We checked in tired and exhausted. Took a shower and the water will not turn off. Crazy, it’s like the handle is stripped or something. The water has been running for almost an hour as we wait for maintenance person. The noise has triggered a migraine. They called maintenance but they will not be here for 40 minutes. Which means he will be working on it for a while and no sleep. No other room to move to. This is not good. I have to be back on road early in morning for a 12 hour drive to meet my deadline.

We booked only for 1 n8 but extended to 3. Friendly & helpful staff. Very clean rooms. Nice place to stay in a quiet & green environment. Bowling green is very nice place. Perfect for stroller walks. And also enjoyed the pool at the hotel with the kids. It was a relaxing & amazing time for our family.

My life has been a "Road Warrior" since 1987… my age is 74… last year 2019 my life participated in 190 nights in motels… this motel is outstanding… in service… nice amount of bath & wash linens… have self serve breakfast items… versus a bag of nothing many motels are doing… love this place.

This place is awesome even during all the Covid shut downs they made sure we were comfortable.

Beautiful and delicious breakfast! Also, Maggie listened to our nonsense for hours last night at the bar and she didn't complain at all. In fact, she provided great service! Happy Thanksgiving!

Always a great experience. A little more expensive but you’re right on campus for whatever brings you here — football games (there’s a shuttle), visiting campus, moving in!

The Hyatt is such a nice Hotel and full of friendly staff. I enjoyed staying there back in October 2018 while my apartment was getting repairs done.

Comfortably located in the middle of campus. Very nice structure, welcoming, not too big, very recent and stylish. Excellent place to be when attending a conference (as it was my case) or visiting a department.

I’m sitting in room 410 right now, NOT sleeping. Every surface in the room is vibrating. If feels and sounds like a diesel train is idling a room a couple doors down from mine. I wonder if it’s a bad AC unit on the roof since this is the top floor. I know it’s not my AC unit because I shut it down and the noise & vibration remain. I called down to the front desk and they said they would check it out but I didn’t hear anything back. My 10 year old is knocked out from the day’s travel, so I guess I’ll just deal with it. If it’s still doing it in the morning I’ll have one of the staff witness it from in the room. Otherwise: Clean hotel, friendly staff and convenient/secure parking. I haven’t experienced the breakfast, and since I hope for an early departure I probably won’t.

Nice new hotel right next to the college campus. The rooms were clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I have no complaints about this place whatsoever. We were in town for an all Camaro show and they accommodated most of us well. Those of us who stayed here agreed that we would stay again next year. Looking forward to going back. Note that they do not allow for you to keep your trailer on site though which was a problem for those who trailer their cars to the show.

Nice stay right on WKU campus. We stayed here overnight on our way to Memphis. It was a great little hotel. Nice rooms, current/updated furnishings, comfy beds and very nice and friendly staff. The bistro had good desserts and coffee too. We'll stay again next time in the area!

Great hotel located close to downtown Bowling Green. Rooms are nice and spacious. Free breakfast is top notch. They offer free shuttle service within five miles of the hotel which covers a good portion of Bowling Green. Staff is very friendly and informative.

Not good for kids. I found this hotel to be a disappointment. The rooms were nice enough and modern, pretty typical for this chain. But the bathroom was so dirty, I cleaned it myself before we used it. We could not take advantage of the complimentary breakfast, because there was never anywhere to sit. And dont get me started on the pool; barely bigger than a hot tub. We went to the paid community pool each day. One upside here is parking; a total breeze. Also, the staff is great.

This hotel was fantastic. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were absolutely spotless. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast. Not only did they have a wide variety of options, they also had plenty of options for people with food allergies. Overall, our experience was excellent!

Beautiful, clean rooms located on the perimeter of a beautiful campus and area of Western Kentucky University. Plenty of historical sites. Try walking to Steamers for an early dinner College St on the way and State St. On the way home and turn on College Heights… beautiful scenery the entire walk. Hot breakfast is included and starts at 0700. Continental breakfast can be had starting at 0600. Outdoor pool and gad fire pit. A/C worked well. King rooms have a pull-out sleeper sofa (I'd say it was queen sized). Refrigerators in room. Nice place!

