I meant to do this review a month ago, as I stayed there back on August 27, 2016, but it's still not too late to give KUDOS where it is due! I was moving from Colorado Springs to Huntsville, Alabama and traveling in a 15' Uhaul with my car in tow. I was exhausted, and was having problems trying to find a place to stay at the wee hours of that particular Saturday morning. The hotel I normally would've stayed as, as a member, was closed due to construction. So I was at a loss as to where to stay. I"d never stayed at a Sleep Inn & Suites before, so I didn't know what to expect. If memory serves me correctly, as I was really-really tired that night/morning. I actually stopped in at the "sister" hotel next door. However, that one was a little bit higher in price than what I could afford. So the guy behind the counter sent me next door to the Sleep Inn, which was more in my budget range. So KUDOS to him, as I apologize I can't remember your name. I think I wrote it down, but can't find my notes. However, if you were working the wee hours of the morning on 8-27-16, then you know who you are! You also trained the gal that ended up checking me in! So upon checking-in, the gal at the front desk (again, I apologize, as I didn't write your name down, but if you were working that morning you also know who you are) … was very helpful. She let me see the room before I booked it, which I required an ADA room. I did write down the name Innocence (not sure if they're from this location or another hotel along the way, as I had most of my notes all on one page, but if I wrote the name down, then that means a KUDOS goes to these folks)! So after booking the room, I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the room and how nice it was. I have nothing negative to report, which is great! Additionally, the staff here ALL went above & beyond. Everyone from management, to cleaning staff to front desk workers. They all were extremely nice, courteous & willing to go the extra mile to help out. So thank you for making my sleep-over enjoyable before I completed my 3-day drive to my new home in Alabama!
