The guy checking people in was working very hard but everything was a disaster. It took us over an hour to check in and a customer was running around trying to help clean rooms because nobody would answer their phones to help the poor guy trying to check people in. Rooms he thought were clean were not, and this was at 9p. M. The room is fine, but the upper administration of this hotel should be deeply ashamed at how they abandoned the front desk guy and left customers to suffer. They're going to hear from me for a long time over this.

Great hotel for the price. Rooms are clean, bed is good. Only problem is that the front desk staff don't seem very well trained. It takes them forever to get you checked in and out. I would hate to check out if there was a line.

Staff is hit or miss, but mostly miss. Front desk guy should be ashamed of himself for having no idea where the nearby post office was. I mean COME ON, you're from there and eat, sleep, and breathe in that place you should know where the important stuff in your town is located, guy.

Buyer Beware. I've been at this hotel for 12 days without my room being cleaned. I asked four different front desk workers about the cleaning schedule, one didn't know because he was new, the others gave me three different answers. Each time I asked the staff let me know if I needed anything I could come to the front desk and get it. Well I'm paying $70 a night here, I shouldn't have to come get towels or check out a broom. This is first time staying at a Suburban Extended Stay and the last. If you're only staying for a couple days it's not a bad place to stay. The cleaning schedule is more complicated than it should be. On the choice app and on the magnet placed on the refrigerator states that rooms are cleaned weekly. If the rooms are being cleaned every 12 days that's not weekly, its bi-weekly. I asked two different staff members to have my room cleaned after extending my trip. Both times I was told that they would have my room cleaned but it never happened. Going forward if anyone ask me for a reference about this facility I will tell them this story and tell them about all the little that I normally don't list in reviews.

It was comfortable once I cleaned the kitchen and bathroom floors. It's a nice place but the housekeeping needs to pay more attention to their jobs, that is the rug right outside in the hallway of my room where I swept all the trash that they left, if you zoom in you can see. The other picture is the dirty hot pad and cutting board that they left on my counter. Other than that the bed was very comfortable, I slept well!

Bed was hard, 1 trashcan, penalty for excess trash, linen change weely, only two towels. Wanted to charge extra for more.

The front desk people were the best. Very friendly and informative. Let me check in a little before time which was much appreciated. Very clean and the stove fridge and microwave were a nice surprise.

Facilities in need of some cosmetic attention, but otherwise nice. Cusomer service could be better, but staff did what they thought was right and tried to resolve the situation at their level. Will likely use again.

Great place for an extended stay. Conveniently off the freeway and love the places close. Just wish the fitness center had weights and or machines.

Nice room, and most of the staff was very helpful that I encounter when friend arrived at hotel. I had spoke with one over the phone prior to arrival and she gave me attitude. I belive there to be a miscommunication between what was needed. Overall good experience. (Booked room for friend)

I travel to KC almost every weekend for work. This is the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff is friendly, the rooms are huge, and the beds are actually firm enough.

The staff was nice but the hotel it's self is going down hill fast. The ac had mildew/mold on it and was busted open. The floors felt dirty. The doors to get into the hotel are supposed to be locked wth key access but they are all broken. The 4th floor door knob was busted off. I guess you get what you pay for, or what your company pays for.

Great staff and perfect location! The extended stay room came with a full size refrigerator, cooking stovetop, microwave and other amenities… Everything was clean and well maintained. I would definitely stay again.

Employees are very curiosity when you walk into the facility. The common area is nicely done and clean, restroom clean, and rooms decent size for one or two people not for a family and not a whole lot of space for anything else.

Not a bad hotel at all. Friendly and understanding staff that helps make it a much better experience. Breakfast was on point and continental (free) and delicious. Rooms are (seemingly) clean so thats a major plus.

Everything was great! Excellent location, clean, friendly staff, newly remodeled, quiet. Rooms were very nice with flatscreen TV's and full kitchen. Located directly across from large convenience store. Would stay here again and would highly recommend.

I love this hotel. Very peaceful, quiet and only business people as hotel guest. They have everything brand new and looks like newly built hotel from the ground. The staff is wonderful and very accommodating. I am really surprised when some people write bad review about this hotel. While I have stayed here many times and every time I found more attractive and pleasant. No complaint at all. This was a nice hotel. I was treated very friendly and with respect as a customer. The beds were comfortable and clean. The hotel outside was very clean and presentable.

Stayed here many times since 2013. It is getting worse as time goes on. Maintenance issues much worse (fridge or TV not working). Noisy… I get the feeling people live here? Too bad. Used to be a nice place.

Rooms are very nice, its was a sun and the biscuits snd gravy didnt make it out till after 7am almost 730, then when wife got up went done to eat a lil before 9 they were cleaning things up, most hotels dont break down till 10pm esp on a sun. Otherwise was a nice stay.

This place is great for someone that is a traveling worker. The rate is better than most places that is on the Choice hotels app. Bed is very nice. Only thing is that they need to get new TV remotes.

Stayed for work for a few weeks, breakfast was basically non existent. Waffles or cereal were the only choices. Cars being worked on in the parking lot on a regular basis. Walls are thin. Bed is comfortable enough. No bugs.

