We had a terrible experience with the obese woman managing the spa tower and checking in Rv’s. She is rude, condescending and not helpful. If her poor behavior is idicitive of the customer service you provide this is a subpar casino. We will not be returning after this experience.

This place is TERRIBLE. Stayed here twice and both times the rooms were DISGUSTING. 1st time, men's underwater left in the shower, along with cigarette burns in the sheets. 2nd time, feces on the bathroom floor and blood on the sheets. I also came upon a supervisor SCREAMING and a crying employee in the hall just terrible.

It is a beautiful place! Staff is wonderful and the golf course is a beautiful course. Massage was also wonderful as well as the food.

We stayed overnight in a suite for our 51st anniversary that was so very nice and special. We enjoyed the fireplace and the jacuzzi tub. Out steaks at The Chinook were awesome and very tender. Spirit, our host, definitely helped make our anniversary special again this year. Thank you Spirit.

The worse customer service, hotel we booked was supposed to be spa tower suite and we got a handy cap room with shower curtain, jetted tub jets were black, the tile all over the whole floor yellow and gross. The fireplace half way done… I mean there was tile on the sides but shed rock where the actual fireplace. We canceled our stay and left and got a better hotel where I get what I paid for.

The entire grounds are spotless, well planned & inviting. It was chilly so the 5 huge fireplaces created a feeling of comfort & warmth. All staff interactions were positive. Plenty of gaming options & we utilized the spa all 3 days.

The old bingo games were so much more fun. They had dance contests, and $5 for odd objects. They had a pull tab lottery, way more fun than what they do now. They were super creative in giving out gifts and prizes. The casino floor used to have people walking by every 15 to 20 minutes to ask if you needed a drink. After they remodeled and opened the bars and switched from pepsi to nasty coke products it all went down hill from there. 😁

The friendliness of all the staff. I have not once ever had anyone be rude or short with us very helpful.

After a year of lockdown we got our vaccines and we were ready for some fun. Lost all my comps so no free room. Not enough staff to turn the rooms by check-in on Thursday, April 15th. Finally the gal at the front desk gave us an upgrade at the same price. Room had burnt out light bulbs, dirty bath floor and the heater wouldn’t turn off. Went to Chinook Steakhouse to have my favorite seafood fettuccine and it was a mess! Sauce had separated and noodles were mush. Machines wouldn’t even play a little. Went to check out the next morning and they tried to charge me for the upgraded room. The only thing that was good was breakfast the next morning. I submitted this through their website last Friday and no response. We have been going to CDA casino since it opened and we lived in Western Washington. We now live 2 hrs away and have to kennel our dog, so it is always a planned event. You have lost a loyal customer.

Fun place to be we had an amazing dinner at at one of the restaurants. The room left a little to be desired no heat in the bathroom whatsoever the shower didn’t work it just did its own thing hot water only you couldn’t adjust it it just fell back down. Other than that we had a great time.

This place is very nice to stay and it is fun to play bingo and have great food.

Went hoping for some fun, when I paid for room for 2 nights they neglected to inform me of the power loss in the hotel. The games were open and warm but the room was freezing and dark. No Wi-Fi in the room, no TV, no coffee or hot water. No heat. Yet nothing was comped, no complimentary anything. You'd think that would mean maybe the games would be a bit more generous… nope. Definitely a disappointment. Going somewhere else from now on.

The people are nice, good food, nice rooms, BUT, the machines are lousy!
If you're are going to lose your money, this place is for you. You will rarely hear a slot machine ringing out a winner.
But worse… Do you want to play a machine that is actually broken or malfunctioning? There's plenty of them!
I played roulette. I play the same group of numbers until they hit. Suddenly my board stopped while others at the table continued to play. The screen said, call an attendant. My bet still showed on my screen but wasn't registering. An attendant came over but had to call a repair person. During that time, two of my numbers hit, but I didn't get credit. So, I lost about 70.00 in winnings. After the machine was repaired, they asked if I wanted to see a manager. I said yes. I waited for 20 minutes. No manager. Having lost my MOJO, I lost the rest of my deposited money. I left the table to find a manager. After sharing my concerns, he apologized but said too much time had passed since the problem occurred, and neither could he reimburse me for the loss of my winnings.
Excuse me, but did I do something wrong?
My wife had problems with a flat screen poker game that wouldn't let her cash in.
How do you have FUN gambling when you feel you've been cheated?
We won't be going back to Couer d'Alene Casino.

