Friendly staff, room with everything you need, good breakfast.

Had a reservation for a 3 night stay. Checked in at 2pm on Friday the 12th.
Woke up at about 345am on Saturday covered in bed bug bites across my back & arms. We showered, packed up & threw away most of our stuff and were out of there by 7am. We were told that we would be refunded the full amount for the 3 nights & to contact Expedia for our refund. Now 3 days later, I had to call and now I'm being told that we will only be refunded the nights we didn't stay. It's unfortunate since the clothing & things we had to throw away totaled more than what the room cost.

Make sure you can get out of your room, answer the phone at the front desk not take 30 minutes to check people in. Have the breakfast you say you have. Don't give rooms out that are being remodeled that have wheelbarrow in them. Have security locks that work kind of unsafe if anyone can walk in even if they don't have a room. Very unhappy with our stay. Staff wasn't friendly at all. Also the fan in the bathroom was so very LOUD couldn't hear with it on. Horrible aircondtioner in one of rooms.

Front desk person was okay, room was clean but needed attention.

A drop in the Super8 standard TV does not work drain plug in hand basin does not work Sorry is a famous word pity the staff can not use this word.

Location was great, but parking cramped, and the fact that I couldn't get a refund after being 'in room' for two hours, (I had checked in, and left before going into the room, to attend an event, ) and the overall vibe from the clerk's I dealt with being annoyed and seemingly bothered by the guest in front of me myself and then the guests behind me in line, it was a decent older building, and fairly cheap rates. Overall, not the worst, but by far not the best.

We reserved 2 rooms so one could accommodate a disabled person, but the room had nothing to help a person in a wheel chair. We're used to that kind of thing unfortunately. Otherwise, it was very quiet, let us have a puppy with us, and we're very clean.

Check in was quick and easy but pricey for a 2 bed room that didnt have the most comfortable bedding and the towels felt like you were using sandpaper on your body but the room had a good channel lineup for the TV service which was nice.

Very nice. Clean. Nice inside pool area. Hot tub has been removed. Lots of vending machines and ice stations. They had a really nice breakfast — scrambled eggs, waffles, sausage biscuit sandwiches, breads, muffins, yogurt, oj, apple juice, coffee, cereal and milk. Several good restaurants are nearby.

Location is convenient and the facility is clean and reasonably priced. The staff has been amazing. We are here for a baseball tournament and they have been accomadating with our needs.

The staff here is the best! Our truck had a dead battery in the morning and they went out of their way to help us get back on the road. We will definitely stay here again!

The room is clean, spacious and quiet. The pool looks to be in fine shape. The front desk staff was very nice at check in. We would stay here again.

When we arrived at the hotel the lady at the front desk was very rude to us. The rooms were dirty and dark. Stains on the chairs, out dated, pictures on the website do not match what the hotel itself looks like on the inside. The pool was open until 10pm when we went to the pool with the kids at 8pm the lights in the pool area were not on, we went to the front desk to ask for the lights to be turned on this was now at 9pm and again was very rude. Overall not a good experience. Also bathroom doors did not close and latch.

Doors weren't able to lock, wanted to us to come to the front desk to be escorted to a room every time we enter or exit the room. Pool is out of order. And lady at front desk had no patience for us when we questioned why. Then canceled the reservation when we asked to keep it. So much for Hometown hospitality. This is exactly what I need when I'm here for a funeral.

Great place to stay for the price. I've stayed at both the Comfort Inn and Motel 6 across the street and this is much better. I'm glad I found this place to stay when I am in Liberal. Good, clean and decent value.

This place is a dump. I suspect some of the positive reviews are from insiders or people with some other motive I haven't figured out yet. Pay a little extra and go to a decent hotel/motel.

We loved it here. It's clean and very comfortable with awesome staff. Overall we couldn't be more pleased.

Decided to stop here for the night and was helped by the friendly staff at the front desk. Lisbeth really made us feel welcome and provided me and the wife with a nice room for the night. Clean and quiet really made us feel right at home. Definatly staying here again, we recommend this place if your looking for somewhere to stay for the night. Really deserves the 5 stars.

It was okay. We arrived around 11:30pm and left at 7am. The pool was closed, which was fine as we didn't plan to swim. There was some noise, but not too much. The room itself wasnt bad, it also wasn't great. The bed was not as comfortable as some reviews I had read. It felt like the spring was loose on one side, which made it dip quite a bit. The water pressure was weak for the shower. The continental breakfast was just like any other. Overall, it was fine for a short stay, nothing more.

This is a good place to stay. Comfy beds nice breakfast good shower, only down side is the pool is not heated and very cold and they got read of the're hot tub.