I had a great experience at this hotel! It was clean and freshly remodeled! The front desk help, Cheryl and Kathryn were extremely helpful and down to earth. Every time we pass through KC we will be staying at this location!

Dirty rooms, roaches, the bathrooms weren't clean either complaints to front desk are pointless they simply don't care. Don't put yourself in a bad predicament.

This was the worst hotel we have ever been in. I honestly think most of the people lived there. Our room had so much mold on the ceiling above the beds that you could smell it as soon as you walked in. The ceiling was even bulging like it could collapse at any given moment. The smell was so strong that we immediately got headaches and then to top it all off, we pulled back the covers on one of the beds, and cockroaches were crawling on the sheets. Yep, this will be one of those moments that my kids will never forget. Thankfully I have a sense of humor, and we got our money back. I guess you get what you pay for.

Not a bad hotel. They have a kitchen for the 2 bed room suite. However, the utensils are dirty so you will need to wash before using. Also, they don't make your bed and give you fresh towels everyday if you stay multiple nights.

Do not stay at this hotel! worst place. Management is not helpful. Sketchy characters in parking lots and guests who stay there are loud, even disturbing. They leave one person to manage the entire hotel at night. The night we "checked in" for.

STAY AWAY! The place is disgusting. Soon as you walk in the floor in the check in area isn't clean. I walked into my room & it was freezing (Thank you). I saw crumbs of food on the floor everywhere. The shower had hair all over it. The tub was gross. There was a tooth pick on the floor & more crumbs. I would give it a half star if I could. Sorry just isn't good enough. Cheap. It was under renovation while we were there and therefore dirty. Not the best amenities i. E. No breakfast, very limited to channels, and no room service. But for an uber cheap stay with low expectations it's not too bad.

Good Wi-Fi, has roaches though.

Super friendly staff! Our team stayed here and they were very helpful getting us checked in and settled. They are in the midst of renovating!

My room had roaches. I informed the woman working the front desk and she showed concern. We went back to the room and she told me, "there shouldn't be any roaches in the rooms". No compensation or any kind of action was taken from there.

Okay, so I am a VERY picky hotel stayer. I booked a room at this hotel without seeing some of the reviews and after I'd already booked it I saw some things that made me very nervous. I've read numerous negative reviews about this place and so far, I have absolutely no complaints. There are no crazies in the parking lot, no road noise, no bugs of any kind, our room is CLEAN, our bed is fairly comfortable. The hotel does appear to be undergoing some updating, but would you rather them not make needed repairs? And to top it off the girl who checked us in is as sweet as can be. I am so relieved that it turned out to be apparently just some people who like complain that left those reviews. Just thought I'd leave this for anyone having any doubts after reading the reviews:)

Cheryl got in my face demanding that "I respect her if I want to be respected". She closed one of the hall doors practically on me. I've also often seen and heard her yelling at other guests of the hotel in a very ghetto manner. She even entered my room while I was FULLY nude, which clearly meant she was comfortable doing so! Then she called my room phone saying she spoke to management about, "my behavior". She lied saying management would kick me out if I behaved in such a way again. As if to say I was dying to be nude around her regularly?! I know she lied about what management had to say about it because I asked the manager! I told the current manager (Marlon Cibrian) about her entering my room while I was undressed. He said that from now on only management would handle my services instead of her. I noticed he started being extra friendly whenever he did assist me at the front desk. Then shortly afterwards he offered to hang out with me. I wrongly assumed it was because he felt bad about the horrible service I received and wanted to make up for it with genuine kindness. Then he offered to get a different room to be alone with me. No hotel employee should offer to be alone with a guest in another bedroom the guest has nothing to do with! I declined and said I'd rather be in public if he wanted to hang out just out of kindness. He agreed. Then he said he would drive so that it wouldn't look "suspicious" leaving his car there while off work.

This place seemed very nice, the employees were able to work with us pretty well when a situation came up. But however another situation came up where we had roaches in our room, and they did nothing about it other than say their manager would be there in the morning, and wasn't there when we were ready to check out. They said they'll be giving us a refund, and they better. The front desk woman had a temper on her a bit with my friend, but was able to talk to me about the situation eventually. I say, do not stay here. Its cheap, but roaches arent worth the price.

Been forced by the company to stay here a few time last couple visit moved rooms multiple times due to bed bugs very very disgusting. Then fire alarm was constantly going off in the middle of the night. Finally got my company to drop them from send us there ever again. This place should get no stars.

Entire floor reeks of marijuana smoke from employees. Complained to front desk to no avail. Front desk is unwilling to supply extra pillows or towels so bring your own. Bring your own cleaning supplies too: the rooms are dirty. The mattresses are old, sunken in and have squeaky springs. The only employee who smiled during my entire stay was the woman working in the afternoon (Cheryl? ) ; every other employee was rude, indifferent or confused. I definitely won't stay here again.

Clean and peaceful, flatscreen tv, kitchenette with full size fridge and microwave plus laundry room. Weekly rate is awesome, everyone from my company has been staying here for over a month now.

Friendly, clean, and price was great. Well worth the money.

Still staying here. After almost a week, it's great. Quiet and very clean. Better than where my husband and I were. I would definitely recommend.
