dust, and a bottle of shampoo/lotion/whatever. I went back and reporterd to the front desk and was told "that is on their checklist" — — all I could think was that it hadn't been a month since I had been there in the same room and had the same problem — — thank goodness there were new items back there, meaning they picked up the other stuff, but I doubt the dust had been moved. Yes, it was a fluke I found it the first time, but this time…?

I love staying at the Drury Inns. My husband and I will only ever book here as long as one is available where we are traveling.

The hotel was very convenienly located next to plenty of choices for dining out. The staff was pleasant to deal with. The room appeared to be clean and well maintained. They also offer popcorn and fountain drinks which is nice. My only beef is that they serve the exact same breakfast everyday at every Drury. If they could change that up I would give them 5 stars.

Good hotel. The best feedback I can give is for the size of the lobby for the kick back. I love the kick back and the idea but this hotel was not designed for it and the lobby and eating area is way to small for this concept.

The inn is amazing, as soon as you walk in you can get free fresh popcorn, made fresh daily. The lobby is very abstract with vibrant modern art style. We were greeted by the manager himself and we're told that the inn offers both, free breakfast and free dinner, in addition to free Wi-Fi and parking. It's located close to a mall and an a strip of shops and restaurants. It's a 5 floor Inn so don't expect anything amazingly large and was sold out by the evening the day we arrived. This Inn is the best rated one in mid grade hotels and they offer you a lifetime membership for Drury hotels and inns that they own that every 10 nights spent you get a free night. No charge for joining. The inn has a meeting room, workout room and a pool with a hot tub. Overall I'd say go for it, I personally give it a 10!

While traveling through on our way to Nashville we stopped here for the night. Rooms are normal hotel rooms/beds, but what made our experience great is the people that work here. Everyone was so friendly and more then willing to help if you needed it. They had a great breakfast and kickback (which I have never had before at a hotel). And also popcorn and pop out for the evening. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend!

Worst hotel I have ever been to! Upper staff is absolutely horrible, it's unbelievable the disrespect and how uncomfortable they make you feel. Not to attention the dirt along the beds. It's hidden by the quilt, looks can be deceiving. Lesson learned never again will any family or friends be referred to the " Drury inn hotel " Flabbergasted.

Awesome experience. Very comfortable bed and pillows, room was very clean, bathrooms were very clean. Breakfast and 5:30 kick back was great and loved that they offer popcorn and soda. Would definately stay here again.

After a long day this was a great place to relax and recharge. First thing I noticed when walking in the room was the bedding. Looked so comfy. Felt even better. I slept wonderfully! The next morning we went down stairs for breakfast and it was a wonderful spread of food. They even had a waffle station where you can make your own waffles. Great start to our long trip home. Overall it was a great place to stay. Also, if you are in Bowling Green and love steak. Montana's is the place to go. The receptionist at the hotel recommended it to us and I will surely be back.

Excellent place for families. We were on a road trip and stopped overnight with two young children. They serve kid-friendly dinner and adult-friendly drinks for free starting around 5. It is so nice not to have to get back in the car to go get food! There is a nice pool, too. We got a suite and it had a door between the living room and bedroom so we could stay up a little later without disturbing the kids. We're would definitely stay here again!

Very good place for a night… Rich breakfast.

Incredibly affordable in proportion to its quality. I would have expected one night booked last minute to cost anywhere from $150-$200 base but ended up spending only $135 after all taxes were assessed. The room was spacious and the staff was welcoming. Only critique is that the breakfast bar was standard in quality, which isn't much of a complaint as an observation.

My stay was acceptable. The room was clean. The clerk was courteous. The free popcorn and soda service was a nice touch. The breakfast was average. They handled my change of plans professionally and efficiently.

Amazing staff very kind and informative. Front desk let us have a noon checkout, although all of our friends got to stay till one they said due to availability they can only do noon. This is a tiny matter compared to perfect stay it wasn't worth pushing about because our stay has been so perfect. Pool hot tub amazing evening kick start food amazing free with. 75 drinks free popcorn and drinks in lobby till ten and a hot breakfast what more could you want, rooms are very clean, the evening manager is amazing with her staff and the way she appears at every corner waiting to help in anyway is outstanding. Join awards program get a free night every ten nights. The morning Staff was nice as well. No wonder they have won so many customer satisfaction awards. This Hotel surpassed everything we had in mind. We will be staying at Drury more often now. This particular location is next to lots of restaurants and stores as well. With Big parking spots.

