Recommend sleep in iam a germafobic and know problem clean and friendly the breakfast is clean and plenty of space to set.

Clean and comfortable. Rooms were in good shape. Staff was very professional. Only complaint are the thin walls.

Stayed in town for a wedding. Beds were comfy, staff was wonderful. Walls were a bit thin, but they give you some ear plugs! Wonderful!

We don't usually stay in Sleep Inns but this one was very nice. Very clean, decorated nice, comfortable beds, and very nice staff. Highly recommend!

This sleep inn is a welcome step up to the available lodging in Norton. The staff were friendly and helpful, the amenities were abundant, the internet was fast, and the breakfast was great with a wide selection. We did find a little bug on our shower curtain, but I'm chalking that up to Western Kansas, not the Sleep Inn folks. Oh, and the whole hotel is smoke free, and has been from the moment of it's construction. Nice!

We generally do not stay in this brand hotel, but I highly suggest this location. Very clean and comfortable. The king suite is large with an actual living room with couch and 2 side chairs. We booked 3 rooms here and all stayed comfortably.

The reviews say this is the best hotel in Norton KS, but frankly, it's a very good hotel, period. Very clean, big rooms, very comfortable, free Wi-Fi works fine. Staff very friendly and helpful. The full breakfast is excellent — not the usual stale muffins and dodgy sausage rounds eaten off styrofoam plates, but good quality fresh food and proper china plates and metal cutlery. And the breakfast bar coffee is very good, too. I have paid a lot more and gotten a lot less in many other hotels.

I was not a guest but I desperately needed 2 copies made from a document on my laptop. The desk clerk graciously made the copies. I asked her how much I owed and she said, "Don't worry about it. " Wow, if this is how they treat someone who is NOT a guest, I can't wait to be a paying customer! Thanks so much!

VERY nice hotel for a small rural town. Great beds & shower, front desk staff is wonderful. Fridge & microwave are a nice perk. Only issue is the complete lack of soundproofing between rooms. We could hear the neighboring TV clear as day thru the wall but not in the hallway.

Hotel was newer and the breakfast was adequate. Staff friendly. Only chain hotel in town. Problem was the noise level in the hotel — the walls are very thin and conversations and television could easily be heard next door and up and down the halls. Bring ear plugs!

Check in clerk was very friendly and helpful. Offered us fresh popcorn. Room was clean and comfortable. TV was a little wonky, but adequate. Without going into the whole story, we were woken by the people in the adjoining room at 1am. We were eventually given another room next door when they wouldn't shut up and we slept without further incident. Breakfast in the morning was amazing. Real plates and silverware with a good selection of food and helpful staff. Not your usual free hotel breakfast. On checkout, the morning clerk knew of our problem without my saying a thing. She said she had already talked to the manager and we were going to get a full refund. The problem was not the hotel's fault, but they apologized profusely and wanted to make sure we were happy. Truly a 5 star hotel.

Very nice! Everything spotless, if not new, it sure looked like it was. Person at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Recommend a good place to eat. We will stay again.

The manager (Donna) is very helpful with any questions we had with the town of Norton and the motel. She does an excellent job with the facility and staff. Everyone on her staff is friendly and helpful in the same way she is. I had a number of people staying there for business and they treated all of them the same. It is very nice to work with people like the staff at Sleep Inn Norton, KS. We will be conducting more business there in the future and we will be staying there.

Highly recommend! HWY36 Garage Sale Weekend. Ed was very friendly and accommodating when asked about accessibility! Squeaky clean, quiet, soft beds, superb breakfast, and attention to detail! Will definitely stay again! ☺

Bought a room as a gift for a newlywed family member. Staff were wonderful and friendly! Room was immaculate! Beautiful lobby! Definitely the nicest hotel in town!

Really nice room, and very friendly and welcoming staff. We were stuck in a horrible snowstorm trying to get to Colorado. We were assisted when we got stuck on the hi way and were helped by some local folks who also were stuck from getting home. We booked two rooms for us, our two dogs and our new friends. We only stayed a few hours, until we found a route to get through to Colorado. The general manager was so kind and understanding of our plight that she refunded us half of our money. Such a wonderful small town! If we ever find ourselves back in Norton, we would definitely go back! Thank you, thank you, thank you for your hospitality.

The bed was comfortable and the height of the shower head was perfect for tall people like me. Bar of soap was not dry. Which is good.

Here for a hunting trip is great place to stay with helpful staff and suites are huge.

Like it better than Holiday Inn Express or Hampton. This is a great motel in Norton County Kansas.

Passing through Kansas and we stopped here for a suite. Absolutely loved the rooms. Very clean and I loved the personal touches done with the towels. Also a great variety of breakfast. Loved this place!

This hotel is way over priced. They have two cars in their parking lot and want 110 dollars to stay here. I'm a diamond choice hotels member and I won't even stay here because of the price. It is one of the most expensive sleep inns in Kansas, but no better than any other. This hotel should be priced around 80. Adjust your price to fit your market… it's basic business. Do a price sensitivity analysis, and you'll find that you could increase occupancy dramatically and make more money silly! It is managed well and it is clean, they are just pretending to be something they are not and that's luxurious. I could stay at the Bluemont hotel in Manhattan for this price!

This hotel was just recently built and it feels very new and up to date. They prepare great breakfast. It was also very easy to find.

Great updated hotel in a small town. I wish the HDMI ports on the TV were accessible so I could hook up a streaming company, but the place is clean and comfortable.

We found this as we were traveling. Very nice fooms, friendly people. They suggested a local steak house for dinner. Great food. Breakfast was awesome at the hotelbthe next morning.

We (group of 17) were pleased with the group discount. All members of our group raved about the quality of the accommodations. The staff was very friendly, professional, helpful and courteous to us. We really enjoyed the BIG breakfast. The rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. We traveled extensively this summer and stayed at various motels but this hotel surpassed them all. Thanks for a pleasant stay.

This is a wonderful and comfortable place to stay. The staff is warm and very friendly. There are many amenities and the rates are very reasonable. I would recommend it to anyone!

Clean comfortable room polite helpful staff.

The good: Clean, good decor and furniture/overall design. Probably nicest hotel in area. The bad: 25% more expensive than it's worth. High price but no pool/hot tub. Service was mediocre. Tv remote was cheap and not very useful. I woke up to a cleaning lady trying to get in. Then another one came in again before I left. Is it so hard to wait till I check out? Also the walls are so thin I could listen to the TV of the guest next door on one side, and the loud (kind of angry) sex of the couple on the other. And the view is to die for. Literally you look out the window and think you're going to die for staying in such a janky town. Conclusion: Not worth the price. If you can drive further go to another town and get a better quality hotel for the same price or the same quality for a better price. If you're stuck in this town, save your money and stay at a shady hotel where you'll at least get what you pay for.
