Really nice owner but please do yourself a favor and inspect before you commit. Non smoking had a smoke smell, ac took half the night to get cool, TV remote would not work, sink and shower drains are slow, smashed mangled lamp, some non working electrical outlets, there must be a cattle feed lot nearby, and I cant even begin to describe the carnage that was left by the last tenants in the mini fridge.

I've stayed in a lot of hotels and motels in this was one that I was going to just get a quick link on the way to Colorado Springs. But we could not stay here luckily hotels. Com was very accommodating and allowed us to get our full refund back and on top of that the hotel tried to charge us a second time for an additional fee. Simple thing is nasty curly black hairs on all of the bedding both beds. Nasty nasty nasty do not stay here.

Stayed 2 nights due to some car issues while passing through. Place looks much worse from the outside. The beds are pretty stiff, and not very clean, but it was cheap and quiet. Btw, not really a "breakfast" gallon milk in a mini fridge next to some sunny D, dry cereal that's been out in container for who knows how long, and a couple of individually wrapped honey buns, loaf of bread and a toaster. I admit I didn't go check out if it was better earlier in the morning, but something tells me it wasn't.

New door but no weather strips, 1inch gap let wind blow threw like a fan. Will not return.

Allows pets, clean room (a little smelly) decent bed and pillows. Nice size room. Walls a bit thin. Could almost make out what neighbors were saying. Overall a decent place to get some sleep.

My stay was for pleasure. It's exceeded my expectation. Very nice area and excellent service. Manager was especially accommodating, professional and courteous. He made us feel comfortable and entertained from start to finish. Room was tidy and clean.

The room was clean and spacious. And the people that worked there were nice and generous. The only problem was that there was no pool there but otherwise everything was nice and clean. And we would stay here again.

This is the worst hotel in town. The rooms smell very bad and they are dirty. The air conditioner barely work and when trying to talk to the front desk they argued saying it doesn't smell and this is one of there best rooms, nothing is wrong with it. DO NOT! stay here if you can help it.

Hotel front desk and phone was being run by a child (very courteous and professional, though). Hotel room was very run down and had an old, dirty smell to room. Overall poorly maintained and overpriced for the quality. Wyndham should not associate their name with this place!

The room was poorly maintained and during the night I woke to the stich from cow poop from the nearby cattle pins, it was worse when I went outside to ask for air freshener and in the morning the guest breakfest was cupcakes and sunny delight, no coffee or fruit or even cold cereal. The manager made no apologies or compensation for any of it. Stay here only if don't wish to sleep in your car, which might have been the better choice.

Older motel with run down rooms. Typical continental breakfast.

Stopped for a night during a road trip. Great location off the highway, easy booking, and helpful staff. The room was large and clean for the price. Would stay again.

We stayed at this hotel on Sunday night on pour way to Vegas to get married the following Saturday. Monday afternoon I realized I had left my wedding ring in my room by accident. We called the hotel and the manager went and found my ring, called me back and let me know he had it and worked with us all week long trying to get ups to pick the ring up and ship it to our hotel in Vegas. Thursday morning, after ups failed to pick up and send the ring, the manager took the ring to the post office and paid for my ring to be overnight to our hotel in Vegas so I could get married. This man went above and beyond for two people he didn't even know. He was truly a blessing to us and I don't know of many Americans that would've done half of what he did. Extremely helpful and courteous service. Clean Room, great rate and easy to find.

Absolutely rude manager who refused to honor our reservation rate (military rate) or provide us with a crib. Very condescending. After driving 13 hours this is not the treatment we were expecting. We travel a lot as a military family and have never had this much trouble or been this disrespected. Avoid at all costs… wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy!

This had to be the low point of our whole trip! The room was worn and dirty. The bathroom was filthy. Nothing worked. And they sent me out across the parking in the dark to a "laundry room" that had no light bulb, a door wedged open by piles of dirt and plenty more in the machines. They were totally unapologetic.

Husband and wife are kind and attentive ppl! If your not lookin for the holiday inn, this is a great and cheaper alternative. I'm with wind energy and they were great with us!

The room was large and easy to move around in a power chair. It wasn't a handicap room, the power chair really didn't fit in the bathroom so you have to be able to stand or use an alternate method. The surfaces were clean but the walls need a scrubbing. The coffee was terrible! —

Just got transferred to the area and needed a place to stay — looked online and reviews not bad and picked this over others without checking. I'm retired Army and not picky and am use to rough conditions. Place was overly dirty (filthy), pillows — pillow cases-sheets-blankets-towels stained and/or dirty. Bathroom looked likes it was cleaned with dirty water and stains on the walls and ceiling. Fridge didn't work and smelled like something died in it. Outside had no upkeep what-so-ever (just broken everything everywhere. Bottom line is just don't stay here — Kansas Country Inn is much better for the same price (a little older and maybe dated some but much better)