Our room is clean and comfortable. The hotel staff is courteous and welcoming. Aside from bacon, the breakfast bar has everything a person could want. All four of us had a plug in available on the night stand for charging our phones. The icing on the cake has to be the recliner my husband has to sit and do work on his laptop from. The comforts of home as we need to be away from home.

Staff is wonderful. Courtney is one of the girls that work the front desk and she is excellent, you are made to feel welcome from the time you check in until the time you check out. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. You are right off the exit with many nice restaurants to choose from. If you want a nice hot breakfast they have it here. I always stay here when I visit Bowling Green, which is several times a year and the service is always the same.

Really nice place and staff is awesome! Only thing I found that needs to be improved is washer and dryer facility only has 1 of each for the whole motel and the dryer takes forever and a day, but I would definitely recommend this to family and friends. Would stay again if given opportunity! Update: after reading pamphlet of services offered at Drury Inn I saw that they will wash ur clothes for u. Pretty cool right?! Breakfast this morning was great and must give shout out to BJ, he goes out of his way to make u feel welcomed and appreciated. Again the whole staff is amazing.

Our visit started on July 10 with a last minute reservation we were assisted by Courtney who answered all my questions concerning local things to do patiently and booked our room when we arrived Courtney amd Jenifer checked us in and made us feel very welcome laughing and chatting as old friends the beds at the drury are like sleeping on a cloud the rooms and hotel were clean and cool and the shower had awesome water pressure the pool area was clean and relaxing we always love staying at the drury and this location was a particularly good stay!

The staff at this location is very friendly, and they really care about your experience. The GM, BJ Preston, was the most hands on GM I have ever encountered. He was always out among the people making sure all their needs were met. Always helping out with whatever needed to be taken care of. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The service of this hotel was excellent. Many nice restaurants nearby. Easy to get on and off major highway. Complementary breakfast and afternoon snack everyday. Staff members are extremely helpful. Highly recommend.

Very nice hotel — — excellent staff! I was a bit nervous about staying here because when I made a reservation they said they were nearly full. I just imagined breakfast time being a mess and a hassle, slow service, etc. When we got to the hotel, there was a sign on the door that said "No vacancy (& an apology). ". But Drury Inn brought their A game! Excellent service (thank you to Ethan, Mary, Tayler, BJ, etc. ), extremely clean rooms, lobby, breakfast area, pool, etc. I am very picky about hotels — — and this one passed my test with an A+. Make a reservation at this hotel with confidence.

This place is awesome! Beds are comfy and have cribs for the babys. The pool and whirlpool are super clean! Along wiith the rooms! The foods really good too. Plus they have popcorn and drinks! Free! I would recommended this hotel to anyone! :) the staff is very nice! And mr bj has got to b the best manager for this hotel! He helps you with anything you need and will give u whatever you want when your staying here! And amy is like my favorite! The staff is soo friendly! I love this place!. Thanks drury! Recommended for any worker or just pleasure this is the number 1 hotel! Ill give it 5 stars :) I have no complaints.

My complaint refers to the desk clerks complaining about connecting callers to rooms. They allow phone callls to cycle through 5 times of hitting 0 as you cannot direct connect to the room. BJ an employee gave me the third degree about why I was calling my husband which his job is to connect me to the room and then complained to my husband because I was calling. My husband is on a trip for work and it should not matter how many times I call. Its there job to push the buttons to connect me my husband.

Great place to stay. Great staff. Would recommend it to anyone. Even your pets can stay here. Smoking and non-smoking rooms. Snacks, pool, exercise room, popcorn and drinks, hot breakfast. They have it all. And if you prefer to eat at name brand restaurants they are very close and shopping is very handy too.

This has been my go-to hotel when staying in BG since the first time I stayed here. The service is unbeatable! The location is great. The hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. Good price for the amenities. But you can't put a price on how friendly and accommodating the staff here is. I've never had a problem at any of the other hotels I used to stay at in BG, but once I stayed here and saw how much better the service is, I've never looked back. I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to relax and feel right at home.
