Was quoted a particular price by the front desk and was than overcharged $70. When I called the front desk they seemed more interested in implying that the overcharges could not have come from their hotel…ended up having to call my bank and have them delete the overcharges from my account because hotel management took too long getting my money back and quite frankly seemed to be stalling. Would not recommend whatsoever!

The pool is closed down. You have people massing with our door trying to get in. And the room smells. Thank the lord this is a one night stay. I will not book this place again. Lol want be here in Kansas again.

Noisy, toilet constantly ran, not very clean.

Wish I could post pictures. Wasn't good at all… Peeling paint … holes in the furniture … mirrors were filthy… the window was broken… had dirty towels folded in the bathroom… nope… not good at all… the only good thing was the shhets were clean but otherwise… they shouldn't rent out a room that is being worked on! The lady at the front desk was like… huh? … and wouldn't swap our room. I won't be back!

Never and I mean never, stay here, nothing but mistakes, problems, run-around, lies, esp wichita ks s laura; phone cs is impossible to deal with.

It's a nice clean place to stay my sister and I came from Montana and have been here for going on 2 weeks. The staff has been great and very helpful. The rooms are kept very clean. This is our second time stay here in a month. You should come check it out. Thank you.

The room and hotel inn general were nice, very clean. Check in and check out were quick and easy. The service was above and beyond. When I asked the desk worker if any nearby restaurants delivered that weren't pizza or Chinese because we were tired of driving but my son was hungry, she surprised us with bringing a goodie bag up to our room with fruit, yogurt, and candy in case we couldn't find anything he might want. She also offered to let him have some of her personal food if he'd like. She was super sweet.

Clean rooms but who heard of charging someone per pet, per night, in a motel? Additionally, they are beyond nosy about their customers having guests to their rooms. The last I checked, my friend was paying to stay (plus extra per animal) and not just for a couple nights either. As long as my guests are not loud, trashy, or being disruptive, then y does it matter. Wichita seems to have a huge problem with this issue. I understand that some people are sleaze balls and cause all sorts of drama at hotels, but if someone is quiet and respectful who cares?

My family and I stayed here Saturday 08/04 through Monday 08/06. My wife accidentally booked the wrong hotel, but we went ahead and stayed here anyways. We had planned on the Super 8 across the street where we normally stay when we come to Wichita. We had a King sized bed room and it was not worth the money that we spent. My wife actually checked the pull out couch and our bed for bed bugs as it resembled a more run down type hotel. The hotel itself definitely needs updated. Good parts of the hotel included, the upkeep and area of the pool, the wide variety of items each morning for breakfast, and the AC unit working well in our room. The shower did have good water pressure, but I literally had to bend my knees so that the water could get to my head, and I'm just over 6 foot. My wife experienced the same thing and she's 5 foot 10. When booking our room we had asked the hotel to provide an extra 2 pillows and towels for swimming, none of that was given. I asked the front desk at 6pm Saturday evening for the extra pillows, towels, and also a sheet for the pull out bed for our boys. The lady at the desk wrote down our room number and said she'd take care of it. We came back home around 10:15, nothing had been put in our room. I again went down to the front desk and the same woman working earlier asked me yet again for my room number. After calling a couple times and going down there once more, I finally received a sheet and blanket for the pull out couch around 11:20pm!

It’s a fairly typical Quality Inn when it comes to the hotel’s features, so keep that in mind. However, the staff was incredible and so kind. Lots of smiles as they helped guests, especially myself and my parents. My mom said the shower had great water pressure, which was unexpected. Breakfast was standard, but the area was nice and roomy and clean. There was a mix up where they accidentally gave a guy our room (but it was brief, as he opened the door to find us settled in and knew what had happened) but as far as mistakes go, it was a fairly small one. They were very kind about letting us cancel the second night of our reservation when we decided to head home early. (A family event came up that required us back home early on Sunday. ) A positive stay all around!

If 0 was a choice, it would get that. The furniture was trash and the TV didn’t work. The front desk didn’t care. What was worse was the ant-like bugs crawling on the bed. We didn’t even stay. We grabbed our stuff and left — FAST!

I couldn't believe that my friend actually allowed this to happen but the front desk charged us $5 for eating too much of their free breakfast which did not include any multiples of any items except for two muffins. The cereal was stale, the buiscut were hard and everything just tastes stale. How exactly is that fair? I'm aware that it's just $5 but that's ridiculous!

Needed a new fixture on the bath vanity. Pretty good overall.

Felicia was awesome. She made my reservations quick, easy and with a smile. Anyone visiting Wichita should definitely stay here.