Hotel rooms are fantastic, lots of room, the beds are so comfortable, clean & Staff is so nice, so professional. The casino has alot of machines and winners are announced. Your casino always has alit of winners.

I was playing Bingo and Ari was our server for the food and he is exceptional his customer service is top notch. Also while eating at the red tail I had the taco salad and it was outstanding so I thought great I'll have it for lunch the meat was cold and burnt and plate was dirty our server was upset I asked for a clean plate.

While playing a man approached me very quickly (with confidence) with him wearing a mask I wasn’t able to identify him from a distance. He was uncomfortably close to me very quickly. He touched me several times. It took a few moments for me to without a doubt confirm that I didn’t know him. He continued to ask me several very personal questions, while pushing himself closer. As he walked away he reached out one last time and moved my hair away from my forehead. I couldn’t identify him. All I had to tell security was he’s wearing a red hat. He walked over to the ATM. Casino secretary QUICKLY went to work identifying him and moved me to a different location. They assured me he was completely banned from the property. He’d never be allowed back in. The question I have is with all the REQUIREMENTS for face masks how would anyone know if he was back on property. Face recognition is virtually impossible with a mask be REQUIRED before being allowed access. With face masks being REQUIRED how as a victim of sorts would you be able to properly identify anyone after an incident? I love the Casino. I feel security did what was procedurally appropriate. However, with our new Normal being not so Normal, things need to be addressed. I left feeling uneasy and definitely unsafe. I was embarrassed for making a stink.

It's a very beautiful and unique atmosphere. The people who work here are so nice. I never win but that's just me. Everybody I know does decently when they play out here except for me lol pity party. The rooms are beautiful the spa Tower. And the beds are the most comfortable ever. We've been coming out here for a long time and it's a great place. And the restaurants are great too.

Hands down the best casino around for hundreds of miles. Machines pay great, the staff are great, and it's a nice place. Cant go wrong with coeur d'alene casino.

Nice place but the allowance of indoor smoking is never something I will get used to or enjoy. The addiction of gambling and smoking seem to share a strong bond so I don't think this is going to change anytime soon. I still had to give the place four stars as it was well built and laid out nicely. I especially enjoyed the small museum area that offered history on the tribe.

This place is awesome! Gorgeous scenery and accommodations. The hosts are very friendly and anxious to help you. The golf course is one in a million. 600 acres of immaculate grounds, seven miles of paved cart path and no two holes are side by side. Best kept secret in Idaho.

The cigar event I attended was the best one I have been to in a very long time. That being said the casino itself was lacking in every regard. I have eaten at almost every establishment they have to offer and each was a letdown. When I ate at Sweet Grass my food took over forty minutes when the restuarant was almost empty. The bar & grill was not only slow but severed my table cold food that wasn't what we a ordered. As for the buffet. The staff was rude and the only good selection is on seafood night. The casino has a wide selection of games and that pay alright sometimes. I'm not a gambler but when I do play I like to be able make a twenty dollar bill last more than five minutes. The resort is very rustic in appearance and it works nicely with its location. All and all I think people would enjoy the casino for a weekend away from the kids with golf and the spa. Folks looking for a Vegas style night on the town will be underwhelmed.

Way out in the country by itself. About 25 miles to a city or town. If you want a relaxing place and no where to go then you need to visit this place. I did not have luck with the machines as they have a lot of the older machines. There are several restraints, a cafe, a deli, a little smoke shop and gift shop. There are a lot of places to sit around, you don't have to stay in your room. There is a pool area and a spa area. Plenty of parking spaces. A lot of the older people play there during the day.

Room was great! We stayed in the new spa tower and enjoyed a great view through the tall windows and the large looking sized bed. Rooms were decorated modernly and the bath robes were very soft and enjoyable. I also loved the separate shower and bath! Check in was easy and the staff was very friendly.

Great casino for slots. Buffett for breakfast was huge and amazing. Slots have a huge selection of games and high to low betting range for any budget of gambling. Hotel is very nice as well. We have stayed a couple times and have enjoyed our stay each time.

Fun place to get away for the weekend. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The separation from the smoking section of the casino and the non smoking could be more ventilated because sometimes you can smell the smoke all the way to the check in counter.

