A lovely looking place. Food was ok. Service was excellent. Would recommend it.

Maybe the best meal I’ve had in Idaho! Perfectly prepared everything. Hospitable! Courteous! Incredible view!

It was really nice. The view was great and we loved the food. Very friendly staff.

Laura and I had dinner here. Bison burger for her, Idaho trout for me. Both were delicious.

Room was dirty, had a broken coffee maker that burned me, and terrible customer service. The owner is a complete and total jerk. And said that it was not his problem we had issues with the room and said that he is not paying us back or apologizing about anything. And if we want to further complain we can take him to small claims court. Wow tough guy.

Great place with absolutely stunning views. The service was top notch and the people are so nice. You won’t be disappointed. Highly recommend!

My grandfather and I had a wonderful stay at Angler’s Lodge. The decorations and room made for a quaint, welcoming atmosphere. Staff were personal, friendly, and helpful for local recommendations. The restaurant featured locally-crafted beers and a great menu. Hope to return soon!

It's a very beautiful accommodation. Very quite and peaceful. The only thing I felt missing was that they don't serve breakfast. We had stayed there for our trip to Yellowstone National Park, which is 30 miles from this Lodge.

Angler's Lodge office is half a mile from the site. They only posted short bond paper size to get to there office. Good thing a man near the place was able to direct us. The price was affordable and rooms are clean. Although I scratched myself from the bed headboard because of the design they did. It was a pretty good location before our trip to Yellowstone park.

Very disappointed. After looking at photos and reviews we traveled an hour and a half for our anniversary to eat here. Many of the menu options weren’t available. The only sides offered are potatoes (very small portion), no gravy for mashed potatoes, no cheese to add to them. Asked if a side salad was an option and was told yes-got the ticket and was charged $5 for this. $78 for 2 very poor meals. All of this was mentioned to our server. Won’t be returning.

I can't rave enough about the burgers at this restaurant — delicious & juicy! The deluxe bison burger is where it is at! No condiments needed. To accompany the entree were seasoned fries-perfect touch. The wait staff was amazing. We sat on the patio with the gorgeous river just yards away. Definitely a place to stop while in Island Park & before venturing the Mesa Falls.

Really nice place to stay. Like most buildings in this area, everything is made from logs and decorated with antlers. The attached restaurant is priced for tourists; entrees are $20 and up. No cheaper burger and salad alternatives, that I could see. We went to a local restaurant; it's too expensive to feed a family on vacation at these prices. I'd stay here again.

I rented a room with 3 queen size beds for 1 night. 2 of the beds had only full size box springs for supports so only 1 person could sleep in them. My grandson had to sleep in the oversize chair. I called the office that night but no one was available. I've called several times. Finally almost 2 wks. Later I got a call back from Brandon. No apology… No call back… No NOTHING! Worst room rental EVER!

Overall, it was a charming, scenic, and pleasant experience. The details… Location: For us, it was a little out of the way, as our purpose for being in the area was to visit Yellowstone Park. It was about a 30-minute drive from the West entrance. The lodge is located on a scenic river that clearly attracts many fishermen. Room: The room had 2 queen beds, full bath, jacuzzi tub, fridge, microwave, big TV, and a balcony overlooking the river. The room was very clean, decorated well (you could tell there was a "woman's touch" involved, something you don't truly appreciate until it is absent), and charming. Log-cabin feel. Beautiful view from the balcony. The kids loved the jacuzzi tub. Service: The gentleman at the desk was extremely polite and helpful. Amenities: On-site restaurant; we didn't utilize it. Internet service provided, but it was extremely slow.

An adorable lodge! The rooms were so inviting and cute. The bed and pillows were so comfy soft. Preston, the owner, was so wonderful.

This place is great. Want to spend more time here.

Beautiful location. Good accommodations. BUT, the room was not cleaned out (beer bottles on floor and clothes in a drawer). Apparently the hotel is understaffed in the winter. No employees were at the hotel the entire time of our stay. We never even set foot in the lobby (the door was locked). There was a note on the door saying to call a phone number to check in. When we had minor problems in the room (couldn't find the remote) I tried dialing 0 on the house phone but no one ever picked up. Of course, no one was there. Another downer was that the restaurant wasn't opened. I wish we'd been warned of that. But I guess it is only open in the summer months. Edit: I called the owner today. She was very kind. (I think she had been out of town that weekend and someone else was managing the hotel — — remotely). She apologized profusely. She refunded us the cost of the room and told us to come back in the summer to have dinner on her. Very generous. So I'm leaving a happy customer.