One of the cleanest properties I've stayed in. Inside and out the rooms are spacious and very comfortable The exterior is modern, stylish and well maintained We spent a few hours at the pool and fire pit areas. The breakfast bar was clean and well stocked with both warm and cold food choices, many fruits and juices were also available. The decision to stay at this property was well worth the price.

These suites are incredible and that is no exaggeration. They are large, well appointed and comfortable. The bathrooms are incredibly nice. We had a sound nights sleep on the bed. We were only here for one night but it would be ideal for an extended stay. Our dog came with us and we were all very well taken care of.

The Hotel was very nice, clean, the staff was awesome, some of the nicest people that I have had to deal with at a Hotel. They would go above and beyond to get what ever you needed, we were there for a Gene Watson Concert at the SKYPAC, they have a Shuttle service that took us to the front door and dropped us off, The Show ran past the last shuttle run time, so we called when it was over to see if we had missed the last ride. Their response was" We will be there in 5 minutes to pick you up" they came, picked up, we returned back about 1 hour past the last run time. The young lady that was driving the Shuttle was one of the best, most friendliest person I have met in a long time. Thanks again to the Staff, you all are AWESOME,! If I get the chance I will go back there. Wonderful weekend!

This hotel is beautifully decorated and is right across the street from the university. It is also close to a wonderful service station that still pumps gas for you! There are several funky restaurants close by that serve fresh, delectable food.

Super nice hotel to stay in when you are in Bowling Green. Western Kentucky is just a walk away. Breakfast every morning is one of the better ones around. Lots of good stuff to eat.

Great place to stay. VERY clean, Very accommodating staff ready to help at all times with a smile. Great pool. Very clean rooms happy quest It is a more pricey hotel in the area but well worth it. Parking is tricky.

Excellent price for an overnight stay, especially for New Year's eve! Room was clean, bed was comfortable! I had a couple of chocolate martinis down at the bar… the girl that fixed them did an excellent job! She was also back early the next morning working again. Easily recommended for a good place to rest at a great price!

Exceptional experience! Brittany greeted us and gave us a great room. Bed just lovely. Room decor very modern and comfy. Husband wants to buy the sheets. Room across from campus, but window completely blacks out with blinds. Breakfast fresh, hot and had waffles! Will most def recommend! Brittany really made our stay nice too.

Visited for a local comic convention. The staff were very helpful and so nice to deal with. The conference room was very clean and welcoming. Parking was a bit odd to figure out as the parking garage was a bit hidden to someone who hasn't been in that area much.

Wow. My husband and I just checked in yesterday afternoon for 1 night. Our son is a student at WKU and we were in town for the WKU 2017 Fall Film Festival. From the moment we walked in to the hotel to the moment we left everyone and everything was amazing. We drove from Louisville and forgot about the time zone change, so arrived an hour before check in time. We were greeted in the lobby by a few very friendly staff who had no issues accommodating us a bit early. When we told them why we were there they offered to shuttle us around campus at no charge. They took us down the the campus store then later in the evening when more of our family arrived they took all 6 of us down to the media hall on campus and told us to call after the film festival so we did not have to walk back at 10pm. We called, and they came and picked us up. All staff were very friendly. Lydia and Bill were both phenomenal. Our room was perfect. Clean, quiet, the bed and pillows were very comfortable too. We travel a lot and this service was top notch. We will stay here going forward whenever we are in Bowling Green!

Stayed at the Hyatt because it is in the downtown area and my wife and I were attending a festival downtown. First impressions are of a nice, modern, spacious hotel. We joined their loyalty program and requested to check in an hour early which was no problem. They offer shuttle service to anywhere in Bowling Green which is a huge plus. When we were ready to leave the festival, a quick call to the staff and they came down to the venue and gave us a ride back to the hotel. Top notch service!. Check in was a breeze and the room was very nice and spacious. The staff were very nice and attentive to our questions. The free breakfast they offer was very good and had lots of options. Check out time is later than most hotels and that was a nice feature. All in all it was a great experience and I will not hesitate to book a room here on my next visit!

I can't say enough good things about this hotel. The staff is beyond kind and helpful. We stopped here for the night driving home from Florida and I made our reservation online for the wrong night. Pam, the front desk manager, was nothing but kind and helpful and got us a room. The rooms are beautiful and large, comfortable beds and just a beautiful hotel. This is definitely the place to stay.