It's in a secluded spot the drive is perfect. Its not too big or too small layout and design and decorated facility makes it a warming and comfortable place to be. From restaurants, pool and hot tub also spa and of course the slot machines and bar, music to special quests who appear and just much more as well as a fun memorable time. So come out check it out for yourselves. Its worth it!

Good bike ride there, drop few bucks in the machines lol, sometimes I win a little. Buy cigars which are always fresh and fair prices. Cup of coffee or soda or cold beer and head home. Nice place!

My husband and I stopped by the casino to eat. We went to the deli and got nachos. We got there about 8 PM on Saturday night. They were able to make our nachos in s timely manner and they were really good. We grabbed a couple of diet cokes in the casino and they were not good. They actually tasted like chlorine. We hung out in the casino until about 1 am. We listened to the live band and gambled. We lost quite a bit of money which wasn't any fun. But we enjoyed hanging out and people watching. I recommend going to this casino for food and the fact that they have a wide variety of slots. However, if you are hoping to win any money, I recommend staying home, lol!

Went to the buffet for breakfast. Amazing food… lots of breakfast entree selections, service from the drink girl was kind of slow but because we weren't in a hurry we just let it go. Breakfast was delicious… and the atmosphere for gambling was totally enjoyable and we won! I love going to the gift shop there are so many amazing items to buy. I find things I never ever knew I needed! It's a great place to get bday presents, gifts etc… with a unique flair!

I went with a friend and we ate at the first restaurant walking through the casino… Anyways the food was INCREDIBLE! The waitress was exceptionally nice and very hard working. Throughout the casino I found most employees to be very pleasant and helpful! This is my most favorite casino that I have ever been to! If you haven't ever gone, you should, you won't regret it!

I have been coming to the resort since I was in middle school, I am now in my 30s and still come. We have celebrated everything from weddings to birthdays and anniversaries here, the staff are pretty consistent and friendly/helpful and its great to see how much they have grown and succeed, they truly are one of the most amazing success stories around! Bathrooms are always clean and maintained, rooms are comfy, all the restaurants are good and the bars as well, they get new games in frequently too. The spa is lovely! All around great place for adults with lots of options.

One of my favorite wedding venues. The staff goes over the top to make everything special! The seafood buffet is amazing. The rooms are reasonable.

My personal opinion. If you like spending money. The money I spent there would have been put to better use if I would had went down to the homeless shelter and just gave it to somebody that could use it better then me going to the casino. I believe the next time I want to go to the casino and spend money instead I will go to a homeless shelter and give the money to them. They would put the money 2 years in a better way I'm sure. So if you want to gamble don't give it to a person that can use it better. Thank you and have a good day.

Very nice, cigarette-smokey atmosphere. Full of people who are all simultaneously having their hope's and dreams crushed, nickle by nickle, all the while daydreaming about if they only had one more dollar… I love this place.

Ambiance is improving year after year. It is a beautiful designed casino. The buffet is not up to the quality it should be… really falls short. Prime beef was grisly and even with a requested knife was all but impossible to cut. Have usually eaten in other areas but will now bypass their buffet… machines seemed to be running fair.

Decent hotel and casino, can't say I stayed in the upscale part, but everything seems to be in good shape, with friendly staff and good service overall. The actual casino floor didn't have much besides electronic slot, roulette, and other betting games unfortunately. The food is on the pricey side of things, which was expected.

Wasn't really impressed. Went there on the swing shift. Sat on 1 machine for over a hour never saw 1 beverage server or anyone that worked there. Had to hunt down a machine tech to get my ticket that the machine didn't spit out. Went to steakhouse to eat, my coffee was good. My food no thanks. McDonald's would have been better.

My wife and I have been going to this place since they opened 25 years ago. For many years they progressed but in the last several years, it's been a downhill ride. Seriously, I get better food at the Flying "J" restaurant at I-90 and Broadway in Spokane than we do here. Prices… absolutely ridiculous for a casino. "Pri-Rib"… we quit buying them. Service, after 20 minutes and being asked if we'd been helped, we got up and left the "Sweet Grass" restaurant and we've eaten there many, many times before. The ONLY reason we continue go to this casino is the convenience to us. It's not far from our home. OK… I'm done with my rant and no, I do not recommend them.

