We book The Candlewood Suites in Emporia as a Host Hotel for our 50th class reunions at Madison High School in Madison Kansas. They delivered everything they promised including a nice meeting room or our class gathered after decorating the gym for the banquet in Madison. Rooms were clean and comfortable as where the beds. And the meeting room and all of the sleeping rooms had a full size refrigerator and microwave and a sink which made it handy for our function. I would definitely recommend it to people staying in Emporia.

Nice place — clean and friendly desk staff. Good to have a full refrigerator and freezer. Restaurants close by. Beds were comfortable. On-site laundry and convenience store. No pool but we weren't looking for that.

Great price for last minute stop, pet friendly with minimal deposit. Comfortable room and they give you all the amenities of home. Only issue no continental breakfast, other than that reasonable price.

I live in hotels about a third of the year for my job and this one is really good. Staff is great and the rooms are comfortable and clean. My only complaint is that the internet is incredibly slow and since I have to do work online at times, this is a problem. Overall, I'd definitely recommend unless internet speeds are important to you.

Extended stay for work. Kitchenette is very accommodating and room service is willing to work with a day shift schedule. Close to downtown Emporia with grocery shopping across the street.

Clean suites, my room was a little run down, especially the tub. But all in all, a nice place to stay. They give you all the things you need to cook a meal and to feel welcome. I stay here while working at the hospital on call, and I get a really good discount for that reason. Will come and stay again.

A nice place to stay while in town, the kitchenette is very nice to have. My only complaint is that if your on the first or second floor the footsteps above can be super loud.

I received Excellent Customer Service upon arrival. Speedy check in, agent was friendly and informative and I was greeted with my first name. I felt very important. The Hotel is very clean and quiet… Nice pool even though not season for it… enjoyed the very accessible work out room. The open cabinet idea is nifty…

Beautiful, clean, fully stocked kitchen, spacious. Worth every penny. Staff is wonderful. Gage was at the front desk and he was very welcoming and accommodating to anything we needed.

This is my home away from home. Stay here a lot have family in Emporia and visit at least twice a year. Sandra and the rest of the staff are excellent and the facility is always clean and well kept.

Loved it it was a really nice and clean place to stay just like being at home! Loved that the washer and dryer was free! The only thing, it didn't have a pool!

Stayed here 3 days to visit my brother in Emporia. Pros: Great amenities, great price, friendly staff. The room was clean, comfortable, and plenty big enough. Cons: Currently on fire.

Get the coffee pot fixed in room 104. Otherwise, pretty nice lodgings. Very friendly staff and room very clean. Liked the use of a blender if you need one, which we did.

Great place to stay haven't stayed in any others but this location in emporia ks is great. Staff are all extremely nice and helpful and they don't have problems upgrading if there's anything not to your liking.

Got to love being woken up by a vacuum cleaner banging against your door at 8am. What's the point of a "quiet please" sign?!? Some of us have to work late.
