I played roulette. I play the same group of numbers until they hit. Suddenly my board stopped while others at the table continued to play. The screen said, call an attendant. My bet still showed on my screen but wasn't registering. An attendant came over but had to call a repair person. During that time, two of my numbers hit, but I didn't get credit. So, I lost about 70.00 in winnings. After the machine was repaired, they asked if I wanted to see a manager. I said yes. I waited for 20 minutes. No manager. Having lost my MOJO, I lost the rest of my deposited money. I left the table to find a manager. After sharing my concerns, he apologized but said too much time had passed since the problem occurred, and neither could he reimburse me for the loss of my winnings.
Excuse me, but did I do something wrong?
My wife had problems with a flat screen poker game that wouldn't let her cash in.