I usually just go for the High Mountain buffet. The food there is ok, with some great dishes and some real misses. Dinner seems to be better tasting than breakfast. It's not bad if you are looking for a cheap buffet. For the casino itself, I can't say much because I can't spend much time on the floor. They allow smoking indoors and so the amount of cigarette smoke on the floor is ridiculous, every time. Especially if you are sensitive to cigarette/cigar smoke. I usually just run in to High Mountain and hold my breath as I run through the floor.

A charming and inviting place, especially with the new little food outlets along the main walk. The trees all lit up inside create a very enchanting vibe. Clean walkways and relaxing restsraraunts with really kind service make for a very special evening. The hotel rooms are exceptional and classy.

The gambling is fine. Resturaunts have little to be desired. The nicer one has never been open when we arrive, and the small diner inside the casino has gone down hill for the last several visits. (Do not order the special… its just left overs on a bun. Dry and tasteless. ) Maybe the bar up front has better food, but I wouldn't know. Won a few bucks playing slots. Looks like a comfortable hotel, but not alot to do unless you gamble all day. Could use a swim up pool bar for the summer months!

Wonderful staff. Pleasant environment. Cheap cigarettes, free soda and full throttle on tap. Great rewards and programs for frequent guests. I really have never been disappointed by the CDA Casino.

Had a lot of fun here for our Christmas party and even won a couple hundred bucks while I was there. Rooms were really nice and clean as well. Highly recommend you drop in if you get the chance.

It was great. Place is huge so had to walk away to get to the restaurant we wanted. Great prime rib sandwich. Salad and soup … all really good.

We spent three days here because we have an RV and they have electrical hookups. We played for 3 days and didn't lose any money was a great time. The dogs love the open area to run and we enjoyed the RV spot with a nice view. They charge $20 a night for the RV hookup.

I love the casino as soon as I walk through the doors I feel like I'm home. The staff is always welcoming and very attentive to me and my family. I went strictly for the buffet this time there food is always taste and well let's be honest prime rib on an endless limit is my dream and they make that come true. If you don't believe me well then see for yourself and please don't no afraid to wear your stretchy pants.

The trip from Spokane to the Coeur d`Alene Casino Resort was very relaxed and pleasant on the Casino Shuttle! An awesome courtesy! The clerks at the Smoke Shop are the best! I was very relaxed walking the casino lobby. Everyone is very helpful!

How hard can it possibly be to ask the front desk staff if they are still having their Friday night seafood buffet? The woman sighed and said, I THINK it's once a month and on a Thursday. " Really? You're guessing? And you don't really know? I went through their phone loop three times (always winding back with Hannah — who sighed each time). Finally, I assertively asked for someone who actually KNEW the answer to my question. Again. How hard can this be. She then forwarded me to a voicemail for the food and beverage managers who asked me to leave a message. Ridiculous customer service. The front desk should have a comprehensive calendar of exactly WHEN their premiere meals are. So annoyed.

The presidential sweet has the best bathtub I have ever took a bath in it was huge with all kinds of jets I actually could not bring myself to pull the plug to drain the tub I had to have my husband drain it for me! I must have taken 4 or 5 baths by the time we had to check out! I would rent that room again just for the tub but the whole room is beautiful and almost bigger then my house.

A remote isolated location but a very nice place where everything is available for your stay. The room is clean, spacious, and nice with a good selection of amenities. The casino has many slot machines, a variety of restaurants, and a gift/smoke shop. The staff are nice and friendly except a staff at the reward membership card counter. The whole facility is clean, spacious, and decorated with many fine art works and first-nation arts to see.

They raised the prices of all their slots, half of them were broken. Extremely poor ventilation even in the non smoking section you can smell cigarette smoke heavily. Deli food is okay but the grill there wasn't very good. Very slow service despite hardly anyone sitting there, tables were dirty, they never gave us a third set of silverware (there were three of us and only two sets. ) It's very confusing trying to know where to go on the floor, the direction signs are confusing and not well placed. We stayed in the VIP suite in the mountain lodge resort, and to be honest the size was the only good thing about it. I expected a little more out of their most expensive room yet it wasn't that great and the maid missed cleaning some of the stuff in our room. Also the third floor has no ice or vending machines, you had to go down a floor and go through a conference room into a tiny corner room to get ice/vending machine goods. I would much rather go to and prefer northern quest to anyone thinking about going to the casino, it's very much worth the drive and northern quest is a much nicer casino.

