Bad service all around. Charged for 2 nights even tho only stayed 10 hours. Cleaning crew just walked right in room without knocking. Worst money I ever spent in my life.

The room smelled like smoke… but opened a widow and put on the AC then we were fine.

The only positive was that we booked online so they waived the one pet policy (we still paid the pet fee for all of them). The room was falling apart — worn holes in the carpet, a hole in the bathroom wall, and the bath tub was disgusting (not sure if it was dirty or just stained that way). For what ended up costing us over $100 for one night, we were quite disappointed.

Very dirty feel. It smelled bad here, an outlet was hanging out of the wall, and the lock to the back entrance was either broken or left unlocked. They told us on the phone that the room would be $60, but when we got there they charged us $80. The rooms you get do not look like the nice ones they advertise with.

I really enjoyed my stay it was clean and very very friendly the night staff was so nice I didn't even care the pool was closed they made me feel welcome I love the rooms too and how close everything is to the hotel I will be staying again.

Terrible hotel, but cheap. Staff was nice and they tried hard. Which is better than some. Moldy ceiling in shower, shower curtain was moldy. One bed did not have clean sheets, lots of hair from a few different people. When I asked for more it took 3 trips to get all items (2 sheets and 2 pillow cases). Don't come here if you are looking for quality. If you don't care about the type of sleep you are going to get, and you just need a place to lay your head that is 60 dollars, this may be the hotel for you.

I have had extended stays in some really bad places around the world. Including tents, shipping containers, and a fraternity house. This hotel, hands down, is the worst place I’ve ever stayed. On good days the whole hotel reeks of cigarette butts. On a bad day hallways smell of beer swill and drugs still illegal in this state. The rooms (I switched rooms in an attempt to better my conditions) have an unidentifiable funk that’s immune to bottles of Febreeze. Air mattresses would be an upgrade to the comfort of their beds. No kidding, the mattress sagged 5” when I sat on it. I measured. The pillows are a joke. It’s as if someone dropped a hand towel into a pillowcase. Outlets hang from the wall waiting to kill an unknowing toddler. Other people staying here seem to think midnight is still an appropriate time to crank their music and slam doors. It seems they need to mark each minute with a door slam. The second room was missing a phone. If you use the ironing board, be prepared to wash that laundry afterwards. The pool is boarded up. It appears it’s been like that for a while. No work was done to fix it during my stay. Breakfast is a joke. Two boxes of cheap cereal are left out with milk, small styrofoam bowls, and the worst coffee. In. The. World! I’m no coffee snob. I like my coffee black. This stuff actually made me gag. Unidentifiable “stuff” mark the walls. Maybe it’s toothpaste? If so, why is it above the bed? The hotel as a whole is the dirtiest I’ve ever seen.

The only reason why I gave it a 1 is because you can't put 0. Place is dirty and really smelly. Lamps had cords cut off and ceilings falling from water damage. Room door didnt even lock from the outside. Overall the worst place to stay!

The guy who runs it is always drunk at night I think he might even be bipolor one minute you are his friend and the next he hates you and wants you out his staff sucks the guy cleaning the rooms would rather be on his phone then clean the rooms properly. Kida up stairs arw loud. If you do work for him he gives you a free room but dont get a second job he gets pissy and kicks you out there was a fight in the haul one night and it took them like 10 minutes to get up there and break it up. The pool is a joke it doea not even work and he has not fixed it. The breakfeast sucks you have to be up like realy freaking early. I would never stay again my water was room temp most of the time my ac and heat did not work. His wife is cool. He is going to put up exy glass so the customers cant get to the desk person very unpersonal very sad. There is weeb in there and you can really smell it when people are smoking never again will I stay there.

I stayed at this hotel for a week and room was always clean and plenty of towels good breakfest and Wi-Fi I recommend if your in junction area stay here they have good service and rates! Very friendly also pet friendly.

Sorry very disappointing not very clean and lunch included C is a joke 3 4 little muffin and some slice of bread no jam the cafe is good by cons.

Decent place for the price. Walls are super thin. Wi-Fi is spotty; worked perfectly in my first room, doesn't work whatsoever in my new room. Other than that no complaints. EDIT: (new complaint) because midnight thirty is a perfect time to start replacing door handles.

The people at the desk were very helpful. TV had a lot of channels AND there was Wi-Fi. The only reason I'm not giving them 5/5 is because the rooms could've been cleaner.

The front desk did not offer Wi-Fi password when we checked, rooms dingy, had to go outside to use the phone and no data or Wi-Fi in room got a refund and left. Very poor management.

This hotel was taken over about 6 months ago and is in the process of being revamped. This is an older hotel, which means it isn't going to be great, but it also doesn't cost you a hundred dollars or more to stay in. Our room was neat and clean and came at a commensurate price. Your not going to get luxury at this price, but you can get neat and clean plus the owner is a really nice individual with years of experience who is working at making this a great place to stay. He became a friend in the short time that we were there. In fact, due to the loss of our car in Louisville to a red light runner, we are having to backtrack through Kansas and we will gladly stay at this hotel. If you are a hotel snob, there are plenty of expensive hotels across the street. However, if you want a clean room and friendly service at a decent price then this is the place for you.

