We were charged $75 for not doing the dishes! I'm sorry but when people rent a room cleaning should be a part of the deal. The cabin was also alot smaller than we had anticipated we were a family of 5 and we could not walk around the cabin even though it claimed to comfortably sleep 6, each bed had 1 blanket that was hardly more than a throw blanket. Also advertised that the cabin came w a bbq and fire pit but we actually had to share those amenities with other guests. I would not recommend this place to anyone in fact I would strongly recommend AGAINST staying here. I've rented air bnbs and cabins all summer and have not had anyone gouge me for money the way this place has! Such a RIP off.
The two times I walked into the shop during my trip to Yellowstone, each of the three different employees I talked to were incredibly nice and willing to share good information. Even to us outsiders (Californians). Especially the young man who is working there during the summers while going to school. Thank you guys very much.