When we started coming to the casino it had just opened and I was pregnant with my daughter… it was so much fun… I am embarrassed to say how much money we have spent there. It used to be so much fun, they had lucky you jackpots… free cash days… slot tournaments, large payouts… we would be jealous because they would announce that some one just won 20 grand or more. Now they announce that someone just won a large jackpot of 1, 500.00… big deal. After my Mom died I had a tough time… I went there for 10 straight days and wrote 1, 000 dollars check everyday and never won a thing. It really has gone downhill. We used to get free rooms all the time, we don't get them anymore. I honestly don't know why we continue to go there, we are only donating… and selling alcohol now just makes people a bunch of a*******… No one comes around to ask if you need a drink or anything… Quest is a little further to go but to spend money and have fun it might be worth it.

Seafood Buffet… crab is off the menu, but the oysters that are now served are the best that I have had in years. Deep fried and on the half-shell. If you like oysters as I do, you won't be disappointed. Fabulous!

This is the third time this year to visit the CDA Casino High Mountain Buffet, the first visit was not so good and I posted a message here about it. I received a phone call from the food manager who offered us a free meal if we would give them another chance so we went down for the Friday Seafood Buffet. I had paid for our meal before I remembered to ask for the manager, no problem. The service was a lot better but the food on the buffet was not fresh and hardly worth the price. After 5:00 PM the quality of the food improved and we thought we'd found the trick, get here after 5:00 PM.
We arrived after 5:00 PM tonight and were told they no longer offered crab on the buffet but there was supposed to be a lot of seafood on the menu. We also noticed the price had not decreased with the absence of the crab legs. The food that was on the buffet had no appeal at all. There was very little seafood offered, I heard the cook tell a customer they weren't doing Shrimp Scampi tonight.
This is definitely the last time we will go to the CDA Casino for supper or anything else. I recommend going to Abys, Burger king or Skippers.

This is a review on everything else, besides the gambling. First, the environment. Quiet, especially outside the main building. The far end features a storytelling area, a little museum of the history of the tribe. Further out is the golf course, and it's lodge. We ate at Chinook, and the buffet. Both were top quality. Can always improve an experience, and management seemed genuinely interested in considerate, constructive comments. With so many casinos going up or expanding, it's important to take this prime real estate, and continue to craft the renewing and relaxing experience. The staff and directorship seem to be doing this at CDA Casino, and I hope they continue to pursue this excellence first. I especially liked the lack of snobbery, so common in the smaller town I was from. It was a breath of fresh air to find down-to-earth and professional, knowledgeable staff. People had positive attitudes overall. While I don't smoke or gamble, in today's world where these elitist freaks are telling us how to live as consenting adults, it was nice to know none of them were at the casino. That, was worth gold.

Got there at 2 couldn't check in until 4. So waited in line to order food… They said it would be 15 mins. Played for 15 mins and came back. Waited for a half hour for food. Went to play but lost my card so waited 20 mins to get another one. Then waited a hour to get the room key. The lobby looked like a flop house of people waiting. A whole day of waiting. Just slept until check out. No point in waiting to spend money : (

Rooms are extremely fancy looking, super comfortable. It takes a while to get to, and there's not much service up there but if you have their Wi-Fi you're good. Machines seem to have pretty good odds too honestly. And the best thing is, there's tons of pokéstops and 3 gyms there. You can sit at cheap machine and catch so many Pokémon.

I always like Cd'A Casino. Its clean and well kept. We ate at Red Tail, and it was just OK. The service was not these best. The server couldn't remember to bring what we asked for, and he got my husbands order wrong. I had the Indian taco, and it wasn't the best I've had from there. The fry bread wasn't done all the way and there was hardly any cheese on it, with an ice cream scoop of sour cream. My husband had wings, and they were not good at all. They tasted like they had been sitting for hours. He also had the beef stew and it was pretty much flavorless. Not the best experience at Red Tail.

This place is stingy. All they do is rape you for money and rarely ever pay out to you. I get that the americans took their land but come on. Lets be fair here. Thats so in the past. Get over it. Still doesnt mean you should take money from us when we gamble. They dont even make it fun anymore. They took away easily attainable EPC. They dont give you points for ur birthday anymore. Just so so lame. Unless you just want to donate just because I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. They suck.