My experience at this hotel was great! The staff was friendly, and they made sure everything got done right. The room was clean and the showers and bed were great. The breakfast was also very good. They had orange juice, apple juice, bread, butter, muffins, bagels, cream cheese, and cereal. I definitely recommend staying at this hotel.

Don't waste your time or money! ** Zero customer service and zero reliability. Had reservations booked for a week, for 2 rooms, for 1 night. Came in to check in around 8 am do to our event wouldn't be done till later in the evening. Returned to hotel after event and our rooms were no longer available and given away. Man behind desk didn't care, had zero apologies. Raised his voice and stood up out of anger and showed aggression to me my sister and dad. I wouldn't trust this place. Should be zero stars… But don't let me.

We went to our event and came back to check in about 8 PM and she said okay and walked to the office and a man came out and pretended to look at the computer and said we had no reservations. I was dissatisfied with his response and asked multiple times how this could happen after taking my card number for the reservations and showing up to be sure at was paid for die to the fact we wouldn't be back until late evening, he got upset with me and raised his to me. So my recommendation would be to avoid this place due to their business practices. After checking around town for another hotel we learned that everyone was booked because there was a K-state game on the same day, what do you really happened? Avoid this place!

I suppose you get what you pay for, but this hotel advertised an indoor pool (closed) and free Wi-Fi (inaccessible from our room and we never got it to work in the lobby). The room was clean, but there were clear signs of mold in the bathroom ceiling. The breakfast was free, but it was basically a joke. The customer service was perfunctory and cold, but nobody was rude and they seemed resigned to helping if asked to. I can't really decide if saving $15 was worth it. This was a big shoulder shrug of an overnight.

Hotel has two well deserved stars. Owner and staff were friendly and rooms are cheap but the bathroom in my room was not properly cleaned, there was sticky stuff on the floor and the tub had hair and soap residue from the previous people. Fridge was not well cleaned out, rooms don't smell fresh, pool always seems out of service even tho no one seems to be working on it and price stays the same. Wi-Fi upstairs struggles, no hot water after a certain time in some rooms. Kids upstairs were loud front desk did not solve the issue. Bread feast isn't even hot, starts late, not fresh, days old and always the same. If you have the money, go somewhere else. Would not recommend.

Worst hotel … Marijuana smoke fills the place … they have been robbed more than ever twice in just a few days … not safe … people lounging on the floor in the hallways… rude staff … kids running around screaming in the hallways… prostitution. Drug dealers… music blaring from cars … noise complaints and front desk does nothing … blankets have holes… mold on bathroom ceiling and on shower curtains … maintenance man seems to be the only one who cares and no one seems to listen to him … they ripped the safes out of all the rooms and never filled in the holes it left… super 8 across the street is no better save your money stay in another town! Don't bring your kids here nor your families it's a hell hole!

No cold water in my shower room. Bugs in the bed bite me all nite front desk clerk said too bad nothing he could do, the manager Never returned my calls. Worst stay ever for a holiday.

The whole place smelled of marijuana. There was a man soliciting prostitutes outside of the door. There were young drunk men singing and whistling loudly in the hallway. This place made me feel very uncomfortable. My first night here the police also showed up. I would never let my family stay here. It is not a safe establishment. There did not seem to be any staff to witness any of this. Very sad state.

Outside hotel looks ok. When we checkin front desk talk nice. But after 2 hours stay to whole night dog was barking from both side of our rooms. At midnight. Whole lobby smells like smoking weeds. very strong smell. at night time group of young kids. Was there playing in the hallway and lobby area. Out side parking lot. some young people was drinking beer. And laughing very loudly. pool was dirty. Smelly. Breakfast. Was garbage. We have asked for receive fax. Front desk was rude. This hotel is not for family. Its totally insecure dirty cheap. Hotel. Not to stay here.

My experience was very pleasant staying at this place. Nice clean room. Motel is located right off the exit. Staff was friendly, breakfast was good. Wish there was more space in the breakfast area.

Stayed at the hotel and was very very pleased with my stay. The staff was very very friendly. My room was nice and clean and the AC worked great and the pool and spa was great.

I stayed there for 3 nights. Best room for this price. Room and amenities are clean. I liked seeming pool and hot tub. Most importantly, person on the office desk was very nice. It was very convenient for interstate traveler, since this motel is right on the exit of I-70. Worth for its price.

Good value. Motel is right off the exit on I-70. I checked in late, there was no problem. Breakfast was good. Rooms looked like they were renovated recently. It is bit away from the highway, it was quite. I did stay here couple of years ago; see a big difference. Pool is enjoyable for some relaxation. Good resturants closeby. Would recommend to the long travelling salesmen like me.

Clean rooms, convenient location. Staff was really friendly. They went extra mile to make sure I had a good stay. Also, the breakfast was good. Overall good value for the money.

Smoky smelling, mold in bathroom, torn wallpaper. Dis-colored, Gray mat in tub. Not what you would expect from a Comfort Inn. Holiday Inn Express might be a better choice.