The owners are incredible and go out of their way to make sure you have everything you need, they opened the kitchen late one night for us and made us an amazing dinner. The rooms are huge, and have microwaves and refrigerators. The beds are so warm ans comfortable, the decorations are warm and inviting and the linens and blankets high quality and their are plenty of both. Their is a delightful restaurant called The Riverfront with a irresistible menu loaded with classics and comfort food and the lounge is relaxing and perfect for winding down after a long day on the snowmobiles. And if that doesn't work, a soak in the outdoor hot tub will do the trick. The lodge sits right on the river and is so peaceful. Watching the wildlife, fishing and hunting are all available as well as sled rentals. I highly recommend the Anglers Lodge and will be returning each season myself.

Rooms are very comfortable, food was delicious and Ashley was amazing and made our experience even that much better. They are even pet friendly so our 4 legged furry family member was welcome. Highly recommended!

Great place right next to the Snake River. You can come out of your rooms and side along the snake river or do some fishing. They have a full bar and nice restaurant. People are nice. They serve Star Bucks coffee which is not available anywhere around that place.

We were in a cabin because we were traveling with our dog. It appears they have tried to do updates, but not professionally done. Metal roof leaked in two places. Shower head appeared to be attached with coban rather than plumbers tape. Restaurant was dirty and staff made minimal effort to clean dried catsup from the table. I ordered a garden burger in an attempt not to get food poisoning. When we are back in the area, we will stay in West Yellowstone.

The view, food and service was absolutely amazing. Love this place!

Beautiful, we got back late and there wasn't hot water. We ended up here because the owner had his Teton Mountain Lodge double booked, despite us booking on line the night before we were to arrive. The owner offered us a discounted price at a nicer place, but wouldn't match the price we booked the other place for. The lodge is beautiful. It could have been a five star with better service. The lodge itself, a five, but the service we got was substandard.

This place honestly deserve a three-and-a-half star but that isn't an option on here.
The location is beautiful and the staff was really nice.
When we showed up just after 4pm to check in our room wasn't ready for us. They said they were down 2 Maids because they called in so they were behind getting the rooms turned over. Totally understandable not really a big deal or a problem.
When we got up to our room it was fine. The view from the back patio was beautiful!
We went down stairs and had dinner at their restaurant. The waitress was extremely nice & the views were again quite beautiful. We ordered the buffalo wings for appetizer and they were good. Three of us ordered the steak and one ordered the pork. The pork was overcooked and dry but had a good flavor and the mashed potatoes were fantastic. All 3 steaks we're extremely under seasoned & the side vegetables weren't the best. Had the steak been properly seasoned it would have been the best steak I've ever had because it was extremely tender & well cooked. The fresh rolls were probably the best thing on our plates aside from the mashed potatoes. And for dessert we all share the Apple crisp with ice cream and it was delicious.
The beds were a bit too soft and extremely bouncy so it made 4 a very uncomfortable sleep. If you moved your partner next to you woke up and was bouncing around with you as you were turning. I felt like I was sleeping in a bouncy house at a kid's birthday party, lol.

My wife and I stayed here for 3 days while visiting Yellowstone Park and the surrounding area. The room was very clean, the beds we comfortable and my wife said the decor was spot on! ☺ We had dinner at their restaurant and it was terrific! Everything was fresh and delicious and the service was great. Highly recommend a stay here if your going to be in the area.

Pleasantly surprised! Rooms were clean, towels were soft, bed was comfy and warm! Price was great! We spent our evening walking along the river then eating yummy dessert. Had breakfast at the restaurant that next morning, which was delicious! Service was friendly and very helpful! We will definitely stay here again as we pass through. Highly recommended.

This place was just spectacular! We were with some locals who said the business had been struggling and had recently been overhauled with the assistance of Chef Gordon Ramsey. Between our party of five, we ordered nearly half of the entrees on the dinner menu (trout, bison burger, chicken, and braised short ribs). Every one of the entrees was cooked to perfection, and presented beautifully. The waitress (Samara) was delightful and extremely attentive, without being obnoxious. Definitely give this place a try if you're anywhere near the area.