Didn't stay in the motel, but the casino is awesome! Lol. See people complaining about smoking… I don't smoke and I dislike being around it but it ain't illegal there can't do anything about it. The service at least in the casino was pretty good, three different people on different occasions helped point to where they randomly over heard our conversations on cell phones while looking for each other, didn't even have to ask. Definitely plan on going back to this casino whenever I'm in the area again, hell might be in the area just for the casino!

Our hotel reservation is on the Spa Towers side and the rooms are so nice. The room felt welcoming and the amenities work as well. Nothing appeared to be unsafe and concerning for my personal well-being.

The place is always dirty but the people there are always nice and Courteous unless you leave a Machine For a minute to use a bathroom or get more money and you left your card in the machine thay treat you like a thief but past all of that thay are batter then northern quest Casino.

I went here because I'm a member of the Inland Empire Mustang Club and we scheduled our annual Shakedown Cruise with a destination of the casino. The Casino agree to have their breakfast buffet stay open an hour longer than normal as well as provide the club secured, reserved parking for the Mustangs. The service for the buffet was excellent as we're all the people we encountered along the way.

One if my all-time favorite places Best service. Best food. Best view. Love 8t.

Rooms were nice, not the cleanest. Staff was friendly. Glad they have a decent size non-smoking section. Lots of newer slot machines. Great selection of places to eat. Ate at 3 of the locations and all were good.

Everyone was friendly. Redtail lounge was very nice and the waiter was amazing. Cashier near horse races was incredible and awesome. Visited April 7th.

Rooms are beautiful. Met to have a room block, wish the business side of things were a bit more organized. Overall, beautiful place.

Night shift staff isn't as well informed as day time staff. It too me about 20 minutes to find the gift shop and smoke shop being they've been moved a few times. The first worker I asked told me it should still be open but was still under the impression it hadn't been moved from the area it was in during construction. The second worker told me thatiif had been moved back and that they closed at 9 and only closed at 10 on Sunday'sbeing that it was Monday I'm not sure how that was Pertinent information to receive. How ever when I had walked over to were the gift shop and smoke shop were at before construction they were open and the lady behind the counter said they were in fact open until later due to their hours changing, summer hours making them open longer iI figured the rest of the staff would be aware of this but no one but the ladys working in the gift shop and smoke shop knew the hours.

The location is a couple miles out of the way and not technically in cour d alane, it's more in Worley. The casino itself is impressive, a large building with attached towers for hotels and a big casino. Its no Vegas level drive in for valet parking but such services were provided up front and very professionally. The outside of the casino is also complete with decent statues and pleasant areas to walk or get air. The inside of the resort is splendid. Hard working friendly staff, clean rooms, and pleantly of nessecities provided. No I didn't have many problems with the hotel and the hotel rooms themselfs. I think maybe they should upgrade the complimentary DVD players provided to newer age gaming consoles, in many big cities high end hotels have such things and as cour d alene population continues to rise along with commerce each year and the cour d alane resort and casino is considered one of the region's premier resort's and casinos. However the cour d alane resort does have plenty of time before having to take serious expansion into consideration. On the top of expansion I'll discuss the casino floor itself. While cour d alane lacks the experience of playing with real cards (a definate disappointment to the name of this great casino) Its gaming floor comes complete with digital blackjack tables, roulette, and over a 100 slots for playing almost 24/7. The casino even comes complete with off track betting and complimentary drinks such as coke products.

Fun place to get away for some entertainment. The expansion's done over the years have been good additions. It is definitely worth checking out if your in the coeur d alene area.

We drove up for the Sunday dinner buffet, it was delicious! We also hung around and had a couple drinks and gambled. It was happy hour so the drinks were reasonably priced. The casino was also very clean! We had a great time and can't wait to go back!

When your hard earned money is taken somewhere to have a good night and it is a terrible experience! Front desk lady was rude and treated us as if we were an inconvenience. The bar staff managed to humiliate my family and I. Worse of all I emailed them two days later and over a week has went by and no contact or reply. Sad that such a large customer service industry has such little respect to make my opinions of them a little more enlightening! Makes me sad to think that they are two big to care about a couple who just wanted someone to acknowledge my frustrations and concerns.