One of the best hotels in this price range I've ever stayed at. The beds were absolutely comfortable with feather like pillows. The air conditioning system wasn't stuck below the window. It was in the wall like you are at home. They have wonderful AC units that are quiet and allow you to sleep at the temperature you love. Breakfast was very surprising. Food that I have never seen at hotels. Fresh made Oat Groats with lots toppings. It's like oatmeal but chewier. Lots of fresh fruit. Cage free eggs. Fresh bacon and fresh French toast. Of course there was fresh fruit. Staff was incredibly nice. Wish all hotels in this price range would be like this. Even outdoor seating.

Stayed here twice. Very modern and clean. Nice workout facility, larger lobby, great breakfast, and in a good location. One of Hyatt's best!

Pretty happy with the stay here. Not blown away, but nothing to really complain about (other than the slow internet most days). Breakfast is pretty nice, have a 24/7 menu and bar, have "cozy corner" in rooms which is a corner couch that's kind of nice to use instead of the desk, has a mini fridge in rooms, but no microwave; located on campus, parking in parking garage hasn't been a problem, have tag that automatically scans as you drive up to gate…

The rooms and service were both top notch! Very welcoming, free shuttle, great gym and a Starbucks in the lobby. Great staff members!

Great value for the price. Very clean and spacious rooms. Modern design with up to date appliances. Breakfast provided a great variety and included a 24/7 menu to grab a quick late night bite. Hotel had an indoor gym as well as an outdoor pool and sitting area. Would definitely stay again.

Location was fun, walking distance to many cool restaurants and bars in the area, liked the shuttle service they offered as well. Room was well decorated and the hotel was well done with a nice pool and good breakfast. Staff were very sweet and helpful. Only complaints we're that there we not very many chairs at the pool and there was a lot of noise from the hall because the doors did not insolate.

Awesome hotel. I love the fire pit, free breakfast daily, the food was amazing. You fix your own waffles, had cage free eggs, shredded cheese, salsa, potatoes, different breads to make toast, oatmeal, oatmeal toppings such as brown sugar, cinnamon, dried cranberries, and granola. Has a free shuttle to take you to places close by. I lpve the workout room. I enjoyed using the treadmill and elliptical life fitness video to walk or run in different countries such as New England and Germany. There are towels to use for the workout room and swimming pool. I liked the bathroom sliding doors, but u can unlock the bathroom doors from the outside if someone is in bathroom. I do not like that part. There is a 24/7 bar next to front desk so one can get food or drink anytime. Free use of computers and printer. Price is reasonable too, not too high. Its a great hotel. I LOVE it and recommend it to anyone! I will stay there again if I get a chance to.

We had a very pleasant stay at the Hyatt Place. The rooms had everything you need for a good night's sleep. Everything was clean and we had no issues there. They had a good breakfast included.

I would recommend the Hyatt Place Bowling Green. I booked this hotel because I'm a Hyatt member. I planned a vacation for my family from FL to tour Mammoth Cave. I will definitely be back. From the first time we walked through the door to requesting things for our room. Everyone was so accommodating. Pam was great and explained where everything was and everything they had to offer. Thanks so much for your hospitality.

I loved this hotel! I travel, very frequently, so have some horror stories I could share but not here! The staff was awesome, accommodating, friendly & quite helpful! The lobby is welcoming & has many seating areas for private conversation or just chilling! Breakfast bar was great (waffle machine not store bought pancakes as I read in an earlier post) ; lots of variety to choose from! The cafe had a wide variety of items as well (bar-b-q chicken flat bread & burger were yummy)! Loved, loved my room! Nice corner area to relax in & watch TV (several HBO channels) as well as small fridge to keep my adult beverages cold! Bed was comfortable & roomy (the pillows were a tab to hard but I'm seriously picky about pillows & usually bring my own; forgot it this trip). The shuttle driver was exceptionally polite & showed me some places to go that evening as well as going thru an ATM for me! Loved the view, the quiet down time I was able to experience & the overall professional service I received! Will definitely stay again! Thanks Hyatt Place!

Pros: Breakfast is great! One of the best complimentary meals at a hotel I have ever had. Comfortable bed. The hotel is very nicely decorated, and clean. Staff was very accommodating and friendly. Cons: There is a train that comes by very close almost hourly at all times of the day and night. The whistle is loud and does not allow for the best nights rest. Our room had a lovely view of the parking structure and inside of the dumpster. The housekeeping is adequate, but spotty. One day we came back to unemptied trash in the entryway, the next, no toilet paper.