Newly remodeled. Super nice and comfortable rooms. I'm impressed.

Visiting my family while they were staying at the hotel. The accommodations we're reasonable and the rooms were clean. There was some noise from other rooms though.

Friendly and helpful. Needs a little upkeep but fairly clean. Good value.

We slept fine here. It was no doubt a 55.00 hotel. Paint on bathroom wall peeling. Shower wouldn't work right. We did enjoy the fan running all night without issue. It was clean. Breakfast was ok. You know it wasn't a five star luxury hotel but it was fine.

It was a wonderful stay! The room was clean lovely! Most of the staff Wis just as incredible! unfortunately one of the late staff at 10:00/Monday was incredibly rude and extremely inhospitable. Due to confusion on payment of the room, the front staff that evening was incredibly rude and made me feel like I was an annoyance to be here asking about a room that had already been paid for. Not sure how some one who treats their already paid guests this way got that position to begin with. Hopefully this major error in staffing will be corrected or at least their attitude will be improved!

Clean, very friendly and really tried to accommodate us. Located right off the highway with lots of eating places around. Very convenient for us. The building is an older building with no elevator but we'll kept. Really enjoyed our stay.

Great location (being right off the turnpike). My stay was due to forces outside of my control. The room was decent enough, although a bit small. Staff was friendly. Breakfast provided was subpar, but at the low price of free can't complain much.

Stayed one night because of a issue with our home while waiting for repair! Wanted some place safe and clean! Room was nice and view of the pool was nice also. Only problem is if you are local and want a stayaction or even in our case need a room due to Home repair etc, they actually told us “we don’t like renting rooms to locals”

Friendly staffs, lovely house keeping team, I will definitely come back here on my next trip to Wichita. Well done choice hotel.

We were looking for a clean and comfortable room for our family, including pets and small children, and what we found here was exactly what we were looking for! it was affordable, the staff were courteous, the breakfast was good, and we had everything we needed. as mentioned in another review, the shower heads are really low, but it was really a minor thing.

We booked on hot wire and got the room super cheap, called last minute to add another night and they honored the special price for the additional night. Nice.

It was cool and great and awesome and stuff.

I travel for business more often than I would like to. I don't always leave reviews unless I really like your place or I really don't like the place. I recommend this hotel Because of its cleanliness and friendliness of the staff. This location is convenient and it's also a good value for the area the property is located. I recommend.

Bed was comfortable. Shower was hot Breakfast was adequate. Room was quiet. Did not like the carpet on the room — — old.

Easily accessible, clean rooms, friendly staff, and all the necessary amenities such as an outdoor pool, gym, and a free breakfast. Definitely a great hotel for the money! The only negatives for the rooms that I booked were bathroom doors that wouldn't latch and the Wi-Fi was hit and miss.

Respected Manager, Most friendly and helpful staff ever, so lovely and great first impression of hotel. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in both bar where we had breakfast. Breakfast was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. It was quite satisfying experience as usual. The room was clean, a good size, and had a decent size TV (27 inches or so). The room also had microwave and refrigerator available. The internet worked very well and allowed for use of streaming devices without any problem. The breakfast was superb: eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, and cereal available. Thr bed is a little hard but not a brick. Overall it was well worth the price.

This was a really nice hotel. It was going through a renovation when we were there, but fortunately we were in the newly renovated rooms which were quite nice. The breakfast was alright, pretty standard hot continental breakfast fare.

Bed was way to firm for me, felt like a sheet of wood with a mattress pad over it. Otherwise it was clean. Claim to have breakfast, that was a joke. By far my worst stay at a Quality Inn that I have ever experienced.

The remodeling is very nice, rooms clean and comfy. Desk clerk, The young man at the desk is polite and helpful and took good care of us. Very professional and and dressed to represent the hotel. Checked other hotels in area should have made this our first stop.

It's generally a nice, clean place. The room was a bit small with one bed right at the door. The pool was somewhat cloudy. There was a fridge, microwave, iron, and flat screen TV (though reception was a little fuzzy). The bathroom was clean but small and old. The bathroom wallpaper was peeling, the toilet was small and somewhat uncomfortable. The beds were nice. The location was decent being by the freeway with some restaurants nearby, though the neighborhood looked a little run down. There was free popcorn provided which was a fun treat. Wireless Internet didn't have much range and logging in every time after getting disconnected was annoying. The Internet speed seemed fine. The hot breakfast was nice.

Needs a trim and mow outside. Not cool inside. Musty room. Needs a good vacum in the halls. Clean comfortable bed. Fridge and microwave in room. Some remodeling has been done, but overall rough around the edges. Clean bathroom.
