Very small rooms, old building, dog room smelled a bit like urine but airing it out helped. Clerk was almost clueless, could park outside. My window but said that it was semi parking, it's 3 am and no trucks, my truck and boat are outside my window so I can watch them. For $65 including $10 dog fee so get what you pay for, not much else around here, maybe should have went farther into Junction City.

My wife while traveling fell extremely ill and pulled off the interstate into this Econo Lodge parking lot. She went inside for help and to call 911. The front desk personnel REFUSED to call 911 and told her to leave because she wasn't a customer. Then when I attempted to gather more information like their name, manager, owner, etc I was denied and told to leave. While attempting to take a picture of them for visual ID the front desk personnel came across the counter, grabbed my arm and hand and physically tried to take my phone from me. Forcing me to defend myself. Police report was filed. By my grace I declined to press charges against the front desk personnel. Corporate complaint was filed in which the person who answered the phone hung up on corporate not once but twice.

Clean, roomy and very good price. The people are friendly and very helpful. It reminds me of the days when motels were typically a family business. Did I say great value?

What can I say it's cheap. Nice enough room and price. Per packaged muffins for breakfast and milk and juice. Beds are stiff. Cable is decent. The people that work there are very rude and impolite. Made sure you check your room before and after you leave. The housekeepers are a joke. They charged me for towel stating I stole them. I dispute it with corporate. Got no where, you win econ. For now. I will never stay at ecno again.

Inexpensive. Clean enough to not scare you. If you need a place while passing thru, good option. Owners are nice and responsive.

It was adequate at best for our stop on the highway. Easy checkin and out. Breakfast was very limited to day the least. But it worked well and we felt safe with our family. A great place for a budget night off the highway to come in sleep and leave in morning. Wouldn't stay longer than that.

I like this place. Simple and cheap and clean. Yes, the breakfast is SUPER MINIMAL but I didnt come for the breakfast. Got a good nights sleep, didnt worry about bedbugs, enjoyed the owners/desk staff, they were cute and nice, used the mini fridge and it didnt even freeze my vegetables. Its definitely cheaper if you call the hotel directly rather than booking with the 1-800 number. 785-two three eight-8181 is the number.

Worst hotel ever. The new paint job didn't cover up the smell of mildew in the halls. The owners had a nasty disposition and were very rude. The chairs in the rooms were Dusty and the beds were comparable to prison mattresses, from what I hear. Breakfast consisted of a few dry pastries and milk. Never again. I didn't even want to eat in the room. I also used my own linen to sleep. Everyone in my group agreed that this place was the worst ever.

Very bad Service, I went there at night time and the people from the desk were sleeping and get upset went we ring the bell for the service, the lady came out and said with bad attitude are you going to take room yes or not? Give me the card? And we said no because of her bad attitude and service, very sad they need new employees with good customer services. 5/27/2018

I really had great experience at the his hotel and its been renovoted and the new management is really good. I use to go to this place since I had to some business work on Ft. Riley. And this new owners are so nice and helpful.

I stayed at this hotel because I had an orientation at K state. And let me tell you, I had the best stay here. The staff made me feel like home and they were really helpful to me. Since I was new in this state. The rooms and service was really great. Loved it.

I had best experience at this hotel in a long time. I do lot of business traveling and this one is been the best so far. The service was nice and staff was really helpful. Next time I am traveling to CO, I am staying here.

Worst hotel Iever stayed at. I made a pet deposit during check in and then while checking out the hotel management made a fuss about dog hair. A couple of days later econo lodge took money off my debit card to do there job and vacuum when it was supposed to be a pet friendly hotel all ready. I will never be staying ther again and will not be recommending this place.

Looking at the reviews my family thought it would be just a nice and simple place to stay. The room was hot the ac ran all night it was super loud. The beds where very hard and uncomfortable bedding was not the best either we where suppose to get two queen size beds they looked more like full size bed. The room smelled like Mildew and something dead. The bathroom wasn’t the best either. My family booked this hotel for two nights needless to say we stayed one night and didn’t care if we got charged for two. We booked another hotel somewhere else.

Super nice people and Super clean and Super cheap! Bed was quite comfortable too! SCORE!

Beware! Absolute worst hotel I've ever stayed at with worst customer service. They pay for positive reviews… Refrigerator had half eaten cupcake in it (free breakfast? ). Room smelled moldy and like animal urine and light switch had so much dirt caked into it that it was disgusting. When I mentioned this to owners they began yelling at me and threatening to call police. I was nice to them and told them I was just bringing to their attention — not looking for anything yet they kept yelling that I wanted a free room. Husband came down in PJ's and they wouldn't give me a receipt. Crazy town USA… find a different place to stay — those people were nuts!

The rooms are generously sized, clean and comfortable. We stayed on the 3rd floor and suggest you DO NOT WALK AND LOOK AT THE CARPET! It plays with your mind! Regardless, we used Price line and payed with tax $51.00! It was a great nights sleep and this will be our new hotel of choice!

To spend a night poor a low-cost this well, it is not The type of hotel for my taste.

This was our third time staying at the Econo Lodge in Junction City. Price was right… very clean… the people friendly and helpful. They even let our fur baby stay. It is an older motel… but has been up dated.

