This was a very exstremly nice clean place to stay only thing that I didn't like was that the pool was closed.

I was at perkins and everything was great but I gave them lower stars because they closed for good today.

Non-smoking rooms smell to smoke not very comfortable beds would probably choose another hotel.

The restaurant we ate at had very good service and a friendly staff.

The location is fine. They should've put salt down on the parking lot since it was icy. Man at the desk for check in was nice and even went outside to check the plate number. The room was clean. The beds we're not comfortable at all. You couldn't adjust the position of the shower head which is an issue if you are shorter or taller than where it's pointing.

Terrible service… rude employees … rooms are ok but need updated …

Nice rooms and fair prices.

It's low budget but the bedding and bathroom were clean. There was a decent shower. The pool had algae in the bottom so it wasn't usable. Breakfast was dry cereal, instant oats without a good selection, premade biscuits and gravy, apples. We ate at Perkins next door. Room key gave us a 10 % discount.

This was a great hotel to stay at. The room was large, quiet property, and staff were very helpful. Two downside items were the indoor swimming pool was not working and housekeeping came even before you checked out.

Sign said rooms were 40$. I needed some sleep late at night during a 10 hour drive, so stopped here at 3am since it was expected to be cheap. The room ended up being 65$ and was not exactly nice. The clerk said they were "out of cheap rooms"! Ha! The door barely shut. I could hear every door and car around the room. The room was way out dated. I can't see how it could have been considered an upgraded room. However, it served the purpose of having a place to get a little sleep.

Great place to stay if you need to be up early bc housekeeping will bang on the door till they get you out of bed and to the door FOUR HOURS BEFORE CHECKOUT. I would have liked to have slept in this morning as I had a late check-in but now those plans are out the window. I thought for sure the SWAT team was coming to get me the way they bang on the door around here. And they don't knock just once. They bang on the door until they get you to it. And when you show up to the door naked and obviously still half-asleep as you can barely put together a sentence and your dog is going absolutely nuts because he thinks a monster is here to eat his family, they're completely unapologetic to the fact they've woken everybody in the room. You know, an hour's sleep makes a lot of difference when you're driving across the country with a small child. They lost of star on this review simply for the housekeeping attitude. Shaun at the front desk was really nice and very thorough about the pet rules at check-in. The room was clean but the heater smells awful, like old mildew when you turn it on. There was ample space in our room, enough for my 3 year old and our 70 lb bulldog to run laps and frolic together to burn off energy after being in the truck for 2 days. The bed is comfortable and they have good pillows. And the blackout curtains let in very little light. I would definitely stay here again but next time I will be telling the front desk to not let housekeeping bother me until CHECKOUT.

Older hotel. Could use some updating. If updated to include a hot breakfast instead of cold cereal and frozen muffins, it would greatly improve the all around experience. The pool was nice, but the hot tub was not working. However the ceiling was falling down in many places and some of the chairs were covered in ceiling debris, really needs fixed! The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.

I didn't really like it. It wasn't very clean. But the people were very nice! Not much for breakfast though.

Although it is an older property, I do believe they are trying. However, the bathroom does have mold. My sister also purchased a soda from the vending machine and the expiration date was over a year old. You get what you pay for.

There is mold in the showers and drinks are expired over a year. Very dirty as a whole.

— the linens were filthy — whomever (presume construction because Mcpherson is packed with such men at the moment) stayed before us (6mon pregnant & 2 children) … we got 'his' bedding … not only was there a beer bottle cap IN the bedding (between the sheets) … there was also food IN the bedding (between the sheets) & the "comforters" were disgusting — room service did provide clean towels every day (though they were irritated I had em do such EVERY day "aren't y'all staying another night… " YES — BUT OUR BEDDING IS DISGUSTING & NONE OF Y'ALL HAVE DONE ANYTHING ABOUT IT … "Yeah cuz (NOT 'because') we're going to change it when y'all leave" Y'ALL NEVER CHANGED IT BEFORE WE GOT HERE … I received blank stares each time I stated this disgusting & disturbing fact SO … they weren't going to do anything about it … I made sure my children & I showed at least once a day — "free breakfast" … stale cereal, & bagels — I drove downtown to "Neighbors Cafe" BECAUSE the Perkins (attached) SUCKS … my fiance co-worker had PLASTIC IN HIS FOOD & the service SUCKED — ditsy waitress all in all … the loo WAS clean — & me heartbeats & I slept in a comfortable room … though the room service (cleaners) never changed our bedding (per 5 minimum requests) they (young man & a Miss) DIDN'T have any sour attitudes & I loved the young man … you could tell he was trying his best — & I personally wouldn't wanna scrub others icky … his attitude was VERY positive & he was a sweetheart … for the price — not

Nice place, a little dirty but not overly pricey.

We came down here for work and wasn't bad at all has a nice pool and mini golf.

This was obviously a great convention center at one time, as the pool, meeting rooms, and other recreation areas were enormous. However it looks like this hotel has fallen on hard times, because there were signs of neglect about everywhere I looked: The corners of the carpet hadn't been completely vacuumed in some time, the AC system smelled of mildew, there were spots of rust in the bathroom ceiling, and the television cable jack had been ripped out of the wall (still worked though). And that was after they moved me to a second room, as the tables in the first room had been vandalized by a former employee. Still they were trying. All of the toilets were brand new, and the bathroom sink area was at least clean. It also helped to have an attached Perkins restaurant the next day, because one look at the hotel's "continental" breakfast (cold cereal), instantly told me that I was getting exactly what I paid for.

I was very disappointed with this motel. The room smelled terrible, like old urine. The shower curtain was falling off the walls. There was mold on the curtain itself. The toilet was not secured to the floor so it was an adventure whenever it was used. There was also what appeared to be black mold on the wall behind the toilet tank. I would not recommend this motel to anyone.

I wish I could give it 0 stars. I paid almost $80. The room was BAD, dirty, stains, smelled bad, dumpy. The shower was filthy. It wasn't an $80 hotel, $25 at most. I told the person at the front desk that the room was disgusting. All she said was:"Oh we didn't know" and that's all! all the hotels were full, this was the only one with vacancies and there was a reason for that. Very bad, very very bad.

Beautiful hotel with top-notch arcade games. Unfortunately the Boston Baked Beans machine was empty, again. But overall a magical experience.

Dump, filthy, shower spurted HOT water in the middle of my shower and I got scalded, grounds unkempt, cigarette butts & garbage all over, major rip-off. Worth about $20 if that. They should pay YOU to stay there. I would not recommend this garbage-trap to anyone.