Very comfortable suite, spacious bathroom. Courteous employees. Breakfast was very good, hot food hot, cold food cold. Parking is in a deck that takes a little bit of a walk to get to. This is the hotel of Western Kentucky University and is at the base of the hill on campus. Quick walk to campus activity.

One of the best stays we've had! We stayed during spring break so the town was pretty quiet! We unfortunately had a late check in as we were behind on our driving schedule, but the staff was amazing and super accommodating! The rooms were clean and spacious, and the breakfast was amazing!

A very nice hotel, with a so, so breakfast. I figured out what was up with the pancake's (cold). They don't make them there! They come out of a box! I asked for some hot ones this morning, and the girl in the back gave me a get real look that I didn't get until the dude comes back with a lukewarm batch, and the light went off in my head. Other than that the rooms are great, the beds comfy and the showers good too. Plus the location is fantastic.

We were very happy this hotel. The night staff were so kind to us. We travelled 13 hours, they recommended an awesome pizza place that delivered to the room. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed for our dinner. The hotel was very clean and updated. The shower was great with awesome water pressure. We would definitely stay again if we are in the area! Highly Satisfied!

Hotel was nice and clean, as well as a great location for my visit. The biggest complain would be how uncomfortable the beds and pillows are. My wife and I always look forward to a nice, comfortable bed when staying at a hotel. Neither of us could get a good nights sleep for the 4 nights we stayed no matter how much we twisted and turned. The train passing by may wake you up from time to time, but is tolerable. Could also hear people frequently in the hallways or rooms next door when trying to sleep, they didn't appear to be excessively loud but possibly just thin walls. The parking garage does not seem to have any security. The gates were open 24/7 to allow anyone to come in, meaning there was no point in us having a parking permit to open the gate. The heat seemed to only work when placed on "On, " and not on auto. However this may have been a temporary issue.

The front desk clerks were really nice and helpful on check in. The rooms are spacious and clean with a sitting area that can be used for extra occupants. The beds are very comfortable, I was out like a light. The only issue I have with the hotel is that it's close to a train track and the trains came through a few times at night. Overall the hotel is good and I would recommend a stay there.

Nightshift made a mistake and charged the wrong card but manager immediately fixed it great rooms and friendly staff.

Was in officially 2 bedroom suite with an additional 3rd pull out couch. Both beds and couch were comfortable with nice TV channel options. TV was on a movable mount allowing for optimal viewing. Apparently a 24 hour snack bar in the lobby with complimentary wonderful breakfast. Available pools and work out areas but didn't try out. Fire pit also available outside.

Last minute check-in with 3 adults and two kids. It's so difficult to find a hotel that can accommodate 5 people without having 2 rooms. The Hyatt had a room with 2 queen beds AND full pull out sofa! We were thrilled with that alone, but then we talked to Charles W. He was an absolute gem! Even though he was swamped at the front desk, he was beyond polite and accommodating! I would come back because of him alone, but then we met Rachel N. Rachel was new at running the cafe in the hotel and it seemed that the entire hotel ordered food at the exact same time! Rachel was the sole person making the dinners, and even being busier than I can accurately describe, she took the time to explain the situation, and was amazingly poised. Thank you Charles and Rachel for making our stay so easy and pleasant!

Great hotel close to the WKU Campus. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Breakfast had an awesome selection. Kids were disappointed that the pool wasn't open for the season yet, but we still enjoyed the hotel. Very close to Mammoth Cave.

Super nice people and rooms but they don't have a hot tube and the pool is out doors so you can't use it when its cold.

I didn't actually stay in the hotel but I used their facilities and their meeting rooms. The hotel was very clean and modern with great staff that were courtious and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay or do business.

Staff was responsibly friendly, but overly so. And the facility is very average. Parking is shared with a college and is mildly inconvenient. But what put me off of this hotel is in went out and when I came back my dogs were acting weird. Under closer inspection it looks as though someone came into the room and abused my dog. My dog (a small chihuahua) had sore hind quarters and blood on his nose. I had the door not disturb sign on to tell the staff to stay out as well. NEVER stay here if you have an animal or if you support treating animals with respect. But if you want to support a business that abuses animals, by all means stay here.