The place is well cared for, provides nice lighting and is very clean. I felt very comfortable during my stay; almost felt like home. (Stayed for 5 days. ) Odicea and Rosa were immensely courteous, kind and definitely made the stay even better. I would definitely recommend and if I’m ever in Liberal again, I’ll be choosing this place!

Fantastic place to stay and staff was very friendly and helpful. Cassandra was the best. A family member had passed and she allowed our family to gather in the breakfast area to say our final good byes. Was such a wonderful place to stay.

Stayed here while visiting some family. Its not the Ritz-Carlton but its pretty decent. The beds were comfortable, the breakfast only has basic food (waffles, bagels, cereal) but was great anyway. Staff was friendly and very helpful and the showers were hot. Only complaints I have was the bathroom wasn't ventilated, and the hallways were hot and dirty. But other than that, Super 8 of Liberal's a decent place to stay.

Provided basic lodging. Juices at breakfast not available. Slight odor in the room. Visible damage in bathroom.

Good overnight stay for our family. Price was great. Rooms were clean and the hotel was quiet. We arrived at midnight and check in was quick and we were to our room in no time. Rooms were small and need some updating, but that was no problem. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. If passing thru and need a place to rest for the night, this place delivers.

Easy booking, clean and well lit area. Nice new TV, big vanity mirror, nice table for 2, refrigerator and microwave. Air conditioner is broken looking but works just fine. Bed is really uncomfortable though. Good room for the price! Just I recommend booking online, was a bit cheaper. Also, make sure the windows are locked, we had to lock them. (We checked Because they have a 'safety tips' card). This town also stinks really bad just and FYI. But glad we chose this place over any others.

Staff has been friendly and helpful each visit. The rooms are clean and quiet. It is showing its age, but slight improvements seem to keep it moving forward.

Quite possibly the best Super 8 I have been at in 10 years. Room looked new. It was clean. No smoke smell. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Pool was usable although I did not utilize it.

Lodging is higher than you expect because of low competition (best to reserve online). There is little exterior interest, but the quiet rooms are well appointed with multiple pillows, refrigerator & microwave plus coffee. Didn't use the indoor pool, but a family was enjoying it. The breakfast was usual Super 8 fare with waffles. Cattleman's II is an excellent cafe directly across the street for supper (chicken fried steak was homemade and great).

Fast, friendly, and knowledgeable service. Very reasonable in price, and perfectly clean and functioning room with coffee pot, blow dryer, clock, TV and fridge, iron and board with a newer flat panel tv… The only thing I didnt like was no exhaust fan in bathroom. Would recomnend to anyone and will be staying here again in the future!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. They over charged us for both room based on what we were quoted 5 minutes before checking in. Then they gave us 3 different sets of keys and we still weren't able to get into the room so we had to change rooms. We asked for a smoking room but were put in non smoking. To top it off my in laws room was given away to someone else with their personal items still in the room while we went to eat. We came back, walked into the room to find another couple in there. Do NOT stay at this hotel… EVER!

I made a reservation through Orbits and called at 11 to let the GSR know that I was stuck at work and would not be in until 4:30am and to please hold onto my reservation. When I arrived at the hotel the little girl told me she had already run the audit. I said that I had called to let her know I was going to be late and she said that she was required to run the audit by 4:30, which is strange because I worked there 4 years ago and was able to hold off on the audit. If I was waiting on a guest. I told her no problem and asked her to retrieve my no show reservation (which I had the ability to do when I worked there) she told me she didn't know how to do that and suggested that I call Orbitz "again" customer service where I had booked the reservation. I tried and Orbitz customer service number wasn't working. When u told the girl working there that she said she could just charge my credit card again and get me a room while we got it straightened out. I told her never mind and went somewhere else. The Super 8 in Liberal, KS needs to get it together. They either need to hire smarter people or train better. I will definitely be calling the manager in Monday and will not be making a reservation there again.

Hotel staff is extremely friendly and while I was an idiot and locked the bathroom door on myself, they came with out complaint and unlocked it within a minute. The room was very clean and well cared for; my mother and I slept better in this Super 8 than at the Courtyard Marriot in Santa Fe. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend for anyone alone or with a large family to stop.

Pool heater was broken when we arrived. Good DirecTV selection.

Been there for 4 nights and probably going back to same Super 8 fir next 2 months. I don't like being 5 hrs from my wife but it's predeim that helps and overtime. But good motel if you like liberal, ks. I would prefer Days Inn but it's ok for out of town work.

Clean quiet and nice rooms for the price and close to land of Oz museum.