This hotel is literally the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The owners are very rude and come up with bogus hotel policies. The only good thing about it, is it's cheap. The workers here are very rude and not friendly, told me I couldn't have visitors and says that he watches me on the cameras in the hallways (creepy). The rooms are small and beds are very uncomfortable and hard. The hallways are smelly, hot and muggy. Not a very clean hotel and breakfast is crappy. I highly advise to not stay here.

Hardest beds I have ever slept on. Customer service was bad. : (The guy in front called m The while I was sleeping to ask if I was leaving by check out 30 minutes before check out. He sounded angry. I literally only got there (late at night) to sleep and leave. Not the way I wanted to wake up. I was hoping to get another 15 minutes of sleep.

Older place and was hesitant to stay at an economy lodge. Was happy to see the place was clean like the other comments had said. Good place to rest your head after a long drive. Had a weird smell to the building but there is smoking rooms available and probably accounts for the smell. The room was very nice and was very happy with how clean it was. Also had a play pen available for our year and half old to sleep in.

Good value! The staff is friendly, the room was clean and functional. Air conditioning worked great! The internet was fast. Best bang for the buck.

The room was small simple. Just right for a night just off the hwy. Motel staff was nice. It's not the best night sray ever but If u need a room for the night or two I would stay again.

Tried to scam me by claiming that I broke the handle in room 310. I returned the key and they asked about the handle I said it was broke before and asked if it was normal procedure to go around at night checking the door handles. Had to call the police. When they arrived they talked to the manager and went to the room and the door handle not broke. Manager threaten to call the police I did it for him and got it all settled. Never would stay here again. This place should be shut down. Tried to scam another traveler by claiming they did not receive the hotwire money and was insisting for additional payment. Requiring the traveler to pay twice. Also manager got so upset he started talking in Farsi instead of English.

Horrible place. Managers trying to gouge for door handle and toilet broken, when they were broken when we got there. Be prepared to call the sheriff at checkout!

Friendly staff. Room was very clean, though the maid forgot to restock bathroom towels. Was rather odd, but the guy wanted to look in the bathroom to be sure, like maybe they didn't believe me… Whatever. I was rather irked he came in behind me, and peaked into the bathroom. Not to mention my four year old was taking a bath. He didn't speak much English and I didn't speak what he spoke. The bed was comfortable and the whole fam slept soundly. They do have hair dryers now, at least in our room. The breakfast was minimal to the extreme, but hey, so was the room's price. It was very handy being right off the Hwy. One thing I was disappointed about, the cabinet drawers had been repaired beyond use, and I cut myself on one of the over long screws… BTW, the parking is well lit.

Staff speaks broken English at best. Not a pleasant bunch. Hotel isn't up to date and shady types are usually the guests.

Friendly. Higher quality than you expect for the price. Glad I found this place and it is near a Cracker Barrel.

Easy access from the highway. Nice for passing through the area.

Rooms were basic, A/C actually worked. Cheap rate close to Riley. Overall good experience.

Company error when booking rooms. Instead of having to room with a room mate as usual with my company, was allowed a very spacious single. Micro fridge, microwave, flat screen TV with cable hookup and TV guide (rare for motels) were very welcome. Clean room with carpet and not terrible fake wood linoleum like most hotels are moving towards when renovating. Clean bathroom with tub/shower combo and light and ventilation fan. Room had plenty of outlets, lights, and a very spacious eating area! Ac/heating unit worked very well. 5 Stars for Econo Lodge in Omaha, Nebraska!

My room was nice and clean, the host was nice and friendly I told him I was alone and he gave me a room all the way In the back, iwould have felt safer being up closer, but I would come here again! :-) :-)

Clean, friendly, water was hot, bed was neat. Heat worked. Didn't try to use the intenet since I only stayed to sleep. But everything that needed to work woked. Good place for a quick stop.

It was much cleaner than I expected. We got a great deal for the amount of money we paid and the front desk lady was so friendly! The beds were comfy and it was warm and cozy.

Mattress was somewhat hard and room outdated, but good for the price and not bad for a quick one-night stay on a road trip.

Not the greatest; stayed in a "suite" which is nothing to get excited about. Just a larger room with very bad furniture. Couch was uncomfortable, stained, and damaged. Coffee table also pretty beat up. Staff were friendly and accommodating.

Great this is the third time here but the bathroom though very clean I feel the bathroom floor was a little slippery when wet. Just went ther again last night Oc t 1 and not satified charged ten dollars too much so they gave five back. When we got to the room we had to wipe off the table because it had water on it because they left the window open and it rained heavy the night before. Then the air kept cutting off all night and it seems they were not concerned they woke up to construction outside the window in the parking lot also the blanket on the bed had a whole in it but it was not a big hole, may not go back again because motel 6 has same price/

I was intrigued by the low price and a little wary at first but ended up staying for several nights while visiting family at KSU. The room was clean and VERY reasonable for the price and the manager/staff was very accommodating. There were no problems with noisy guests, bad smells, or suspicious stains. They have washers and dryers downstairs for a very reasonable price. Overall, I would rate this closer to a 4.0 than a 3.1.
